Was stated delivery will be 17.50. Then changed to 19.05 then arrived at 18.48. Very unhappy

The Hot wings are great and the fries are cooked fresh and so many, great value at least once a week is a must and sit by the lake now the weather's getting better very nice people

The pizzas are nice, had a slight issue with the toppings which was my own fault for not checking but they were happy to resolve the situation and give me free food the following days, also very polite and apologetic

i was tracking him he went wrong way almost into bletchley no road closures i check food cold when arrived

phoned them and they refused to change the order from a collection to a delivery. they won't refund the money either

Worst pizza ever! I ordered a pizza expecting a nice meal, but what I got was a disaster. The crust was completely burnt to the point where it was inedible, and there were hardly any toppings on it.

This is the best fried chicken that I've tried in Milton Keynes! The wings here are always great

Never ordered from here before but definitely will be again! The chicken was perfect and the pizza was really tasty.

Unfortunately I am forced to place this review. I found a piece of plastic or a nail in his pizza for the family. I took a photo and thought I’ll let him know later. I thought we were on good customer relations but now I feel he put that piece of nail/plastic in purposefully. I called them about a week later and first I mentioned this and that it’s okay accidents happen. But then he started shouting and said I should have called him at the time and he knows what his boxes are made of etc etc. and then he hung up. I liked his pizza’s. So did my wife and child and now it seems I am not welcome there for a mistake on their behalf. Shame. If anything a free pizza for a regular customer. But instead shouted at me and slammed the phone. Lost customer. Talk about learning curve.

I always buy chicken from them but last time when I call them for order and ask them specific pieces and he refused to give even kfc offer everyone which pieces u like to put in very disappointed

The uncle started shouting at us and we asked kindly please can you make another one and he said no and started to tell us get out because we asked to get it hot I personally was uncomfortable how he shouted at me aswell definitely don’t recommend

Love their Pizzas (Chicken Tandoori Hot is my fav) and chicken strips.

Honestly very impressed with the quality of food. the pizza was CHEESSY! Which I loved every bit of, and the tower burger was perfect balance of crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, cheese and sauce balance was perfect also. MK FRIED CHICKEN you have gained a continuing customer, all i ask is you keep this level of service up! Thank you for the tasty food 😋

I am shirin shipa and i live in oakgrove kingston.I buyed a 4 items that costed £25.96 and the food was very nice and tasty.The staff was very nice and helpful.

It's nice to have a restaurant where a Corn on the Cob is a full-size cob. And the Tower Burger meals are extremely tasty!

The chicken on bone was so dry it was really tough to eat , chicken must of been overcooked or sitting on hot plate for hours, usually really nice food and I was shocked to be honest

It all got delivered on time but the chicken was a bit gooey also quite spicy which wasn’t expected only the spicy wings I was expecting to be spicy also the chips were cold which made the meal a little unpleasant

The order came and the pizza was not correct as asked for no peppers but it had them on and was cold phoned the shop witch thay did deliver a replacement witch was well over cooked and was like cardboard so will never be ordering from them again

they text to say it was on its way..... i called the shop 30 minutes later and was told they sent out fresh food......12 minutes later the food arrived stone cold, this restaurant is normally the best in MK but it seems just eat delivery is really letting them down

Delivery wasn't the best it took well over an hour from ordering i thought due to the lateness it would be cold when i called the restaurant they said they cooked me a fresh one and it'll be there in 5 mins i thought they were lying turns out they weren't the food was hot and the food was really nice much better than kfc or dixys i would recommend

The quality of everything was outstanding, the chicken was perfectly cooked and the chicken strips were to die for just so juicy not like the dried out ones i get from KFC. I recommend you try it and then you will get hooked on this chicken. Only thing i would suggest is to put the awesome Chili sauce on the menu.... the best i have had in a long long time

Pizza was in the box vertical so all the toppings slid off. Way overly greasy. When i lifted the box the chicken fell through so box was so wet with grease. 1st and last time ordering from there

The best chicken i have ever ordered, MK Fried Chicken was recommended by a work buddy who said it was great but it was not great it was spectacular, try it you will be blown away

The taste was good but I ordered chicken fillet tower burgers and we received 3 burgers with 1 chicken strip in each bun! The hash browns were bigger than the chicken fillets.

What a joke! Restaurant lied and said order was on its way for 49 minutes after 1 and half wait now woman won't answer the phone and I'm with out food, mk fried chicken do not order, lady on phones just hangs up when you ask where your order is

I don't usually leave reviews. It's usually one extreme or the other for me to actually leave a review. I went to get some food for the first time yesterday. The food, price point and staff were all really good! I spoke to a women in there (unfortunately I forgot to get her name). she was very welcoming and lovely! food was made fresh and she made sure the order was perfect before it even got to me. I will definitely be getting food from here again.

Under new management as of 2021 been three times had no problems with any of the food staff friendly

Never received my order waited over an hour

Bloody vile staff!! The food was disgusting! I was so upset as I can't afford to eat out much, it was horrible! I took it back & asked for a refund all of a sudden they had very much broken English were milling about making me wait(15 min),as I was getting annoyed,I was like c'mon, they were totally ignoring me, when I started to rant for being blatantly ignored they were get out, get out,causing more of a scene than me!! Disgusting behaviour from the staff!! I'll never go back there, I'll just walk a bit more &get a favourite!!

Last night we bought “chicken” and chips and me and my family had bad stomach ache and my sister threw up. Absolutely appalling and I do not recommend anyone to go there unless you want to risk your health. Instead go to Moore’s fish and chips. Their food quality is waaaaayyy bettter.

I had great delivery time through Just Eat from these guys, and the fries weren't bad either, but the chicken was very greasy, dripping in it! The amount of grease made the chicken tasteless & unbearable to eat, I ended up binning a lot of it! Personally I won't be ordering again.

Had deliveries from this place with no problem before, but tonight I ordered something for me and my Dad, and after 2 hours of waiting for our food I finally decided to call. The staff were extremely mouthy and rude, insisted that they delivered it to a boy and a woman which is clearly the wrong household, I was so polite and was trying to be understanding and they just hung up on me and blocked my number. Did the same thing to my Dad when he called. Told me that they're not giving my money back and refused to redeliver. Stay away from this place

Ordered takeaway from here on Just Eat. Order was not complete. Had ordered a regular fries which had been charged for and yet did not arrive. Not the first time order has arrived missing items which have been paid for.

Very poor service waited nearly 2 hours for my delivery then when I called to complain tried to claim I made my order 20 mins before closing. 2 hours to deliver a chicken fillet burger meal with drink 2 miles away. MADNESS

Absolutely disgusting!! Salty, stale chips! Really poor quality chicken and the crispy coating was horrible!! My friend had the burger and that was horrendous too! Stale bun and dry meat with a questionable salad! Dirty!!!

Under new management well that was a lie tried them again tonight for delivery for the first time in 4 months even at dinner time, and yet they still sent me cold left over food from hours earlier cold chicken & chips, the chicken wrap was cold and there blaming the lettuce, no baked beans and even trying to tell me that even though I actually ordered a DR Pepper there customers don't want that so they send out Dr Pepper Zero so £2 saved by them just on what I didn't get that's after a so called 10% off when you spend £15 so much for money off. I was also told I was an irate customer and to look at there many positive feedback's and to take it up with Just Eat. So I did and here's some breaking news It turns out that Just Eat now require pictures from customers to get refunds and It takes up to 72 hours, seems like they are putting these restaurants and there 16% charge per order ahead of paying customers. So get your phones and cameras out It will be interesting to see if there paying out on refunds, and just in case this feedback get's lost I'll be sure to put it on other feedback sites. I actually thought my review was already long enough and very detailed as with all my reviews, but It seems somewhere in your own warped way to save a sinking ship that I was the liar so allow me to fill in the blanks and than let's see who's the liar and who's not. Firstly you haven't found out anything from Just Eat about me all they want is your 16% fee per order, what they don't want is customers telling other customers about there 16% charge, or the fact that you now need to take pictures to get your refunds the question is am I telling the truth or am I lying. As for asking for a refund from dodgy lowlife restaurants or in your case a dodgy lowlife chicken takeaway joint, that offers a delivery service, on food that should of been thrown away by you in the first place I unlike you work hard for my money and call me old fashioned but I expect what I have paid for or my money back. Funny how you remember me from another place, It wasn't another of your dodgy chicken delivery shops by any chance oops I bet It was LOL. If you could actually read your negative reviews instead of counting short gained money before moving on and remembering me again LOL, than you would of read that your first lame excuse was under new management as your lying go to standard feedback reply, and really you should of just used the same line again now but thought toys and prams was what more what family friendly I guess LOL. So I gave you a second chance than found out the new management, is really the old management which is really the original management hence why I said that was a lie. If I was looking to get back at you than that would mean everything I have written is a lie, now what do you think that your present customers are going to think that I'm a professional story teller or that your food is as dodgy as your replies to feedback left by your past customers. As for no free food firstly if I have already paid for It than It's not free, secondly if your saying that you won't be giving any replacement food for your dodgy cold leftover from lunchtime to give for dinner food than that's not a punishment, that's like telling a kid you have to eat dessert before your dinner. As for not serving me again between Google, Facebook, Just Eat and a few other review sites does It look like I'm looking to get served again and than get my money back of Just Eat again LOL, ow and as I'm so helpful your great idea of a link with my name doesn't work. Now I could be lying about all of this so let's find out, anyone who orders from these lot and can relate to my now very long feedback leave a review on here but also on Facebook, Just Eat, and a few others than were know if It was me or these lot that are liars.
