Great service coal changes on a regular you don't even have to ask, food is amazing and prices are average to your normal sheesha lounge prices very big inside u don't feel closed in as seating is well spaced out. Highly recommended 👌

I particularly like their rice and salad and kabab absolutely,last night i been of there it was delicious and tasty, I never ever ate before.like that mix grill …. It also provides good services and waiters are kind hearted. I like it because it offers a nice environment and delicious food. Thanks for everyone working in that place…..

Rude staff, run by hooligans who think they are above everyone else. Zero customer service, very hard to find parking, there is a car park across the road which you have to pay for. Average shisha, bland food, tasted better. Would not be going again

Very good smokes and service, friendly staff

Checked out this place for a smoke on my trip to Birmingham. The smoke was good. The flavours came through well, was smooth and lasted a long time. Plenty of space. They need to improve on clearing the tables. There were empty drinks which weren't cleared for a while. Only other downside is that the heating was on full blast and it got a little uncomfortable towards the end of the session. Other than that overall a good place with decent shisha and well priced.

The lounge is usually occupied with regular customers so it's a nice relaxed environment, food, sheesha are good and the staff are friendly. Definitely recommend.

Big open space always warm, one of the better smokes in Birmingham in comparison to the others. Regular coal changes, open late decent prices 👍

Good sheesha lounge - food was delicious, the sheesha was decent (regular coal change) and the deaserts were decent too. Good customer service too.

The double apple is one of the best I have had. The flavour comes through beautifully, the cloud of smoke generated makes you feel that you are having a satisfying smoke, and it lasts a long time. Service is quick and professional. The only issue with this place is that the showing of football or other major sports, with commentary is considered secondary to music. It seems they want to pacify all, but end up pacifying nobody. The most disappointing thing about this is that even on big sporting matches/events, they will put it on at the last minute, or even after the event has started, ans immediately once the event finishes, they turn of the TV and switch straight to music to pacify possibly the minority of females. During one football match, they switched to music before the 90min even finished. After the Afcon final match finished, they didn’t even let the trophy lift happen. Virtually the whole place was full and people booed when they switched to music videos. Really, what difference does it make if you switched a game on 10 min before kick off & left it on for 15min after the whistle to watch the post-match analysis? This is why a whole group of us are looking for an alternative venue to smoke. I don’t think the owners realise that the customers are predominantly male sports’ fans. Instead, they pander to the minority of females, because of course, feminism dominates. Pity really that we will have to go elsewhere as the shishas are very good.

Recently discovered this place. But never had chance to be there, today made it. First impressions was decent place. But when I see the prices and the interior it's easily a 5🌟 worthy place. Customer service very good. They don't try to shove down multiple pipes for no reason. That's something I appreciate. Selection of food is amazing. Overall great experience. definitely will be back.

Easy going relaxed atmosphere, really nice, polite and friendly staff. Clean throughout, bathroom was spotless, no water or random tissues all over the place... definitely coming back for more shisha and next time I'm having some mockails and desserts too :P
