During a lul in rush hour it has a peaceful atmosphere and the chicken is fresh and tasty, the same can be said durin rush hour though the atmosphere is more clostrophobic due to less space

Great facilities and service with a drive thru option for customers at the KFC restaurant located in Bangor, Gwynedd.

Ccan you please start giving out a SPOON OR A FORK to eat the MASH POTATOS with. I dont really fancy digging into it with my fingers and eating it like a baby. A SIMPLE SPOOK OR FORK isnt hard to forget.

Hardly fast food, more like extra slow food!

1st time ever visiting a KFC. Ordered at the counter as I hadn't noticed the screens on the way in. Food was lovely, chicken moist and tender. Staff were helpful and food arrived almost instantly. Can't give 5 stars because 1, no coffee or hot drinks, and 2, no pepper.

The worst tasting chicken ever! I had the fillets and they were overloaded with salt - wth? My husband had chicken on the bone and his was overly salted too and pretty tasteless. The worst bit was how we felt after eating some of it - yucky!

Food was really good, the hot wings were a bit warm, expected them to be a bit more fresh, bur everything else was perfect, chips were hot and the burger was amazing.

Came here Friday after 6 to pick up food we did online, we waited 30 min, they were busy. The food was tasty, really enjoyed everything, couldn't fault anything to be honest. Could do with extra staff on front with people waiting for pickups at busiest time.

The food was good, but the tables and the floor were very dirty and oily and therefore very slippery. Health and safety is a concern since I've nearly slipped on the floor.

I saw the low rating and bad reviews for the branch and wasn't sure whether to stop by, but for me everything was very good, food was tasty.

Food was as you expect from KFC but service was great. Aadhi was fantastic thank you.

We ordered off a lovely young girl after 10 minutes she said the wings will be another 6 mins and we are waiting on chicken. In the mean time a guy complained as the drive through were being served consistently. We asked for fresh gravy and chicken as they had been sat in a box for 20 mins which were binned and replaced. Food nearly all boxed to be told sorry no more wings left, we were given chips and a gravy to replace the wings. To arrive home with the 2.99 snack box with no chicken just chips. We asked why so slow to be told electrical fault but this didn't stop the drive through being served. Awful service and food incorrect when arriving home.

Terrible service at drive through tonight. On purchase at pick up point, asked to go to waiting area. Waited well over 10 mins. Visited kiosk, asked to wait more, still no food, went to kiosk twice more. All in all at least 25 mins. Had to stand in drivethrough to remind them we were still waiting. They had forgotten! No offer of a refund and no compensation given. It was chaotic in the kitchen.

Suitably impressed. Extremely clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of meals.

It was a typical visit to KFC, used the self service. Food was ok and then we left.

Can't get an order right ,had so many drive though orders incorrectly done and then rudely dealt with when you point it out.

Can be hit and miss, sometimes very good, sometimes awful. It seems to depend on which staff are in as some are better than others.

Was dissapointing when first opened, but there has been a staff change and the difference is huge, kept clean, smiley pleasant staff, fast service and the food was so much better.

DO NOT GO TO KFC BANGOR What a load of disappointment. FOOD: The food was cold as it was sitting on the counter top for almost an hour and then one of many rude staff decided to put on the warmer till the chickens were cooked. there was hardly any chicken on the bones, all they gave us was tiny pieces of drumsticks. Our chips were horrible literally weren’t edible, whatever coating they put on the SOGGY! chips is disgusting. The sweet corn, beans and chicken popcorn were stone cold. As like i mentioned it was sitting on the counter for a long time before putting in the warmer. STAFF: The staff were rude, and like the other reviewer mentioned very snobbish attitude. They got angry when I asked where my food was as I was waiting for almost an hour for my food. The blonde woman staff member had a awful attitude, she kept rolling her eyes when I asked her about my food, she threw the bag of food at me and said in a snobbish face “your food would’ve been done quicker if you waited longer and didn’t ask me when it was ready” I said to her I’ve been waiting for almost an hour. All she did was smirk and walked off. It’s a good thing I didn’t sit in and eat my food as the tables were filthy. OVERALL: Honestly this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at kfc. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone going here. Stick to Llandudno junction at least the food is good there and staff are friendly.

Awful staff, short charge us, served me and my father with attitude and snobbish faces. Our food was half hot and half warm as it was sitting on the counter for 30 mins and then put in the warmer. The chips were absolutely horrible soggy and tasted weird. One of the worst experiences we’ve had.

Where do I start , take more priority on outside delivery not their drive through or indoor customers. Waited 30 min for my meal , which didn't contain the chicken pieces or hash browns , which was supposed to be part of my meal . What's with the chips 🍟. Couldn't find a smaller bag if you tried. 3rd time now of attempting not to do a review. Blown away last night . Refuse to visit again.

Yesterday bought family feast. It didn’t taste good at all, we just made the order at 3.07pm and within 5 minutes the food was on our table. We were surprised. We suffered a kind allergy to some content in chicken. We were confused if it was just us.

The food was tasty, but the chips could have been hotter. The staff are very nice and pleasant 😊

The service was very poor, the assistant was away from the desk chatting most of the time, we had to wait to order, the food including the chips was covered in excessive amount of black pepper which spoilt the food, all you could taste was pepper

For some reason, the food is always cold. Even when they are not that busy.

Yet again again did not receive what I asked and paid for.

Service was great. Only issue I had was using My Defence Discount Card at the till as the card Machine was down again so had to use the self service. But a message to the DDS when I got home and they sorted me out so I can use it at the self service next time. Happy Days.

Occasionally plagued by seemingly drastic management issues and a penchant for forgetting half of orders to the degree they appeared to have three separate books of errors in orders, but the staff are typically very friendly, especially considering what it's like to work around deep fryers that are constantly bubbling and steaming, it's genuinely impressive how pleasant the staff are. One staff member in particular - Mia is the most friendly person we've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. This Mia went above and beyond for simple drive -through service, double checked everything for us, and was wonderful in general.

What a place. If you like KFC, do not go here. Staff are just miserable. You can't use the KFC app here, been ongoing for months. Probably the worst KFC I've ever visited.

Long wait, disinterested staf etc etc How can any place offering a variety of drinks not have any of the bottles of still water available! These comments/reviews look like they have been made often, so why has the management taken any account of them and rectified them. Could it be that they are part of the problem Sorry KFC Caernarfon road Bangor I won't be returning, I can waste my time and money in better places!

Very very slow for a fast food place.... just few clients inside and couple of car on the drive through.... Don't really understand why I was waiting for 15 minutes.....

Waited so long to be served, the person on till acted like they could not be bothered, could hardly hear them ask our order and worst of all the food was luke warm, lots of people taking cold food back! Not going to this branch again 😕

I know it's only KFC but chicken strips taste lake those from Lidl.. usually you have to wait long time even if it's not busy.. staff does not seem happy to work there.. maybe except few young girls, they're nice and know how to smile. Usually you can't use kiosk.. for last two times i gave it a chance i've recived weird pieces of chicken.. not a leg, not a breast.. looked like leftover.. anyway whoever had a chance to try for ex. Polish KFC will understand how poor quality is chicken there. Just look at picture and check how nice things you can get outside UK..

This place is shocking. The staff have such a 'I couldn't give a toss' attitude, even when they forget things from your order, and you bring it up, you're made to feel like an inconvenience to them, then to find your food is inedible when you get it home is majorly disappointing, even the dog turned its nose up at it. The previous visit to the one mentioned, they were heaving busy, and people were complaining, I even stuck up for the staff saying it wasn't their fault, and the guy should lay off, before saying to the staff member "don't worry, we know you're doing your best", but even then they'd forgotten items from our order, after us waiting nearly half an hour. Each time I've visited here, I've always left disappointed. Amazing how 2 restaurants from the same chain, in the same town, can be so many worlds apart, in service, standards, and food quality. If you're in Bangor, and you want a KFC, go to the high Street store.

Waited 30 mins for "fast food". Was cold had yo return half of it and then wait another 19 minutes for that to be sorted. Whilst the rest of our food was going cold.

Didn't realise there's actual headless chickens that run KFC.... Stood waiting at the order desk for workers to just run around looking busy ignoring people waiting. Didn't bother waiting for food and left.

Tried going numerous times and it's the only KFC that I've been to where they never have stuff available. No hash browns so can't have tower burger, no regular chicken so can only have zinger burgers. No krushems. I mean what kind of fried chicken place doesn't have chicken???

Dirty floors, uncleared tables,poor "tidy ups" attempts to clean unproffessional

Been here on more than one occasion but last week it was terrible, sticky floors filthy tables food lukewarm and took ages after ordering the staff seemed overwhelmed. KFC is pricey but usually fresh, was very disappointing on this occasion!

Poor ordering system, restaurant area dirty with tables not wiped and litter on the floor. 15 minutes to get a box meal, table service didn't work and had to nag at the counter to get my food. The food itself came with a way overcooked leg piece that was burnt hard. They had also run out of some side dishes (corn cob), how can you run out of a frozen side dish? All these problems were obviously caused by being under staffed, the few staff working seemed either run off their feet or new and confused. All of this on a Friday evening when the restaurant should be busy, but only had a handful of customers inside. The restaurant was nicely designed and in agood location, but is being poorly run and on the evidence of this visit will be out of business unless quickly fixed.

Waited 35 minutes for food order, they forgot teriyaki nuggets and spicy wings. Cleanliness….. there wasn’t any Floor slippier than an ice rink. Won’t be going back. … ever

Not been to KFC for a long time. I won't return. Unfortunately the food was not worth what I payed. The Berger's are as good as they ever were but the sides and drinks and the time it took to get order was not worth it. Very sorry but I will not visit any KFC again.

Order wrong 3 times in a row. Not one apology. It was my fault for modifing the order via the kiosk. But they refuse to do at the till. How difficult is it to have a twister wrap without sauce? Not once has McDonald's screwed it up. Last straw was standing at the counter with 3 members of staff on the other side ignoring me completely for a few min (two doing nothing) not even saying we will be with you in a minute, i just walked out. I'm guessing the management is to blame as the staff dont look like they enjoy working there. Looking at the reviews, I'm not surprised, I wouldn't want to work in such a nightmare of tech faults and irate customers either.

The store and staff are great but sadly KFC management still have not fixed in store app ordering. It is therefore impossible to take advantage of any promotions, so you end up paying full price. Terrible management issue.

Slowest kfc I’ve had ever been too .the young staff didn’t have a clue ! Where was the team leader ? No direction of staff to do simple tasks . Waiting over half an hour for the smallest order … will not be returning here

No spoon or fork. So it was a challenge to eat the baked beans. The potato tasted off (possibly the poor quality oil) Nice and tidy but the food wasn't great.

not for the first time, we've had missing items in our order. told today it was cheaper to get something different and we ended up getting charged £2 extra. £2 might not sound like a lot but cost of living! opened the bag and discovered the extra £2 we were essentially scammed into spending was not even in there. this has happened many times. it's not that difficult to give people what they've paid for, I would know, I work in customer service. drive through is always pretty quick but you won't get half your order. went in once and ended up waiting 40 minutes for 3 items. the one redeeming factor is the food is always nice and hot, but their constant screwing up of orders needs to be addressed, and their terrible customer service really needs to be resolved.

Poor service . Staffed by two people who were working at the leisurely British snail pace !!! Wait of 45 minutes . No sense of urgency or the need to get more front line staff during busy periods .

KFC as you would expect it to be however not fast food. They were cooking to order so ilthere was a 15min wait for the food which was hot and tasty
