3 times I have tried this new place and 3 times my order has been messed up. Staff are super incompetent and don't understand the menu. I ordered and paid for loaded fries and every time they forget. They forget sides and drinks also. There needs to be seem proper vetting before staff are allowed to work there

Miss Millie's is widespread across Bristol and on the whole a quality product. However this is not the case at this newly opened store in the centre. With newly designed branding one would assume that this is the same quality as other stores, it is NOT. The food fell well short of anything you would expect. Dry, tasteless, chicken pieces with barely any meat on. I think they are basing their offer on intoxicated people who don't care what they eat. If you've visited Miss Millie's in other locations, don't expect anything similar at this outlet.

My wife and I regularly go for breakfast and coffee here when we need a treat. The service and food and drink here are always excellent, as they were on this occassion. So much better than some of the other, "trendy" joints on North Street.

Can't find much fault with our recent visit here. Staff friendly and food came out quickly. It was hot and exactly what we ordered at a good price. My large mixed grill was tasty, and the only criticism was a few bruised mushy chips on the plate.

Rudest staff I have ever come across. We ordered a bunch of different items the chicken teriyaki noddles were amazing BAR that the rest was horrid. We sent back a cold, unseasoned, tasteless prawn tempura to be told no refund as that was our opinion! Are you kidding? Yes exactly correct it’s my opinion, I can’t eat the disgusting dish it comes off the menu simple! I have never been told that and considering our bill was 150£ the fish should have come off. The manageress then had the nerve to ask if we wanted to leave a tip. Shocking, rude, in need of serious customer training. Good luck but I will never return back.

My teenage daughters ordered a pizza for delivery, however the wrong pizza arrived. We had a very spicy one which did not have any of the toppings we ordered. I had to make 4 phonecalls to rectify the issue. Firstly being told to call deliveroo for a refund ( we ordered direct from Pizza Hut) we do not know how to contact Deliveroo and no number offered. I asked for a new pizza, the correct one. I was then given the customer service number which was not an actual real number. Finally I was offered the pizza that was originally ordered if I could collect it. I went to get it and the owner asked me for a review. The pizza was nice though, but not really worth the effort I had to go to to get the right thing. Will never go back.
