THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED!!! Unfortunately the website is still live so takes orders and credit cards but when I checked the food order it just kept on loading. It never completed the order and luckily the payment didn’t complete so I didn’t loose my money. The owners should close the website otherwise people waste time in trying to order

After waiting over an hour and a half for delivery, I called to check on the progress for the staff to be rude and unhelpful. They hung up the phone on me and the line has been busy since. Do not recommend.

AWFUL DO NOT EAT HERE! What a horrible horrible company! They don't deliver on time (waited 1.5 hours) they lie about why, and where you food is, one minute it's on its way, the next it's in the kitchen. They don't deliver one of the items without letting you know (so you might choose something else in it it's place) and then, here's the icing on the cake... They only give a partial refund! That's stealing for God's sake, I didn't get my onion bhaji OR the full money back for it! They hang up on you when you call to complain. They're SO rude. The food was TERRIBLE. And this is only what happened to me, tonight they've done the same thing to my Dad! After being hung up on several times over a 1. 5 hour period he never even got his food at all! Absolutely outrageous. Minus 10 stars for this absolutely disgusting company. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Ordered delivery, I had to phone to ask 1.5 hours later where it was they asked if it were possible for me to fetch it. When they eventually delivered it it was the most disappointing curry ever. It wasn’t curry it was a lamb stew. Not even a hint of chilli for a vindaloo. Please avoid to avoid disappointment .

We ordered food here to pick up. The food was 45 minutes late and the staff were rude when we asked for updates. Food was nice however, but not worth the wait.

I order a mixed grill£ £26 and butter chicken £11.95 . they send seekh kabab and chicken tikka instead of full grill as they run out chips , wings and lamb cubes. In butter chicken they just send 3/4 peices of cubes and rest is masala it’s not even worth for £4 but they charged £11.95. I rang and asked for refund , they said they can’t give refund but order food as compensation . After waiting 1.5 hours I msg ,their reply we can’t deliver as they have no delivery man. What a poor service and food they have. They don’t even deserve 1 star .

This used to be our favourite restaurant in the area a couple of years ago but despite what it says on google it has now closed down. However, it still lets you make orders on the app which TAKES YOUR MONEY without anyway of getting it back. It's shameful how they have scammed us, and I can see from the comments, they have done this to other people. Such a disappointing end from very loyal customers.

Ordered food for delivery, payment taken. No food arrived. Called to ask where it was and was told it would be 30mins. Waiting 60mins, still nothing. Couldn't get through on the phone. Went to the restaurant to be told they cannot make my order as they are closed, yet there are people eating in the restaurant. When I questioned further it was clear they had no intention of calling to let us know. Took the payment though. After a heated argument they are making something. Who knows what we might get. Will NEVER order from here again.

Can’t believe people can be so rude expect the earth and then attack a business ! Whenever I have eaten there the food has been IMPECCABLE and VERY TASTY . People have no idea at all how hard it is to run a food business. As for the waiter that has left a review because he wasn’t paid for 2 weeks your lucky as most people in the country get paid 1 month in arrears. His review needs to be reported as it’s an employment issue and nothing to do with him being a customer. If people order a take away and it’s late it’s because the restaurant does good food and is busy !!!

The food was ok, but the place needs lots of improvement. The cleaning issue is urgent to sort out. The baskets were the naan were served were sticky and dirty. The glasses were smelly I'm not so picky but it's a shame that a place so big like that restaurant is not well maintain. The toilets were awful!! It looked like it wasn't cleaned for a while.

Orderd for Woodlands grove . A cheese nan peshawar nan a veg curry got sent a plain nan a peshawar nan my curry minus the vegetables a freezer bag with salad waited over one hour for the food and when it arrived order is wrong and food is disgusting avoid this place like the plague go bombaylicious instead

The quality is so disappointing now. Before it was so good, it was different. £2.50 for a CAN! there was nothing say about the size so for £2.50 I was expecting a bottle. I ordered chips and I got crisp instead they over cooked so much I got CRISP.

Had an amazing meal with great service, really tasty food. The kids loved the tandoori lamb chops so they didn't last long. They also loved the fresh Mango Lassi too. Our favourite dish was the lamb byriani First time visiting but won't be our last 👍😋

PLEASE AVOID this place!!! I never write bad reviews, but not this time... I placed an order via uber eats, order arrived on time, but the driver was confused and wasn't sure which order was mine. I opened the first one in front of him and it wasn’t our. When I opened the second package, it didn't look like our order either. I called the "restaurant " while the driver was still waiting and they said that it was my order. When I fully opened it, it turned that they didn't have a fish tikka and gave me chicken wings instead without asking (my wife doesn't eat meat). Instead of 5 pieces lamb tikka, they gave me 5 pieces of chicken tikka. When I explained to the man over the phone he was very relaxed about it, and wasn't very helpful. I said in this case I will give them honest rewiew just to warn other customers... he replied, "OK, F..k off," then put the phone down on me. I really felt like going there myself to ask him to say that again... I called back, I believe someone else answered and told me that the person I spoke to is gone now. Man explained that they didn't have a fish and would give me some more next time and put the phone down also. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Mostly ordered here for delivery. Nice food. Even tried couple of times to dine there with friends. Not happy with service. Big spacious place. Even best for weddings or other events.

Pathetic service, placed an order which was first over an hour an 20 minutes late. They informed me via the app that the food had left, I then rang the restaurant as it still hadn't arrived. Only to be told the food was still sitting in the restaurant and they were still waiting for a driver. Then delivered to wrong address. Avoid these idiotic clowns.. you'll never get your order. Looking at the reviews the average wait time is 2 hrs.. even 1 star is too generous...

Ordered food for delivery… took longer than the re-revised time and was stone cold when arrived. Not what this used to be. Poor.

I dont like to complain but i want to make sure no one else experiences what i just had to experience. I placed an order at 6:07 through uber eats, was given a delivery time of 6:30 - 6:50. At 7pm i called the resturant as they opted out of uber drivers and choose their own drivers, so i asked how long my order will take, the man said 10 minutes the rider has just come so i said fine. I call back at 20 minutes past 7 and the guys attitude had chamged and he tells me stuff happens and he might be stuck in traffic, i ask him to check, he reluctantly does so, 7 minutes later he tells me the driver will be there in 5 minutes. Surely my food is cold right, he says no we no cooling bags. Cut a long story short i manged to get through to uber eats as the resturant stopped taking my calls after 7:30 they canceled my order. If this is the level of service your giving customers i dont want to eat your food because you clearly dont care! So whats to say you're not caring about the preparation, storage or handling of my food. I wish i could give them less stars because 1 star is too generous Stay away !

Food always amazing however, if you order for takeaway, don’t do it online as it’s cheaper to order in the restaurant by a lot. Not sure why. All the people moaning about delivery this delivery that, just go and collect it if you are that hungry or go and eat in! Don’t tarnish a restaurant because your too lazy…..

Great kebab platter and overall food is good. BYOB works out well for us. New parking slots inside the newly constructed residential block is 5 minutes walk away, free after 6pm.

Bring your own booze makes for a decent Bill at the end. Food is reasonably priced.

They are very bad behaviour, i worked there as a waiter for two weeks but i havent paid yet, they Owner Mr Reyaz has very bad behaviour he said i dont want to pay you, I hope and pray they will loose his business and all his wealth as soon as possible , I curse them.. #never recomended

Don't waste your time or money. I can only imagine that they don't want business. I went to the Tooting branch a week ago, and I saw there was a local branch that delivered and thought, excellent. I'll give them a go. The difference is like night and day. Avoid here at all costs. The order took just under two hours to arrive from the time of ordering. And over an hour after the estimated delivery time. When the order had not arrived half an hour after it should have, I called and was told it would be with me in a couple of minutes. It arrived over 30 minutes later. Why lie about how long it will take. It seems that they are trying to deliver the worst possible service. The delivery driver was on his phone when he delivered, he threw the bag at me and ran off. Obviously, he's had to deal with unhappy customers before, but I had said nothing. Throughout the process, there was never an apology, and on the receipt, it shows that this was my 1st order, but that did not mean they made any effort. The food itself was nowhere near the quality of the Tooting branch and was cold. The warmest item in the bag was a sickly looking salad that I had not ordered. I've never had to reheat a food delivery before. Once it was reheated, it was greasy. They treat customers like mugs and an inconvenience. Save yourself the hassle and avoid at all costs. The sad fact is, I'm now inclined to avoid the Tooting branch as well, as I wouldn't want to be putting money into the pockets of the people responsible for this. Use any alternative to this place.

I made an order then called them an hour later they said that the food is ready and that they are just waiting for the delivery driver. Another hour goes by I call the restaurant again as I need to break my fast. Now they said "to be honest with you I was trying to cancel the order but didn't, we are only delivering around the corner now because we are all fasting" I told them that I am also fasting and been waiting for past two hours, then they said they will find someone then cancelled my order. If they cancelled my order early I could've got my food on time to break my fast. How can you say that you are fasting, then lie to me saying the food is ready and then make me wait until the last minute left me with no food to break my fast. No compassion, the worst customer service. NEVER BUY FROM HERE! This wasn't the first time, last time they took over two hours and said the grill wasn't hot enough LIARS!

Just terrible. Don’t give yourselves the hassle of dealing with this restaurant and being left hungry for over 2 hours after ordering food for delivery. The food quality was barely passable as a decent meal. Not what it once used to be. Worst thing about it is the constant lies that were being told to us about where our food was. Also, if you’re relying on young kids being fed at a reasonable time, don’t risk it for their sakes.

If I could leave a 0 I would. This place will make you wait over 2 hours even though you order via Deliveroo on a week night. And then have the audacity to blame you for the order being late. I told the person that they need to improve their timings and his reply was ‘ don’t order from us then’. They’re complete joke and no wonder why they keep getting shut down.

Ordered food yesterday evening. Food arrived late with items missing. Paneer tikka was inedible hard peices of deep fried paneer, alloo tikki was soggy mush with no dressing or condiments. Chicken biryani was lemony pilau rice with bits of chicken added to it. It was overall a very poor experience.

Worst restaurant ever and horrible customer service!!! If I have option for a zero star I will give zero star. I ordered the food and they send us wrong food and when I called them back and instead of apologies, the man probably he was owner of the shop spoke very rudely and food taste was so bad and it’s over priced food. We ordered BarBQ, Deigi Chana (Chickpeas) and Naan breads last night. BarBQ wasn’t cooked properly, needed knife to cut the pieces ; Naan breads were cold and burnt at places. And the worst of all, instead of Chana (Chickpeas) , they delivered us Daal (with dominant cinnamon flavour) which we didn’t order. Called the restaurant & instead of apologising, the owner started misbehaving and wanted us to bring the Daal to his restaurant ( We told him , it was a “delivery” and the main reason we ordered a delivery coz we can’t come to the restaurant). Even after this explanation, he kept misbehaving and seemed to be have no manners to talk to the ladies. In my opinion: 1. They need to learn how to behave with the customers 2. Need communication skills course 3. This restaurant has been closed multiple times due to similar reasons and the management has been changed few times, but still the attitude of the owner remains the same (No lessons learnt from previous mistakes). Now we know the reasons why they kept closing and opening. 4. The prices has gone sky high (even higher than Tooting branch) and the quality and quantity still remains the same or even gone bit less. 5. I normally don’t write reviews, but the behaviour of the owner on the phone to my wife was appalling and way below the expected from a restaurant personnel.

I placed an order today and both the papadoms and chilli sauce I ordered were missing. The absence of the chilli sauce spoilt my meal and I wouldn't have ordered kebabs if I knew in advance there wasn't any chilli sauce. Generally in my opinion the service is getting worse. Customer service isn't rocket science. A simple phone when they received the order could have resolved the issue.

Took order, said there is no drivers. When I called for them to cancel hang up on me 6 before answering. Then answered and said that they will “ try” to cancel and they never did. Worse experience on deliveroo, sadly it’s the local Indian restaurant which is not in a black list.

Fantastic!!! I arrived 30 mins before closing expecting to be told they were closing. But no! I was welcomed in and given a menu. I had Lamb Jalfrezi, plain rice & roti which was wonderful. Fantastic service and superb food. thoroughly recommended.

Gone down hill drastically. Felt like a hang out for the locals ( boys/men coming in sitting around chatting, no food) I'm sure it's under new management as the waiter didn't know a dish we have had many times. Equally lots of key things are no longer available. We will not be back,its such a shame

Went for the Sunday Buffet. The staff are all welcoming and attentive. There is a good selection of well cooked authentic dishes served in pleasant surroundings. Highly recommended

Snooker at the club next door, followed by an excellent meal at Mirch Masala. BYO keeps the cost low - exceptional quality food. Seekh Kebab, Onion Bhaji - the best ever, mixed Bhaji, Korahai Methi, Chilli and a Butter Chicken, Chillies on the side with a Keema Nan - absolutely banging..

Rude and disrespectful service from a new lady that answers the phone. We’ve been ordering from here for many years now and are so disappointed. The order was 90 minutes late and we were told sorry but they’re so busy and we should understand because she already told us it would be 45 minutes. I’ve never been shouted at before. Hurtful. Don’t bother ordering from here. The other reviews are right. Won’t be long before they close down like their norbury counterpart.

The best Indian food in the area, with the dishes that taste original Pakistani, I regularly order from here through Uber Eats where they have a reward scheme that gives you back £38 worth of food after you made 10 orders.

Had home delivery arrived late , half the order was missing And was cold, if they didn’t have items available could have called to inform us if we wanted to replace with other dishes or should have given a refund for missing items, or cancelled order and given full refund they did neither instead sent half the order charging for full order . awful service. Very rude and not willing to help with their mistakes ,just said the items were out of stock , that doesn’t mean you send half the order instead !!! Will never order from here again .awful service !

So we’ve been regulars here for the last 3/4 years, and the food and service has always been consistently exceptional. We went yesterday evening for the first time for Aftari and on a Sunday which btw we didn’t know they have Buffett only on Sundays. At first we were a little disheartened because on our drive down we had all chosen what we wanted to order upon arrival! However as we were now there we thought we would give it a go… and we were not disappointed at all! I tried everything, the starters/salans especially the aloo gosht was absolutely amazing- compliments to the chef! The kids had starters and they made them fresh chips and nuggets. The roti was made fresh to order. Dessert station was great, the boys went for the chocolate fountain which the manger kept topping up with the marshmallows as I think it was our boys devouring all of them lol! The custard cake and kheer was perfect. The manager is exceptionally attentive to all his customers which is really nice, staff are really lovely, respectful and attentive too. We left yesterday after our first buffet experience there really satisfied and stuffed!!! It’s a lovely family experience and it will continue to be our “go to” place for a curry from Crawley so long as they continue to make the food as beautiful as they do! Karahi Chicken curry was ' WATERLY & OILY ' !! NO TASTE .. The staff are nice . Unfortunately it's shocking the cooks can not cook their own food. I have read the reviews & most of the people are saying the curry is WATERLY & OILY. The starter was nice.

1 star is generous. I very rarely leave a review, mostly cause the restaurants hardly ever take them into consideration…but today I’m making an exception. Our. Food. Was. Dreadful. There’s other (better, more accurate) words I could have used but it’s Google and family friendly. Literally dreadful. £41 worth of food and not one thing we ordered managed to save me from writing this. Simple dishes too! Butter chicken…how can butter chicken be so tasteless and bad. I say tasteless, I just mean you couldn’t taste anything past the 9g of salt hidden in the dish…even the garlic naan…like come on, how can the naan not even be nice. It was as if the garlic sort’ve got close to the naan but not close enough to have an impact on the taste. Texture was leathery too. Think football boot. Mushroom rice…my word. It really was just plain basmati with sweated down mushrooms in it. No flavour at all…then comes the dish that made me laugh. Not angry, just laugh. The trusted Onion Bhaji. Was expecting a greasy paper bag with 3 or 4 crispy balls of goodness…what did we receive? It was literally a box of squiggly fried batter with bits of onion in them…think kebab box of curly fries…literally like that. We ordered some other bits and I could go on but I’m sure by now you get the picture. I hope the restaurant/management/chef see some of these reviews and realise the food they are making and serving really isn’t up to a good standard. Don’t see it as a negative (like this review)…just more an opportunity to tweak dishes and improve. Anyways, nothing personal. God bless yaaaa x

Worst by far restaurant food ever tried not even safe to feed the dog, meat horribly chewey full of fat including the seekth kebab, and karahi gosht so oily including chicken methi, the kebabs overloaded with cloves, seriously why are you running a restaurant when you have 0 idea on cooking even the basics disgusting, sad to know you are using the mirch masala brand to get away with bad food, try southall mirch masala or tooting soooo much better !

Nothing good to say about mirch masala what so ever. I brought a curry specifically asked for chicken tikka masala and spinach and cheese. As I don’t do spicy. Got home took it out the bag and didn’t even resemble chicken tikka masala. Chunks of chicken in orange water if you could even call it that. so went back to be told that isn’t what I asked for I asked for chicken tikka. Erm I think I know what I ordered. She said you never asked for the creamy sauce. So if I want a chicken tikka masala bearing in mind your Indian you don’t know what a chicken tikka masala is? And then try and tell me it’s my fault really. Your customer service and food stinks! The spinach resembled something you’d find in a newborn babies nappy. £15 and I threw it straight In the bin. Absolutely shocking food that wouid most probably make you ill and customer service. No wonder the restaurant is constantly empty. The Indian brassiere isn’t much better so yet to still find a decent curry in Coulsdon. Aldi microwave chicken tikka is better than the stuff you serve and call curry. Now that’s saying something. Your other reviews say the same Shame you don’t take any notice of them

Hit & Miss... used to be better. Pros: The food is genuinely quite authentic and tasty. The waitresses are friendly and smiley. Cons: However, the male staff are so untrained and inattentive to the point of rudeness...which is really off-putting. The interior is bland and boring and really needs to be addressed to keep up with the competition.

Genuinely the worst curry I have had. Jalfriezi tasted like sweet and sour chicken- weirdest jalfriezi I've ever had ... Curries were extremely liquidy and oily, dhal just tasted of cardamom. 1 star given as the garlic naan was fine but not sure you can go too far wrong with a naan. Will not be coming back. There are better places in the area.
