Miller & Carter in Manchester

Food was lovely felt like I we was rush out our seats after spending £160 pound it wasn’t as if we had just sat there talkin we was havein a few drinks we all had a main meal and a dessert won’t be returning any time soon

My fillet steak was ever so slightly chewier than I thought. Super nice nonetheless. Loads of flavour. Dean was a fantastic server, he made me laugh, made me feel welcome and was just overall the best! This man needs a pay rise!!!! Seriously! He’s your best staff member on the restaurant floor. Love from London and Essex. Thank you for making my trip to Manchester a joy.

Our servers name is Dean and when I informed him of my intolerance he went above and beyond to ensure everything was free from my intolerance as the kitchen did . We had a great time and would highly recommend

After a busy work day, it was a pleasant surprise to meet Patrick. His service was great, funny, knowledgeable on the different meat cuts, sauces e sides and which combination make more sense. The beef was tender, the sea bass tasty. Will return for sure.

Food is amazing. Had the Butcher’s Block and the Calamari. Both exceptional. Service was phenomenal. Emma was like a ninja genie that made awesome food and drinks appear at just the right moment! Patrick from the get go was understanding of a delay with another person struggling with parking. Reassurance and attentiveness are amazing qualities and an excellent host. Food was excellent and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed on the upper floor.

Fantastic evening at Miller and Carter Manchester. We went for the new Sunday Sharing Board. Everything came cooked perfectly how we wanted it, all the sides were delicious! Dean, our server, went above and beyond for us and was always available if we needed him, he was very kind and helpful - thank you, Dean!

We had a wonderful meal at Miller & Carter Manchester. A very homely atmosphere, we felt very comfortable straight away.Our server, Jess, was very attentive and helpful, taking the time to explain the different dishes to us. The Steak was delicious and cooked to perfection and I can recommend the onion loaf and halloumi fries as sides.

I had a wonderful lunch at Miller & Carter. Our waitress, Nicole, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and quick to recommend dishes. The food was excellent; my steak was cooked perfectly and came with delicious sides. The service and quality made it a great midday meal. Highly recommend, especially with Nicole taking care of things!

Patrick was absolutely amazing all night. Food was perfect, our fillet steaks were cooked to perfection. However, when we arrived for our booking, we were told we would be seated within 5 minutes, yet wasn’t taken to our table until 40 minutes later when many other couples who arrived after us were seated first. The front manager who was dealing with seating customers seemed very overwhelmed and not organised, our drinks didn’t arrive until 30 minutes after we ordered. My partner and I come often to Miller and Carter, our experience has always been an enjoyable one - although we were extremely disappointed to begin with, Patricks service and the food quality made it up.

Dinner tonight was delicious. Can recommend the 8oz fillet, red wine sauce, sautéed greens and lemon tart - it was all fantastic! Service made the evening though - couldn’t have asked for a better server than Jess. She made everything more enjoyable, is friendly, attentive, helpful and a credit to the restaurant.

We had Patrick as our server and he made sure at all times we were comfortable and always happy with our food. His friendless really added to our evening! Both of us had the best fillet steak and they also accommodated brilliantly to my gluten allergy! Only down side was that we waited 40 minutes after we arrived for our booked table, which we were told would be 5 minutes !

This was our first time at the Miller and Carter Manchester. Really lovely building. The atmosphere is pleasing. Service and food were exceptional. A special shout out to Taz our server who went above and beyond including not singing happy birthday to me at my request. If you've not tried a proper steak house yet give this a try you won't be disappointed.

We had visited miller and carter in bury a year ago and my husband and I enjoyed a bit of it, although their services was nearly same as what we saw in the Manchester branch but atleast the food was a good compensation. This time, we decided to try the Manchester branch for a change and I would say that the miller and carter in Manchester is an ABSOLUTE DISASTER and VERY HORRIFIC, first we got there and one lady gave us a beep to wait till we got a seat assigned, we waited out in the cold and this actually never beeped. Eventually we walked in to request for a seat and we were handed in the worst corner of the restaurant, squashed in a small table and chair with barely no space to put our food. Our orders were taken and we asked for a “well done” steak but they decided to give us a medium, the chips was not what we ordered and they decided they would add cheese to our lettuce which was no where near what we had requested. The staff was nothing to write home about and we felt we were treated as trash, except for one lady that noticed I wasn’t happy and came to enquire what was wrong…. To crown it all, I and my husband ended up with GASTROENTERITIS the whole night and the next day from the terrible food… I could go on and on….but in SUMMARY, We are never going anywhere near any Miller and carter ever again.

Busy Sunday evening The restaurant was packed full. I had a reservation I placed order for all my items at the same time and started with a Forrest Mojito. This was served 6 mins later. I ordered chicken wings for starters and it took 10 mins from the drinks were served to when it was served Main was a Sirloin 12oz 30 day, medium well - I took 33 mins from the time the starter was served Total 55 minutes to get served all the meals I ordered a Lemon cake desser

Me and my girlfriend really enjoy this place been here mutable times. This time round we had a waiter called Patrick serv us very funny and very helpful with finding out different things with the menu. Top guy thank you and see you again.
