Miss B'z in North Lincolnshire

I cannot fault anything about this place all the staff are so welcoming and one member of staff went out of their way to be polite and even called us by our names she was called Courtney and definitely an asset to the restaurant. The food is always fresh and hot. The environment is so covid safe which is so important for me.

We decide to visit later than we normally do for dinner tonight instead of our usual Saturday lunchtime treat. We got served our drinks by what could only be described as a very comical pair of male staff members. Lack of professionalism in all aspects and neither of them chose to interact with us in a way that would be expected from someone working behind a bar. The second one was unhappy looking and stood out to us as he did not want to work there.

Called in for a meal. Server was a bit abrupt and edging on rude as she tutted about customers coming in. Not very professional. Ordered cheeseburger and chips, can't go wrong, classic pub grub we thought. The portion was generous. Dived straight in as was hungry. Unfortunately the chips were skinny fries, and tasted very greasy. Needed extra salt and vinegar to kill the taste. The burger wasn't much better, the cheese had melted to the bread bun and was congealed.... quite disgusting. No salad in the bun itself but a 'side salad' consisting of scabby lettuce, cherry tomato and a few squares of pepper and onion. Needless to say, we didn't finish our meals. This pub could be so much better if it had an atmosphere, polite happy server and thought ' quality over quantity ' with regards their food.

The staff are very friendly and helpful The food service is brilliant and was so nice everything was beautiful tasted fantastic was the best gammon my partner had in a long time that he hasn't cooked 😋 just follow the signs for the car park round the corner the place is huge
