We have been coming here for 30 or more years and is the standard by which all other takeaways are measured. We have never found another one that tastes as good. We now travel from Nottingham every couple of months to enjoy their food.

The mizan what can i say...apart from this has to be the best take aeay indian good ive had the pleasure to eat. They recently closed for 2 weeks and i can genuinely say i had severe withdrawal symptoms. Try before you die

Great takeaway but last night I was let down for 1st time. Maybe I went too early because the food was cold, the chips we’re reheated, the tikka was dry from the night before, the poppadoms were soft (definitely not freshly made) and the lettuce on the salad was brown. So disappointing but I will let this go because they have been constantly great for 30 years.

Very busy take away, had to leave over 1 hour for collection poppadoms were stale, starters were good. Lamb shashlik was excellent but the chicken madras was disappointing.

Staff are polite and well mannered, free coffee while you wait and food is to a high standard! Would definitely recommend!

Best curry ever! The Mizan and the lovely people who work there are a big part of Urmston and the food is always delicious and consistent!

I think I was unlucky and ordered on a very busy night but I won't hold it against them and the food was worth the wait... To be honest, standing in the shop to pay was worth it. The smell was fantastic! I had a chicken tikka byriani and a keema naan both of which tasted fantastic and, while I'd have them again, I want to taste more of the menu as soon as I can.

Super service, fast and friendly. Freshly cooked and well prepared curries from an extensive menu. Generous portions and tender meat in flavour filled sauces. Really tasty meals from this reliable takeaway.

Highly recommended! The mixed starter was beautifully cooked and the makhani chicken was bursting with flavour!

Solo puedo suponer que no es el número uno en esta lista porque las personas están demasiado llenas, felices y cansadas después de comer, como para dejar un comentario. La cola afuera de la puerta cuenta su propia historia. Siéntase bendecido de tener este establecimiento en mi proximidad. Si solo se entregó. Pero, de nuevo, no necesitan hacerlo. Y no podía seguir el ritmo de la demanda.

Mi familia y yo hemos usado Mizan Tandoori durante el tiempo que ha estado abierto, mi esposa y yo no tan a menudo como solíamos debido a la dieta, pero siempre es un placer especial cuando tenemos una comida desde aquí.Mi hijo adulto y su mejor amigo tienden a comer desde aquí al menos una vez al mes, vamos a la distancia de popadoms, entrantes, curry con arroz y generalmente un pan ya sea Naan o chapati.Nuestro curry favorito es Sag Gosht, prefiero el arroz frito con verduras y el pilau. Recientemente mi esposa se fue por el pollo biryani.Cualquiera sea el plato, siempre tienen un sabor excelente y el tamaño de las porciones es el correcto. Nunca queda nada.El personal es extremadamente amable y servicial, siempre recuerdan a sus clientes habituales y reconocerán mi voz cuando llamo para hacer un pedido casi de inmediato.

Simply the best curry house in Urmston. Friendly staff with nice coffee while you wait. Very clean open kitchen it amazes me how they keep track of all the orders.

This is still my favourite Indian. The food isn't over spiced, so the flavours come through. They don't over colour the food. The only downside is that they don't do deliy. Well worth a visit.

We have been visiting this take away for over 25 years (when it was originally called Milupa) and the quality has never changed. We order the same every time and the guy who usually takes the order (still don't know his name after all these years but he knows ours) has the order down to a T. It has never been a bad curry (occasional time rice or naan bread has been missed off but can forgive them for that). Absolutely lovely.

I have been using the Mizan Tandoori on a weekly basis ever since it opened, which I believe is about 20 years ago.The food has without exception always been first class.The service is excellent and the staff very friendly.Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

I always enjoy a takeout from the Mizan. The food is freshly prepared right in front of you so you always know it is fresh. Lamb tikka is fantastic, the naan bread is amazing and the Madras sauce is the best in the area (creamy yet spicy). Always a treat.

Me gusta pensar que soy un poco de un experto de curry. Aunque este está a 15 minutos en coche para mí, merece la pena.Tuve un Pollo Tikka al vindaloo Dhall, A Tarka y el arranque de un kebab seekh. El pollo era de excelente calidad, suculentas y no en todas las cã. El calor en el curry era exactamente donde debe ser. al vindaloo. También cocinada sin sal bajo petición. Recomiendo este lugar sobre la comida y servicio amable a la colección. Pruébelo.

Great food. I have only had food from there once and it was great I had tandoori chicken, chips and salad. I have definitely got to say it was exquisite. From what I have seen and heard they are very friendly. .......Guess who this I am related to the owner and the people who work their. Hint: I come with my fam once or twice a year, and I love playing on a PS4 when I go to one of the families houses. Hehe.

We always buy curry from here. I totally love the food from here. The family that runs it is so friendly and always remember your name and order. The food reminds me of lovely home cooking. I would definitely recommend this place.

Real authentic Indian takeaway, Been here multiple times. Lamb chops and chicken tikka madras is usually my order, never been let down so many different flavours really tasty.

La comida era excelente, el repetir enorme -- especialmente el excelente Tandoori chuletas de cordero! El servicio es amable y rápido. I have eaten from The Mizan many times and upon tonight's visit I noticed one of the chefs drop the cooked chicken he pulled out of the clay oven onto the floor,he picked the chicken up sharply and began to slice it as if nobody noticed..I did he then clocked that I had noticed then put it in the bin..I will never ever eat from here again and would not recommend this to anyone from this experience.

The menu is extensive.....everything cooked from fresh in front of your eyes.......Mohammed and his team offer great advice and can tweak any dish to suit your taste buds, and the prices are right for the quality and portion that you receive.Whilst you wait there is always an offer for a cup of coffee whilst you wait (free); as the aromas of the cooked dishes get your taste buds aroused!!So if you haven't tried here before then do so, just round the corner from the CURZON....

Terrible worst Indian I've had chips were greasy, chicken was tasteless and the only good things about it was the naan and onion bargees.

Have been going here for many years now and as well as there welcominh environment whilst you wait the food is magnificent every time! Shashlick dish is supirior over anything else I have tried elsewhere. Prices are very good not cheap but not expensive! Overall if your into your curries you will not be disappointed.5 star!!!

You walk in to lovely guys who suggested what curries I'd like based on what I told them, they offered me a great coffee while they cooked it up and I got home and was amazed! It was the best curry I've ever had!

I have moved to Astley after living all my life in urmston ,after trying to find a takeaway to give me the same quality curry as the mizan it seems I am unable too ,sadly for me that means I still have to make the journey to return to the Mizan but always worth it ... . we have been having Saturday night curry from here for over 20 years chicken madras with pure 100% chicken off the bone not frozen like other takeaways,beef chunks to big to eat in one go ,chicken tikka 100%% as is all other meals ,all in all 100% outstanding well recommended

We have been customers here for over 15 years and the weekly curry night then its down to Mizan for the freshest cook food, cooked in front of you and they have had hygiene awards and cary 5 start status.What more could you want - apart from bigger coffee cups they server you whilst waiting!!
