Ordered on just eat waited 30-40 mins no delivery. Called up and was told they need to check our order. 30seconds later order cancelled with no explanation and no refund

Customer service couldn't be any worse. If you're getting a pizza do it at least an hour before their said closing time, or they'll either reject your custom or will rush you to have an uncooked pizza. Or you'll have sanitiser sprayed into it because they start cleaning and closing an hour in advance. Been a big fan of Dominos for years, and definitely will get dominos pizza from anywhere other than Marlow.

I have to write this - I rarely leave a negative review however I was working late (in a hospital), asked for a pizza delivery to be left at any door and they took it back! It's a pizza!!!!Leave it and I will find it. What purpose is served by taking it back to the store.....Such a frustrating situation. Yes they called, that I respect! But I said leave it knowing I can't have my phone always on me inside the hospital. Review edit: the customer service was excellent after this situation. I really appreciate the support.

I ordered a pizza, said it was out for delivery, approx 3 minutes away, after 25 minutes we called, they said that they had waited at reception for me for 20 minutes, which was a complete lie as I was sitting next to the door, when I said was my pizza going to turn up he said that they were busy and only had 2 drivers, my husband called to ask where the pizza was and they immediately hung up on him, absolutely appalling

Ordered in store just 3 pizza and 1 chips, took along time to place order and they still forgot the chips. Pizza was nothing special considering the price. I can't really recommend.

when arrived my order had been given away to another. Then the replacement provided was the wrong order. A mistake by a well meaning employee. Spoke to the assistant/deputy manager who refused to provide a name for contact reference for refund. Then she was confrontational and aggressive rather than her well meaning college who had the sense to attempt to de-escalate and attempt to provide a solution. There was no attempt on her part to resolve the stores failure having closed less then 5 minutes prior or to offer any solution. Continued to give hostile responses to simple questions including if the Main Manager was avaliable. Completely unprofessional and lacking in customer service skills and requires retraining.

Drove over to Dominoes as a treat for grandsons. I'm not keen on pizza so ordered chicken fillets and chips I small pizza and one large stuffed crusts. We were handed boxes and drove home. Big mistake should have checked boxes they gave 2 boxes of barely warm chips no chicken fillets no stuffed crust. I phoned to complain they said we will refund but you have to come here to get it. Luckily I'm in Marlow tomorrow!

Food was late, pizzas were cold and they gave us the wrong order. Totally unacceptable

I don't normally wrote reviews but the pizza we had tonight was so good! We ordered 3 pizzas and all of them tasted so good we will definitely be ordering again! Thank you 😊

Called up as the system wouldn't recognise buy one get one free but the member of staff wouldn't honour the deal over the phone. Placed an order online for 8 pizza's 2 of which were buy one get one free. Upon collection lady said they were ready and proceeded to make 2 other pizza's and was rude. When i finally got the pizza's the 2 free ones were missing. I asked and she said the order was only for 8 pizza's. I checked my email confirmation upon returning to work and it clearly states that there were 2 free Pizza's. When i called back the same lady advised that i needed to have entered 2 pizza's for BOGOF offer (that would mean i would get 4 pizza's though!). Never had this with any other Dominoes and very disappointed. Not to mention there wasn't enough pizza to go around our office!!!!

It's Pizza time.. Busy but reliable.

Ordered on the app at 6.10pm the app said pizza was ready at 6.25 pm went to collect at 6.30pm no one could find my pizza.Then a young lady checked on the the screen and the order was there but had not been made no apology just said they would make it now .I waited for just under 15 minutes and received my pizza with a weak apology and no reason to why it had not been ready.I only ordered from here for a change.I always use Marlow pizza and now I can see why dominos have such a low rating .Marlow pizza are always polite and good prices so I will stick with them.

Really poor attention to detail, you’re better off ordering from another pizza place, or a different dominos. Every time we order from this dominos they send the wrong dip. Literally every time. We paid for BBQ, why send garlic? At first we just laughed, it’s just a dip after all. But you do pay for it, and this was four years ago. Without fail every time we order from this place, and pay for extra dip, they send a different dip. If you don’t have it, don’t sell it - or reimburse us. You’re happy to accept our money for it. The amount of times we’ve had to argue with the delivery guy and called this shop to complain. Get it together. Also: answer your phones - what’s the matter with this place? you’re a delivery service, astounding you just let it ring and ring and lose business. There’s plenty of pizza places around and the revenue will just as easily go to a competitor. Terrible business model.

Partially scammed me on my order pizzas were delivered driver forgot my drink said he would come back and give me my drink never turned up thanks for scamming me and leaving me thirsty! 🙌

We used to live in the area for Loudwater branch which was great. Since moving to Marlow it’s consistently appalling. Cold food, takes hours to arrive, rude drivers, rude store staff (on the rare occasion they actually answer the phone!) and when you get food you’re lucky to get a pizza with noticeable topping. Total joke, a stain on the brand. There are MUCH better alternatives in Marlow.

Never delivered it to us they did to the wrong adress and never gave us a refund, absolutely disgraceful. They shouldnt even be in buisness!

Just ordered some Frank's hot red wings and they didn't think to include the sauce. Tried to phone but they can't be bothered to answer.

Well it arrived so cold I had to defrost it called to compline but no answer tried again today but no answer. Save your money and go else where terrible hope someone from head office reads this review very below expectations

There is a reason why this branch has such reviews and the “assistant manager” kam might have something to do with it!!!! I would suggest assisting him towards some staff training

Still waiting after nearly two hours. I get that covid has affected things, but why say it will be 24 mins when you order on-line, when that's clearly not the case. I would have picked it up myself if I had known. But sadly there doesn't appear to be anyone picking up the phone tonight.

Took an hour to deliver 5 minutes up the road. Nice cold pizza and then hung up on me when I called up. Will not be buying again.

Don't order 10-15 minutes before they close and think you're getting food because they break down early and will call you to tell you they'll refund you up to 3 days after. Or they will rush, see attached picture of a pizza we had previously bought (Pizza was uncooked in places somehow).

Ordered food, app said it was delivered an hour later. No food. called Dominos, food delivered to the wrong village. They obviously don't enter the Postcode for delivery. No apologies, apparently they will send it out again. Another 40 mins in and still waiting....

We found staff were efficient and delivery of tasty food prompt.

Read the terrible reviews and nearly didn't order, but it seemed most of them were regarding the unreliability of delivery. So I chose to collect it, and I'm glad I did. Probably the best Dominoes I've ever had (and I've had many many many Dominoes)! Was piping hot with a perfect spread of toppings.

Started good, But now my last 4 orders in a row have been wrong. all of them over an hour late. Dont bother with this place.

Haven't used domino's pizza Marlow for at least 2 years had very bad experience in the past with them of order wrong and being delivered two hours later. I thought after two years things would be better but no same again turned up over hour on a Monday night and turned up over a hour later and cold and made excuses that someone called up and changed door number what a joke I order it on line I will never use them again

It's alright, bit small but it's made for delivery/collection only, just wish they'd learn to cook wedges properly.

Ordered at 10 30, showed up at 1 am and freezing cold. Driver was apologetic but seemed completely undisturbed by my complaints. Obviously not the first late pizza of the night.

Second week in a row they completely screwed up order. Last week it to 3 calls to the manager before they admitted they forgot our order after the first 2 calls saying it was on the way. Pizza came 2 hours late. Tonight we ordered Gluten Free and received regular crust. Manager put me on hold and then hung up on me. Tried calling back 10 times and it just rings and rings. Unreal.

How can it take you an hour to deliver food and it still be under cooked? I don't understand.. also, if you dont have an item in stock, tell the customer at time of ordering. Will save you a lot of hassle in the future. Only saving grace was the driver who was massively apologetic! Maybe you should promote him to manager and your service will improve..

Ring them up and spoke to a rude girl instantly got put on hold a wanted one pizza with 2 toppings on t when you can have up to four toppings when creating your own pizza asked fopr the other two toppings on my meatior and was told i would have to pay for them at £1.50 a topping this is shocking as its already expensive for a pizza shop the manger i spoke to was very Unreasonable with and needs to go to customers service classes and learn some manor's as well

Really pleased with service by Khalid. Very helpful gentleman and well spoken and he made sure our very large pizza order was on time in our business. Pizzas was amazing and our company was very pleased with everything.

This place has gone to s**t ... i can't tell you how many times i've complained over last couple months weather it's delivery time, pizza cold, wrong order or simply the driest pizza ever. They bring another out but is only a bit better or they give me free order next time. Last time they did i called for my free order and was the worst pizza ever. Just cos it's free don't mean you can slack it's free cos ypu were s**t to begin with. I now don't care how many times you give me free orders or make me another pizza i think i've given enough chances . Will be ordering somewhere else next time!

Ordered delivery for pizza from the Marlow store. It took 90 minutes to arrive by which time the pizza was stone cold. That's the second time this has happened and the second time the store has refused to deal with my complaint. They won't be getting another chance.

I had ordered food at 7:30, and had not received any progress report, I had gone into the store at 9 and was greeted with a very dismissive and rude staff member who had stated that is was ‘coming soon’. His name tag had stated his name was ‘Harry’ and he was not very helpful due to the very lazy approach he had took. He was also very dismissive, rude and lazy . The pizzas we ordered were for a 18th birthday party and we were stuck with no other option than to go to papa johns ( we hate papa johns) therefore had ruined the day.

Why have they stopped the Italian range?

The service is just awful. You have to wait forever whether it's delivery or collection and none of the staff care. There's not even an apology. It's literally the worst dominoes I've ever used - I'm amazed the brand let them continue.

The worst service. 2 hours and 25 minutes waiting for a pizza and when I called the restaurant I had to wait 10 minutes only for the answer of the guy that was that my pizza was arriving in 5 minutes(it took 20 minutes).

Poor customer service sangheeta was a name she was not friendly at all . Not even smile on face nothing at all.

We waited 2 and a half hours for our delivery! Phoned 4 times to get a progress update and was informed of low staff and not enough drivers. After waiting an hour and a half we was told our pizza was in the car and on it's way; 30 minutes later still nothing! Phoned again and was told it had been delivered??!! Ended up speaking to someone else, another 20 minutes later it finally arrived! This was a real example of poor service. The staff were polite and apologetic, however 2 and a half hours was unacceptable. Not at any stage was I told it would be an hour and a half wait or more, otherwise we would have decided on an alternative meal. It would have also saved another poor review on Google and a formal complaint to their Head Office. Unfortunately this isn't the first time we have had problems with the Marlow branch & tonight really was the final straw. We will never be ordering from there again and will certainly be using alternative competitors. Such a shame, as we love Dominos 😔

I am a long-time lover of Domino’s, they have a great range of excellent tasting pizza and other snacks at a good price! However, the branch in Marlow is truly terrible. I have ordered with them 4 times and every time they have got my order wrong. There have been items missing or there has been a significant delay about when the food is ready (or both). Up until a recent house move, I had been a regular of Domino’s in a West London branch for many years and not once did I have a problem in a store which was arguably far more busy. It’s such as shame as I will never return to this branch which means that I will go ahead and track down their competitors. If it was possible to give zero stars - I would! To Dominio's Pizza Group plc. I assume you will not read this post but if you do, I would strongly encourage that you audit this branch.

Slowest domino's in the known universe, walked in at 4:30 in the afternoon and person serving walked off, so cook came over, ordered pizzas, sat in car waiting for pizzas, for 20 mins! Went back in to collect pizza and he hadn't even put it in the oven! Need more staff. The cook was nice polite person! 1 star Spicy chicken wings are terrible!

Quick and efficient taking of the order and knew which discounts I was eligible for, giving me the best deal as I was collecting for a charity.
