The cookies are very nice but don't go expecting a milkshake because there is always an excuse. One day the milkshake machine was broken and was told it would be fixed later that day, we went back the next day and was told we couldn't have a milkshake because they had no milk. However, there is a shop a 1 minute walk away from millies cookies.

Visited here with the family after swimming and got a variety of items; cookies, ice cream and frozen coolers. All of the food was lovely, cookies warm and soft, drinks cold and full of flavour. The gentleman who served me was lovely and had a good chat while getting the order together. Would recommend!

Hot drinks after swimming as the pool wasn't very warm. Had to queue for some time as it was popular. Good assortment of cookies. Drinks as expected from Millie's.

Had some cookies as we came out of swimming. It was a nice treat and did the order for a few which made them reasonable.

Millie's is situated inside the exit of the pool areas. They know that you come out of pool really hungry and have taken advantage of this. Cookies are good but far too expensive.

Not a fan of millies cookies but in a clever spot in the swimming baths when all the hungry kids are coming out. Well over priced and the drinks are extortionate prices. Staff are not the best. My sister got cookies every day after swimming staff are rude and look miserable.

Some of the staff are very rude,no manners, basically threw my change on side,my grandson spilt drink,An was tutted at,with the amount of people that they are serving, manners cost nothing, and a smile wouldn't hurt.

my little boy has allergies....the sign on millies cookies states ask a staff member....don't bother... .they dont cater for allergies. After i left the shop i joined my husband outside and the guy and girl behind the counter was laughing...clearly about me as he was staring at us. Disgusting customer service and terrible way to treat someone just asking for information ad recommendes on the sign

Nice addition to haven, located inside the pool building. Perfect for a little treat after a swim/play in the pool. Most staff were lovely but one lady that I encounted a couple of times was quite rude and abrupt. Upon my five year old changing his mind about a drink and asking the lady to swap it before she had even punched it into the till was replied with a huge huffing sigh and an eye roll. Completely unnecessary and in professional. All other staff were very polite and professional

Ordered a box of 24 for the family as I feel they're so over priced if you buy 1-3 but the more you get the more value it is . Freshly baked on site very soft and plenty of choice Staff very pleasant Would recommend

My son really liked the shake and had it everyday we were there in the Hafan Y Mor holiday park. Personally i think it was good value for money.

We recently went for our annual weekend at Hafan-y-Mor and on day 1 visited the swimming pool. As anyone who has ever been there knows as you approach the building you look right through the glass walls in anticipation of what's to come then when you enter the building you keep looking right until you get to the desk where you show your pass to get in and that's exactly what happened. The same thing happened on day two except this time I got out of the pool earlier than my wife and kids and decided to sit outside in the sunshine while waiting for them to emerge. Whilst sitting there I spotted a Millie's Cookies serving hatch a bit to the left of the main entrance which I thought was a bit odd but I thought nothing more of it. It wasn't until day three that I realised that if you look left as you enter the swimming pool there's a proper Millie's Cookies counter in the reception area. Now I'll confess that I'm not the most observant of people but it's not in the most prominent of locations so it's quite easy to miss.

Had a coupla beers here, they dragged the large bean bags out for us. There was just the 2, I felt very privileged 🫅 Everyone was walking past greedily eyeing them up, before they took to their hard chair 🤭 I was so disappointed when it began to rain & we had to give them up. This place is one of my fave’s. I’d only popped back to get some of their lovely food but we couldn’t sit on the benches with the rain. We returned a few weeks later but they’d closed until spring. I can wait.

Alana is a scam artist. Sends damaged squashed and disgusting cakes and then refuses to refund, would not order again from these people

We were looking for somewhere downtown harlech for a drink and food with our two boys, 9 and 14 years of age. We read the sign outside. Everyone welcome except for children. Dogs especially welcome. Adults only. A few of the local guys told me it's a swingers hotel where the dogs can get involved. Avoid. If you do want a good pint with holiday makers and locals all enjoying good food and drink and friendly conversation I would highly recommend walking an extra 200yds to the pub right next to the train station. Dogs, kids, humans all seem to be equally welcome

We made the mistake of going back to this pub having visited several times over the years, it was completely dead and the bar lady had a serious attitude problem, when two other guests arrived the bar woman was now siting in the corner and i pointed her out simple saying the bar woman was over there - she completely turned on me obviously annoyed i’d called her a bar woman ( she clearly wasn’t a solicitor) which also resulted in her partner becoming extremely aggressive and was expecting a physical assault to be taking place, luckily i managed to de escalate the situation which if full of locals would’ve only been worse. The woman clearly has mental health problems and probably a drug user and shouldn’t be working in an environment selling alcohol.

Lovely welcoming pub. Plenty of room. Lots of choice and tasty food. The mac and cheese with garlic bread was delicious.
