My friend and I ordered a Mega Burger meal and well… it was delicious! It was so filling and tasteful! Was definitely worth every penny! The customer service in there too was brilliant. So kind and friendly! Would definitely go back and get another one!

Wouldn't eat from minster grill food com fatty nasty dry Wouldn't give it to my dog its Very bad customer service the guy in the shops told me he's not changing the food also the delivery driver don't know wear he's going I just feel sorry for the poor young girl taken the phone calls 45 pounds to be thrown in the bin honestly day Time Robery the most nasty man also working the shop place don't wast your time needs closing down

Kebab meat like rubber, chips soggy. I won't go back .if it was free

Best thing about this place was the salad! Food was cold bought 3 doner kebabs meat was like eating rubber. Never used be like this as been here few times before. The price wow

I always buy XL mix kebab. That is enough for 2 very hungry people :) Highly recommend them to everyone!

This is the only Kebab I will purchase on the island, the Chicken Shish is by far the best flavour around, the Lamb Donna is always cooked well, salad is always fresh, the prices are competitive. The guys that work there are always busy but will make the effort to learn your orders for your next visit... Only downside is its cash only, so make sure you have been to a cash point before you head in!

Tiny portion of tabule 😳missing a lot of ingredients for the price 6,50£ a robbery !!!!aubergine purée swimming in liquid yogurt no taste at all ,soupe of the day not cooked !! Imagine !!!!!! and the liver was cooked 3-4 days ago! Hard not fresh bread … A waste of money for the most horrible Turkish food I never had , shocking !!!it’s a fraud what you are serving!!!shame on you !!!i m Turkish !!

Have had pizzas burgers and kebabs from here all absolutely perfect. Lovely flavours. Great service and friendly staff. Great prices for what you get.

First time I’ve ordered cold, food but not very good service I ordered over the phone and the man said that my food would cost £11 and the food was delivered delivery driver told me that it was £13 I said I only have £11 on me and I was sorry he replied with it is what it is and the money is gonna have to come out of his wages then he got in the car and slammed the door behind him This is very bad service, and I will never order from them again

Unfortunately I could not buy from them ad they did not take card and suggested I use the ATM to get cash for a fee. Looked okay, friendly enough.

Had the extra large mixed kebab. It was prepared well and reasonably priced. It was delicious, the chicken, lamb and beef were all cooked to perfection. The family and I enjoyed it immensely, I'll be returning again. (Edit) I returned again! Just a good.

The quality of food is brilliant, love the flavours of the kebabs and the burgers. The salad unlike most kebab shops is fresh crisp and tasty. I really enjoy my meals from here and bonus they deliver too. I will definitely be back to use them again in the near future.

Terrible customer service,spent nearly £40 on an order threw just eat to only recive half my order rang minster grill direct to resolve the problem to get spoken to like absolute s**t by the lady on the phone who pretty much called me lier telling me I had recived all of my order which I had most definitely not! She as good as told me there was nothing she could do,so I asked to be put threw to a manager convinetly the manger wasn't in the shop and it's only when I said If the problem isn't resolved now I'll put the food back in the bag and get my husband to bring it back directly to the shop for a full refund that they offered deliver me the meals they had missed on the first place! If I could rate them 0* I would,don't waste your time ordering from this company as soon as theyv got your money they couldn't care less for the customer.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, claims they don’t deliver when they did a week ago and a fortnight before that! Claims things are listed on website that aren’t! Serious attitude problem and when asked to speak to the manager she was the only person there then in the next breath they don’t speak English! Don’t lie you get caught out! Take money from bank then cancel order

No good 40 minutes late on delivery and then the delivery wasn’t correct

Donner meat was dry and overcooked with NO SAUCE in the kabab even though I asked for chilli sauce and garlic MAYO. pizza was plain in flavour and could hardly taste the barbecue base, I'm sorry but the only thing I enjoyed was the fizzy tango. I wasted £25 on this meal and will not be returning.

Had to go here as our normal one was shut. This is purely down to personal preference and a small mistake. I asked for lots of chilli peppers on both kebabs and recieved none on any of them.. They didn't come in a kebab box so was just loose in a bag which made it very messy putting them on a plate and it all fell out. Donner meat was cold when I got home which is a 2 minute drive. Not a lot of salad on the kebabs. Chicken was tasty though hence the extra star for two star otherwise would give one. When our normal kebab shop is shut we will try somewhere else as was very disappointed.

People in this restaurant need a lesson in customer services. Left a review on trip advisor but they were so rude to my wife it was unreal. Ordered a lamb doner kebab and basicly got salad in pitta. Check the prices as over charged us by nearly £5. No more minster grill for us back to Ustas for us dunno why we tried them

Popped in for a Kebab, as I couldn't be bothered to cook... reasonable priced food, the place does exactly what it says on the tin (sign..lol) All freshly cooked while you wait... they're available on Just Eat too 👍🏽Win

I was visiting in sheerness on holiday, Thought I would try I nice kebab ordered one small and one large and when I got back they where both the same apart from one had bit more salad total rip off and payed a extra £2.60. Think they may just rip the tourist off

We ordered food 2 hours ago and no food arrived. We then went to ring up and they were closed and no food arrived. They took my money £40 and yet we still didn't get food. Appsolutly fuming with this place never go here

Very disgusting customer service. Was very happy to accept my order and deliver close to closing which I was very happy with. Ordered a vegetarian pizza to which I was delivered a meat pizza. Called back the delivery driver to say I wanted her to return with my money and take her meat pizza with her to which I was told I do not get paid overtime my hours have long finished and that she wasn't coming back to which she told me to contact the shop which was closed to call back again and she proceeded to put down the phone on me. I will be passing to bring your meat pizza back to you and collect my refund in the morning. I specifically what your vegetarian options were when I called. To receive a meat pizza is not acceptable.
