Amazing! Was in Sunday just passed. Warmly welcomed and served by a very pleasant young brunette. Efficient service and an overall lovely experience. Will definitely be returning:)

Nice fresh cakes, little bit more expensive than I'd like so that's where 1 star was lost. However, would totally recommend. Friendly staff and to be fair, should be 5 stars but I'm cheap :)

Having been to Mimi's at the Shore - I was expecting much better when I visited here for the 1st time. It's good there is now a coffee option at Lauriston Castle ....though...the service wasn't very friendly - didn't even get a hello how can I help you and felt like my order was a chore for the staff sadly. Took a while to make coffee when it wasn't very busy and then the coffee didn't taste good at all. Far too hot and limited flavour. This was the same for my partner and I who both had different coffees. Was waiting for over 10 minutes and was tempted to leave as was fed up waiting. The cakes also didn't taste as fresh as the Shore so overall a disappointing experience and not sure I will rush back unless improvements are made.
