We visited Sunday 23rd March 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We shared the Sunday sharer which was all cooked perfectly and so tasty! All the staff were really friendly and helpful, in particular our waiter Gonz! Really helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and his friendliness made for a lovely visit

Had a very helpful staff member called Natasha. She normally works at the Banbury Miller and Carter restaurant. But would not of guest, she handle our order, quickly and officently and nothing was too much trouble.

First time at Miller and Carter and it did not disappoint. We were served by Angie who was great. Really friendly and had good banter. Food came quickly and was cooked to perfection. Very good portion size too. Was very full but made room for dessert. The choc brownie is a must. Will come back again!!

Had a great Sunday lunch here recently. Octavion was a great waiter. Attentive, polite, witty and engaging (we had an 8 year old with us who was included in the ordering process). Food came quickly and correctly, steak cooked to order and tasted great. Thank you for such a great service!

We visited for a family lunch. A very pleasant experience, all good could not asked for better.

We ordered from the lunch set menu our waiter Gonz was fantastic. Very attentive and engaging. He took time to discuss the dietary requirements as one of our group of 5 has a shellfish allergy. Nothing was any trouble for him and he made the experience very enjoyable. The food was very good , served in timely manner. We didn’t have any issues with anything. Gonz is an asset to the restaurant. We will return. Thanks 🤩

The food was unreal. The staff were all so polite and kind. We did unfortunately get sat in a more child area for date night but the staff couldn't be more friendly. We would definitely go there again.

I visited the restaurant with three family members who were over from Ireland for the rugby match in Cardiff. I was most impressed with the lovely welcome. We were introduced to our Portuguese waiter, I believe his name was Gonzalez. He explained everything thoroughly about the menu, and recommendations. I have to say we all went for the rib eye steaks, 30 days matured. They were the best steaks we ever had. We have been to many steak houses, but this place is top class. I have been to Miller and Carter in London. This place was by far the best. The best service, the best food, and great atmosphere. The waiter recommended wonderful desserts. They were amazing. Gonzalez was so professional, friendly, but not obtrusive, like some places. He is a credit to the establishment. We were there two years previous. We certainly will be back to this wonderful restaurant. If you are a meat lover, look no further than this restaurant. I can highly recommend it.

Went for birthday meal with my partner and had the best experience! Our server Burcu was lovely attentive polite. Food was fantastic! Ate every bite! Served drinks by Salem/Millie and she was funny and great service. Caitlin served me cocktails at the bar after dinner. She was great at recommendations really knew her stuff and the cocktails were amazing. Great atmosphere over all so glad I had my birthday meal here on the 8th. We have already booked again for our anniversary!

We had the privilege of having Georgia be our server today! I can honestly say she was flawless! Helped us with fussy orders and was very professional and polite! She is an absolute credit to this team!

Mauro, was a great server and the food was excellent, always leave full after eating the 16oz ribeye which was cooked perfectly at medium.

Had an amazing date night with my wife last weekend and would highly recommend. The steak was expertly cooked, and ambiance was just right for us to unwind and enjoy the meal. I also want to give a big shout out to our server, Sherman, he was friendly, knowledgeable and helped to crown a perfect evening.

Visited this afternoon to try the Sunday sharing roast.....it certainly didn't disappointing! Delicious! Obviously had to order a side of the onion loaf 😋 Meat perfectly cooked and very generous portions of greens and potatoes. Add to that, copious amounts of the Delicious beef dripping gravy...perfection! 😋 One of our party had allergies, and our server and the duty manager Mauro couldn't have been more helpful. Mauro listened to our concerns, reassuring us that he would do everything he could to make everyone aware, to avoid any cross contamination, and when the food arrived, we had little green flags on the food that indicated that all the food had been checked and was good to go! Well done Miller and Carter for being so scrupulous! Mauro also couldn't have been more attentive during our visit. He was there when we wanted anything but gave us our space when we didn't....such a lovely guy, kind, bubbly, and extremely professional with the best customer experience at the front of everything he does. Thank you so much Mauro for such a lovely experience.

We have been here a few times and the food and service has always been excellent. Unfortunately this time we ordered 3 steaks which came with lettuce that had gnats in them! We told the waitress who was very good, she said she told the manager and replaced the lettuce which came out with gnats in them again! Just a sorry from the waitress, the manager was no where to be seen!! Will not be going there again!!

Booked our table for our anniversary today, our server was Luke and he was 10/10! Couldn't ask for a better one, very honest, open and very easy to talk too! Luke made it the best experience. The food was delicious and came at good time, the set menu was amazing price for what you get. Highly recommend to anyone, it does get busy (obviously the food is amazing). I didn't release you can only leave 1 review so I'll just add our third visit onto this one: Once again we visited Miller and carter and again the service and food was 10/10. We were looked after by Mauro and Gonz. We are at start of our third week of Keto diet and they were amazing. Both have done keto themselves so very knowledgeable and was able to provide advice on everything. Highly recommend going there with keto diet as you will be in safe hands. To be fair we recommend going on any diet. They recommend when booking a table to make a note of your diet in the special requests so if you don't get these two amazing gentleman then another amazing member of the team will help you. Both steaks were good as requested and mouth watering. Aways a fabulous time when we go. There was no problem with parking this time as plenty of spaces. Keep up the amazing work!

Ok second time eating here and have to say the Steaks are poor, Rump the first time so maybe understandable However Chewy Meat even on a so called Black Angus 8oz.For the Money their are so many places to get a better piece of Steak that Here..It is a Franchise and have experinced much the same at the 3 other Miller & Carters I have tried Berryfields, Aylesbury and Birmingham...Maybe its my Palet..🤔

We recently dined at Miller & Carter Kidlington for my partners birthday, but it didn’t get off to the best start. Despite having a booking, we were kept waiting for 30 minutes past our reservation time as it had apparently been "deleted." This was quite frustrating, especially as another table was sat at our reserved table meaning they nearly ended up with our £20 deposit being deducted off of their bill by mistake. Thankfully, once we were finally seated, things improved. Our server, Angie, was absolutely superb, friendly, and professional. She really turned the evening around with her excellent service, making sure we were well looked after. The food was enjoyable, and thanks to Angie, we still had a pleasant dining experience despite the initial issues.

It was our 1st experience of going to a Miller and Carter, with my wife being Coeliac, she always has to be careful, not many restaurants have a Gluten Free menus, yours had a lot of choice, the food was amazing. The staff were fantastic. One gripe, you advise smart casual dress, no sportswear, i wear trainers all the time, so for my visit i wore some shoes, imagine my surprise when i arrived and saw people with sports trainers on.

Our server Octavian was so friendly and attentive. The food and service is always amazing at the Kidlington location and we come here regularly to enjoy an evening of great food and service.

We come to miller and carter a few times a year to the one in kidlington - tonight we had Octavian, absolute sweetie, great service and all round lovely guy. Food delicious as always!

Our experience at Miller and Carter was lovely, the atmosphere is very nice, well laid out and had some good music on in the background, the food was tasty, we got the Valentine's sharer experience and there was lots of food, and our Server, Mauro, was very friendly, helpful and fun. Went in for an early Valentine’s Day with the girlfriend. One rack of ribs and one steak. Steak was unbelievable (10 oz fillet mignon) definitely worth the extra couple of quid. Ribs were also very nice. We had Gonz as our waiter, lovely man, very polite, we had a very big table come in and sat next to us as we sat down but there was not much delay, Gonz did very well to make sure we were attended to throughout. Will be returning, cheers gonz

We had an amazing dining experience at Miller & Carter Kidlington! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel truly valued as guests. Their friendly and professional service made the evening even more enjoyable. We ordered the steak, and it was absolutely perfect – cooked exactly to our preference, juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The sides complemented the meal beautifully, making it one of the best steak dinners we’ve had. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service! Will definitely be returning.

Absolutely beautiful evening, steak couldn’t off been any better cooked perfectly to how it was requested, and the server Georgia couldn’t off done anymore for us! So polite and extremely helpful when recommending a cut off steak! All round amazing service!

We booked a meal for a birthday celebration afer a day out and shopping at Bicester Village. We brought along a birthday cake. The staff took it off us to keep in the kitchen fridge and keep cool vs leaving it on the table. We had a lovely meal, food and drinks were all good. All the staff were great, but especially Georgia our server. She even decorated the cake with candles (we had left ours in the boot of the car) and sang Happy Birthday with us as she brought the cake to the table. Would come here again if in the area.

We regularly visit M%C Kidlington and have found it a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and helpful along with good tasty food.
