The pizza slice was very small for XL NY slice. And too much bbq sauce made it very sweet. Disappointing and expensive

I worked as a pasta chef in Sbarro’s in in the 90s and the MK Sbarro pizza was very good; although no pasta dishes though so not quite the same- something to consider.. ie baked ziti customer service is in need of attention- poor communication skills for something so basic

Sbarro is one of the best pizza places in all of MK! The Stomboli is fantastic, a personal favorite of everyone I know who eats here. Also a mention to the stuffed sausage & pepperoni pizza, which is amazing! 100% recommend if you love pizza!

Service was shocking woman on the till at 15:22 3/01/2024 need the sack her mannerism what beyond professional she told me to buy wedges from tesco as it wasn't her problem they forgot to put them in the oven and they won't be ready for two hours so I brought them from Greggs by the way the service was so good and helpful then when I returned to order at sbarro she looked at me and walked of so I had to use the self-service screen she's a joke I wouldn't employ her as a clown even though she's a joke

The pizza boxes were kept upside down, may have w en been shaked a lot. pizza pieces were completed disintegrated. 49 pounds worth of puzza, not even servable to guests. Only one star as there was no zero star oprion.

the order was over 45 minutes late from the original advised delivery time slot after the order had been accepted and it was cold!!!

The taste is very bad. The taste is unacceptable and the service, except for the older lady(she is nice lady) at the service, leaves much to be desired. Bad taste, cooking with bare hands, disproportionate and long f waiting time. I'm not going back and I threw the pizza served in the bin.

Completely useless branch. Never have anything other than the basics available even over a lunch period. Apathetic at best staff. Won’t be getting my money again.

Do not eat here ! Very rude staff ! Vintage ovens and very dirty ! I bought a pizza ham and mushrooms and it’s coming super spicy and hot with lots of condiments on top just to cover the bad things ! Anyway I didn’t eaten that .

I brought a pizza a week ago it was one of the best pizza I've had, but when I went I to the store later this weekend I was dissatisfied to find they had no vegetarian pizza available to order as they had run out according to their ordering system.🤦🤦🤦 How can I business like this run out of pizzas at around 2 pm? After looking i think it was maybe due too them having only 1 staff member at the front serving so she could not make any fresh one's.

I only put one star as I had to. The food is not acceptable. The manager is the rudest person I have ever met. Also overheard her making derogatory comments towards a gentleman working in close vicinity. I wouldn't like to suggest any prejudism however it seemed as though the individual was of a different background to the manager. All in all l, a horrible experience, the manager drags their heels everywhere serving sub-par food with attitude. Waist of a location. Should just put a creche for parents doing a weekly shop instead.

Really poor pizza, for such a big name in the pizza world, I expected much better. Dough wasnt cooked Garlic cheesy bread was burnt and dry I actually also witnessed a worker drop dough on the floor, which she then picked up and proceeded to make a pizza from

Usually go here and it’s fine, but went there yesterday to the one in Bletchley Asda. The Blonde staff member on the till was rude and was not helpful to any of the other staff members either. There was an old lady trying to heat up and sort the pizza slices and she seemed overwhelmed and confused and all the employee at the till was doing was telling her to hurry up instead of helping her. Massive que happened after us and we waited 15 minutes for 2 slices of pizza and other people got their orders before us. There was no apology for the wait and on top of that the pizza of that day was awful, tasted old. Very disappointed.

Sadly not the best experience, the pizza was undercooked and didn’t taste that great. The wings on the other hand were actually ok as well as the wedges. However, the pizza and garlic bread stuff was awful, waited a long time and my friend told me it’s and hit miss with this place and I see why. I had to sit down with a colleague in a dirty area with a dirty table and no conscious effort to clean or make the area presentable for sitting down customers. Experience was spoilt for lack of attention to detail, delay in sending the food out and the food quality. Has the potential to be a decent place, they just need to learn how to cook the food and look after customers.

In my opinion, most of these reviews are highly untrue or caught at a bad time&need to remember people are only human. Best customer service. Highly recommend

Order was confirmed for collection and stated the collection time. I got to the store and they said they don’t open until 12pm but on the website they are taking orders for 11am, they then went to say that they don’t have the things I ordered and their just eat orders are not working. They knew all of this bear in mind I had to travel 15 mins to the store on my hour lunch. Now I have to submit an appeal just to get refunded. Just awful

23 minutes waiting time for 2 strombollies which weren't even made, this whole time they were at the counter ready made

Don't bother with this place, poor customer service. Ordered via Too Good To Go. Went to collect as designated time, told no food left, however minutes before witnessed the staff member giving bags off food to the other stall staff, took photo of proof of food given to Bubble tea station. Bloke couldn't care less and refused to resolve, couldn't see issue with what he had done. Be understandable if we were late collected. Raised complaint to 2Good2Go and will be contacting store owner directly. Read reviews before wasting time at the store.

Woeful... Been here waiting over half an hour and then they serve me the cold stuff that's been out since i got here 🙈

After waiting some time for someone to bother coming out to take my order, it was put through as nearly £20, bloke said he made a mistake just as I was putting my card to the reader, beeped and phone said it was debited although he said a receipt didn’t print so money wasn’t taken, which it is according to my Barclays account. Paid the ‘correct’ amount second time which was just over £12, so I paid over £30 for 2 bits of pizza and drink and a cookie.

Staff was very rude to me and my family spent more time talking to colleagues than preparing my food I waited 30 mins and when I received my food it was cold would not recommend 😡😡😡

Really good pizza really poor service. Twice I’ve waited and staff just ignore you and continue tidying up with zero acknowledgment. Staff are teens and need training on basic customer service.

Really excited to try this place but was utterly disappointed. Cheap tasting pizza. Cheese sticks with dried on tastless cheese. Shocked to see they advertise as "fresh all day" but are reheating the items from the display! Not long before someone gets sick from the dried out meat being reheated.

The pizza from this restaurant is some of the best I’ve ever had, it isn’t too greasy nor is too expensive, I especially like the fact it has a vegetarian option, additionally the 20% blue light discount is some of the best I’ve ever seen! Thank you will visit again soon

Guy making the cheese pizzas today must have been putting chilli on all of them. I’ve eaten here before and it’s never been an issue but my three year old wasn’t impressed with the chilli on his slices. Disappointing. Cheese pizza isn’t supposed to be spicy!!!
