Miller & Carter Haywards Heath in Mid Sussex

Had a fantastic Sunday roast, the roast chicken was delicious aswell as the cauliflower cheese. Definitely didn't need the lemon tart but it definitely finished the dinner off perfectly.

Consistently decent food. Definitely grab the 2 or 3 course meal deal.

We visited to celebrate an 18th birthday. We were a table of 9 with a wheelchair user. The staff were helpful with table arrangements and we were looked after so well throughout our meal.

Caron is a lovely lady and nice atmosphere in pub ,very accommodating and we will be back soon xx Joe is such a friendly host and wld always go back great atmosphere and made to feel at home ,wld recommend going there every time .

Today we visited Miller & Carter in Haywards Heath, we were served by a young lady by the name of Tabby who explained everything about the menu the prices etc, very attentive to us throughout our delicious meal

Joe and Billy looked after us in a friendly and professional manner which made for an enjoyable evening. We ordered the Sunday Sharing Board which was excellent.

I came in with my family, I had a wonderful experience and the food was delicious. A special thanks to Sian who was serving us as she was the highlight of the evening and made us feel extremely comfortable.

Our first visit to a Miller and Carter (whilst staying at Gatwick airport) Fin did a great job serving us; service with a smile, even got us a taxi number for taking us back to the station, Calamari good, steak ideal colour for what we requested, cooked to perfection, steak no sinew, tender, good idea with the lettuce. Next time we are in the area will certainly pay a visit, well done Fin and all 👏🏻

The steak was cooked to absolute perfection – juicy, tender, and packed with incredible flavor. Every bite was a treat, and it was clear the chefs truly care about the quality of their dishes. Christmas Day Dinner : The food was amazing but we felt like we was being rushed. Would i book Christmas Day again ? Probably not here

Went for Xmas day and within a hour of leaving my wife was throwing up her seafood. The only person in our family to have eaten it . Clearly a problem with the seafood! Spoilt our family Christmas

Wedding meal. Great service and good food

My daughter and myself went for dinner at this restaurant. We are frequent diners there. There were a couple of issues that I conveyed to the manager Joe and server Billy who were just brilliant at resolving them. The customer service from both of these staff was the best we've had at M & C Haywards Heath. They were attentive and friendly throughout the evening. If I could give 10 stars for Joe and Billy I would. They are an absolute asset to M & C. Thanks Joe and Billy :)

Billy was our server who was polite, courteous and couldn't have done enough to make sure our party of 26 were fed and watered with their correct choices.

I was at miller and carter for a Christmas work do last Wednesday. Had the sea bass which was delicious! But what made my experience the best yet, was the lovely waitress Caron! She was amazing! Checked on us not too much or too little. Was super friendly and gave fantastic recommendations. Will definitely be coming again even for just the great service.

We came for a wedding party at Miller & Carter and the service was fantastic, swift drinks and same with the food! There was a server called Billy and he was positive and efficient and never showed any sort of negativity, he deserves high praise and so does the kitchen staff

Superb evening, our work do was the absolute best CARON WAS AMAZING. we had such fun, she got us stickers so as we could play our silly but very fun game. She’s awesome and every party needs her!
