Kebaby in Gwynedd

the quality of the food has not been the same since new owners have taken over the establishment. the portions are often quite poor as well.

I ordered cheesy chips and they came with the most pathetic amount of cheese. Very disappointed. Also ordered a calzone and that was Okay. Just annoyed about the chips and the awful sad sprinkle of cheese, it has upset me greatly.

Took 2 hours for delivery and only live 7 miles away, when it arrived it had 3 items totally missing and food was cold. Never again

I came in and ordered with a twenty pounds. Got told there was no change and they tried to take my money off me, when I asked to just have my money back and go, they said no. Eventually after the tomfoolery my change magically appeared in the till. After receiving my money (which was less than it was supposed to be) they forgot half my meal in the back. I left and opened my order to find it lacking cheese with no salt or vinegar as requested.

Hardly any cheese on the pizza tasted awful, ordered a 12 inch and recieved a 10 inch pizza, not impressed.

Its cheap, and its that perfect kind of fastfood that you want when you really crave it. If you know what i mean, go here, don’t bother with that gormet take.

Edited : came back after a couple of years away. Presumed change of management. Service and food has dropped through the floor. The chicken in the glasses counter area had blue mold visible on it.

Not much cheese on my cheesy chips. Late but can understand with it being a saturdag evening.

Food was freezing, food missing, when phoned up they just laughed.

Ordered 2 items. The wrap meal was lovely but the chicken keebab witha salad had only what i could discribe as scraps of salad. It was very poor.

The food was less than average, mediocre to be true! I know it’s a kebab shop but you want what you pay for…. This doesn’t deliver!!!

Not even busy when we walked in, but ended up waiting 20 minutes for our food then when I got home found that I no gravy on my chips & gravy order & the meat in my kebab wrap was cold! I live 2 minutes up the road so no way it would’ve gone stone cold from when I left the place till I got back home. Seen the kebabs on the skewers but not on so seems like they’ve just cut off the meat cold! So not sure why we were waiting 20 minutes for cold meat & chips

Asked for 7.45pm for a reason and arrived early. Food portions have gone a lot smaller. Was quite disappointed we are regular customers here and not sure if we will be ordering again after the shock how much smaller the food was!

3 pieces of chicken on the chicken kebab chips and nanbread rock hard, absolutely awful, will not order from here again

The boss is changing recently, all the staff also change. I eat 4-5 times a week before. I’m sure no coming any more, that’s not the store I missing.

I placed an order, only to receive a call 10 minutes later to say they had no chicken shish, and they would replace it with donner meat. The delivery time was between 17:50, and 18:10 (I checked online and the establishment was only 11 minutes from the delivery location). I received a notification to say my food was on its way at 18:04. After waiting 20 minutes i called to ask where the delivery was, I spoke to a rude woman, who very bluntly said "it will be there soon" it arrived cold at 18:38.

I have ordered from this restaurant before and the foods been very good unfortunately tonight we had to order it and we got 30 to 40 mins later freezing cold and inedible wasted ages waiting and it has made me feel ill and I usually have a good meal I ordered it for me and a friend sad to say very disappointed will think twice about ordering again

my food has not arrived. my phone has gone dead. ordered of the computor. Food did not turn up and i have been sat by the windfow since 10pm. nothing arrived

Food was absolutely great but very limited choice. Why advertise all of the great kebabs you have to offer if you can never order the vast majority of them? What's with the never being able to select breads with anything else? A real shame folks.

Well what dan I say the food I had was a mix donar kebab with sauce and salad and it was the worst kebab I ever had and it had no taste and they put the sauce on the kebab then put salad on top,it said it did not do chicken which I had lamb and it was bad I will never food from there again

Honestly a hit or miss, it's either amazing or meh, all the donnor items are great my favourite is the mixed souvlaki wrap, 10/10 however the pizzas and other dishes aren't so good, but overall nice atmosphere and good food for a good price.

We passed by to order some food for iftari the lovely brother from this shop said there is a masjid that provide food for iftari as the brother was so helpful we still ordered food and also went to the masjid. We need brothers like that not only for business but humanity. Thankyou brother because of you we went to the masjid and prayed and eaten The food from the takeaway was spot on ordered the mix kebab on chips and the salad and sauce was fresh and juicy. If i go to Bangor i will definitely pass by this brothers shop again

Please advertise correct opening times, there’s no need to say you’re open till 2:30 and not even be open at 1:30. It’s annoying sort it out.

So disappointed! website says open 4;30 i’ve been phoning since to place an order for collection, not once has anyone answered just let the phone ring. Never had this issue before so i’m really shocked and let down.

Let me tell you something, this man ahmed has got to be the best guy in bangor with 10/10 amazing food.. especially donner meat and chips amazing taste and quick service.

The best pizza/kebab place in Bangor! Fresh food all the time. Big portions for fair price. Juicy and tasty chicken (donner) with no chicken skins (most kebab shops in Bangor mix meat with skins 🤮). Friendly and polite staff. My favorite takeaway in Bangor! 🙂

Atrocious!!!used to be the best kebab in Bangor and now the worst. Have ordered many times now and Every pizza, popcorn chicken and even mozzarella sticks were burnt. Kebabs very dry and when I've rung up to complain they never answer or rudely put the phone down. Always something missing from the orders. I will not be ordering again!

Ordered takeout was told it was coming at 8 called at 9:30 after multiple calls being denied just to be argued with and have my order cancelled stupid service with melts for workers

9.8.2022 went there late in the night, place looked to me very clean,,, but only one bloke there behind counter on his own??? Poor bloke was rushed off his feet but still had time to be nice and had a smile on his face at the same time,,, had a kaybap for £6 and it was very nice indeed for the price,,, but please get more staff as for team work it takes a team to do it not just one bloke like this bloke all by himself,,, knowing he did a very good job,,, great place,,,, great food,,, great prices,, GET MORE STAFF

Best kebab shop in Bangor. The portion sizes are fantastic for a round guy like myself, the prices are very reasonable, the service is great and the food is always hot and delicious. A few weeks ago, I popped in, as it seemed to be the only kebab shop that was open so late in the night, turns out they were in the process ofclosing, and has run out of many items, but the man behind the counter still greeted me with a smile and served me what he could. After a less than ideal night out drinking, it made my day, or should I say evening. It was a genuinely wonderful experience I had that night. Keep up he good work; I'll be returning on Friday night

Asked if they delivered to a location 8 minutes away over the phone, was told to use food hub, found it, then 20 minutes later it was removed, poor service, feeding a family of 6 after a very long journey, they have lost out on business

I had to wait 25 minutes on top of the 50 minute estimated time and I only live 10 mins from the shop, I was told they were busy

We didn’t get all the food we ordered. We were missing the 1.5 litre bottle of Tango. The delivery driver said he’d be right back but I never got a call back or sign of the driver. The food was also wrong as both Kababs we got were mixed meat but we ordered only one of them mixed.

**Poor management, rude Egyptian man on counter and poor hygiene , works with no gloves and wipes sweat with bare hands and expect us to eat from his filth. Please beware of eating from this place which is a health hazard. When I refuse to eat there and wanted to cancel my order the man on counter asked me to leave the Resturant as he felt embarrassed . Ignorant , despicable and sad place. On top of all doesn’t treat ppl as human beings.**

Really good takeout. Fast and friendly. We had food here twice on our visit to Bangor, and we'll go back again on our next visit. It is take-out, but everyone was happy with their food, and the kids particularly liked the pizza.

Very tasty and hot when arrived

Placed large order online and paid up front (obviously) order confirmed and advised it was being prepared. Given a delivery slot of approximately 70 minutes - so far so good. TWENTY minutes later received a message saying there are no drivers available, order cancelled and I would receive a refund in 3 to 5 working days. Not good enough
