The worst chicken kebab I’ve ever had ,I used to Be a regular to this place but got the feeling I’ve been taken for granted,ok I did get a bit extra donner meat as usual but that was like cardboard and the chicken was so dry and cold it all went in the bin , never again AVOID THIS PLACE as there are more places

I ordered a kebab from there last night in the shop, I see a sign say cash only so went and got cash out then went back to get a doner kebab large. At 01:30 this morning I was sick stomach cramps and the runs. The kebab had a bad taste to it and I threw it away after tucking into it for a few minutes as was hungry. I would never ever eat a kebab out of here again

First Time Customer , the Pizza was lovely and the side order of fries was a Bonus. The Meal Deals look Good Value also , will try one of those next time.

most expensive kebab shop i have been too.. im local a 5 min walk have never used in 5 years wont do ever again..got home opened and overwhelmed with fat and oil...put on floor for my dog £11 of dog food and he left it never again yuk

I’ve not long been in the area so I thought I’d try this place. At first had a few decent things however that all changed. I ordered through “just eat”.. This was about 2 weeks ago. Two extra large kebabs, £31.50!!!!! I knew the price beforehand so I expected fireworks upon receiving it.It had long gone past the delivery time so I kept ringing them, they eventually blocked my number. I waited another 20 minutes and gave up so I decided to walk there as I wasn’t about to get ripped off!! The young girl there was incredibly rude. I demanded my food and finally got it and what a pile of rubbish. The steak kebab was Swimming in a pool of something and the chicken kebab was tiny. Waaaay over priced and idiot staff. Don’t bother!!

Always cooked fresh, great staff, good range of food inc kebabs and pizza. The whole family always enjoy the food

My family always order from here and tonight we thought we would order from there. Overcharged us by nearly £5 but apparently home delivery is dearer but yet they put normal menus in their takeaway bags didn’t notice price till after. Ordered a large kebab and basicly was a small. Removed the salad and hardly anything there. Called to complain hung up on my wife and was rude. They have just lost my family as customers and wish them all the worse in the future. If they wasn’t rude to my wife I would of swallowed it but they are sexist pigs and need a reality check. If you fancy a salad pitta order away otherwise order from elsewhere. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I Believe people need to know.

Normally order from pizza direct but thought I would give minster grill ago as they had buy one get one free on pizzas. They got the order wrong so called up and said they would redeliver. Delivery man came back and not only did he tell us to f*** off he walked of with the pizzas. Great customer service at it's best NOT Next time I will stick with the pizza company I know

staff are very helpful and the food is good and the price is fare The pizzas are a good buy you get one free

I get many takeaway kebabs from Minster Grill. Never kept waiting, the food is always delicious. Will go again soon

Usually have no problem with Minster Grill and we regularly use them because we enjoy their food but the last two times we have had our food delivered by an extremely rude and miserable blonde lady. Twice she has delivered our food and twice she has never said thank you for the tip. Yes it wasn’t a big tip but we don’t have to tip. Food wasn’t as nice this time either. We were used to having a nice happy person delivering but this miserable human being is honestly putting us off ordering from there again. Minster Grill, SORT IT OUT!!

This is not the first time our order has been wrong.... We order through “just eat” and basic requests are not done... onions on the burger only and no red cabbage on the kebab - we got no onions on the burger and red cabbage in the salad. Take aways are not cheap and we did not complain as we did not want the hassle or wait for the order to be recooked and sent back out. If we order takeaway it’s normally as we are pushed for time, regardless of why I order I expect it to be correct and I don’t like being made to feel your custom is taken for granted, and I do from this place. The instructions are written on the computer and printed out to them and a copy is on your receipt when you get your delivery so there is no excuse for the person miss hearing your order, if I can read the order then why can’t you? If you can’t honour people’s order through technology then don’t offer this service. ruined our meal, will not use again. In

I have just tried to order from Minster Grill, isle of sheppey, and the guy is so damn rude! Rushing me to place my order because "he's busy" as he says, "Hurry up!" he says, and when I'm asking him to read it back to me... OH MY GOD! "Hurry up, we're busy!" he says again. I'm telling him I ordered 2 days ago and ordered a tub of burger sauce and asking him to put it in with this order, and he's saying 'I don't know' 'I don't know' and then rushing me again! How anyone can deal with this company I don't know! Fuming

Great for takeaway huge menu the food is always lovely, great portion sizes. They also offer delivery too

When I first started using the Minster Grill, about 10 months ago, the food was hot, good quality and value for money. Since then the standards have declined to a point that I will rather drive miles to another takeaway and collect the food myself rather than use this restaurant again. Recent experiences have been Kebabs that have either been very dry or covered in grease, extra large mixed kebabs that shrink in size every time you order but go up in price and pizzas that arrive barely warm and are chewy. On the last occasion I phoned to complain and got a rather curt "what do you want me to do about it". When I pressed with my complaint the person I was speaking to suddenly lost the ability to understand English but finally said I would get a discount next time I order then hung up on me. Will I be ordering from the Minster Grill again....YOU MUST BE JOKING!!!
