Ordered for the first time, oh my gosh will be ordering again! The food is all super high quality, was piping hot on arrival and tasted absolutely delicious, thanks guys!

the lamb donner kebabs came with other food inside (left over chicken pieces) and sauce and onions on the other one looking like it was taken from someones left overs , the food was rubbery and not taken care of at all , we usually order this regularly and today had made me re think the future.

Food arrived hot and on time. All the food was delicious, good quality and good value. The delivery driver was very polite and respectful. I would recommend the spicy chicken strips which were hot but very flavoursome. Overall, I will definitely order from here again and would highly recommend. Thanks.

Whilst on time and hot it was wrong. It was not the correct order and I had a flurry disappointed daughter. Shame. Also a request I submitted was not applied so mine was not what I asked for completely either.

Order never arrived, called the restaurant to be told that it was handed to a girl, I’m at home on my own and I’m a man. Was told someone would call me back to sort it and never heard back from them after 30 minutes. Dismal service

Been a regular customer at grill box for years and frankly they are getting poorer every time. Firstly unable to get just a burger, forced to get a meal when ordering a peri grilled burger adding on the costs drastically. Taste and quality just aren’t the same as it used to be. Won’t be ordering from here much if at all again.

I’m so disappointed that they mixed the food with the gone off ones. It was disgusting.

Nice portion of chips, Burgers were a bit flat and soggy. Chicken was not a crispy as normal. Normally food is really good, maybe having an off day.

WARNING DO NOT ORDER! I ordered the first time and it was delivered to my address, I did not receive a drink that was clearly on my receipt. They argued with me stating I did not pay for it for a whole 30mins before telling me they would call me back and put the phone down. They never called me back and they never delivered my missing drink that was clearly on my receipt. My second order I put through before the restraunt closed, they did not accept the order before closing nor did they cancel it. After not picking up the phone numerous times before they closed I had to contact their parent company to cancel the order.

Food arrived early which isn't a bad thing. However part of the order was missing. I had ordered a burger meal which turned up with just the burger and no chips. I have ordered the same item previously and it came with chips.

Order all the time and food is always on time and hot. This time we were missing 2 burgers, called and they delivered straight away. Great service

Loaded box meal, but no chips. Wings was overcooked. All meat was salty. Never again, Disappointed.

Burger was good and warm. Kebab was stone cold will give them another try and hopefully all food will be hot this time!

Recently started ordering due to a family friend saying have good you are. Every single time we have ordered food has been great, always hot and good amounts.

Supposed to serve breakfast 9am-1pm tried a few different weekends never answer phones always closed.

I like it as they use real patatato for the chips

I have visited this place probably a good 20 times but now I have stopped going. The food quality standards have dropped, the food is cold as I am waiting and waiting long for every visit. They have short staff all the time and every time I complain they say the branch manager doesn't care about the staff. The menu is old and needs to be updated as the prices are all different from what they charge at the till. I am very disappointed with my visit to the shop.

Fast delivery and full grill chicken was great but fries could have been better..

Mediocre food at best. Also the menu shown is out of date. £4.45 for a wrap on its own. When presented with a £5 note the change given back was just 50p had to ask for my 5p back. Sent my son in whilst waiting in the car. When I called 10 minutes later I was told the owner has passed away and said that they are unable to update Google profile. Definitely won't be going back. Person spoken to on the phone was rude and arrogant. Told me to go and check prices of food at other outlets, and I told him the others were way cheaper. He couldn't wait to put the phone down. Disgusting people.

The food was hot when it arrived the chips was fresh and crispy and fluffy inside how we like it. The burger was looking banging and was good but too much of May inside and very salty not edible for me us it ended up in bin even our dogs didn't want it. Half of our food ended in the bin. Disappointed with that.

A decent local eatery and chicken shop. Nicer layout than most places if you're going to grab something to eat. If you're in Wycombe for a football match this is the nearest place to get food before you get to the stadium.

Ordered twice from here within the last few days & even though we live on the other side of town the food was piping hot and really tasty. Really good value for money too!

Sorry was chicken was just boiled in oil( i could literally taste the old oil). Please little bit more effort into cooking, the lady at the counter was lovely.

Rubbish will never use the service again. Please refund my order.

Although it was delivered early which is good and food was better than expected there was no option to add cheese so I asked if they could in the notes…which they did unfortunately the menu option of choosing burger sauce must of escaped them coz their was NO burger sauce..

Never usually have any issues when ordering from here, but today I was sent the wrong order. Called the restaurant to advise I've not received the correct item to be told it would be delivered in half an hour, Item was never delivered.

Good food however the burgers need more sauce. This was specifically requested but not done. Also, I used to love the loaded chicken fries however the last few times I have received them, the portion has been very small and the chicken has been cut in massive chunks and has not been shredded as was the case previously. This is why I have stopped ordering it.

very bad service. taken too long to deliver i waited hour and half. and still got it wrong.

The food was fine. But the service was terrible. I ordered and it said it was ready. When I went to collect, everybody was just confused, they didn’t know where my order was. I showed them the email and the receipt, they were still confused. They wanted me to reorder and pay again!!! I had to wait more than an hour there. Finally someone came and said I’ll just have to make your order now.

Stood at the desk for 8 minutes, while a bloke sat there on his phone and said two minutes? Once another guy came to take my order, he said hang on a minute, need to get the phone. While the other guy sat there laughed… Ordered my food after the phone order and he said, mate, long wait. Big phone order! Happy Wednesday! Think if you’re a friend of a friend, you’re in luck.

Took over an hour to reach us, arrived cold and we were missing a drink and a portion of chips from our order.

We ordered the family no3. All the chicken had bearly any meat on it and was really pink. Well even the chips were very burnt and black best bit was the coke bottle. Will not order again which is a shame last time was good.

Missing two chips and ordered coleslaw and got beans plus chips were cold

The food was delivered to the wrong house! The driver didn’t even ask the recipient if it was the right house or not! We had to call multiple time to get an update! We had to wait outside in the cold to find the driver to tell us that he delivered the food to the wrong house.
