Great atmosphere and brilliant service.

Amazing food and very friendly hosts. We are not from the area, but if we're even in East Greensted again, we'll visit for sure.

Went there for my husbands birthday, the food was lovely nice tender steaks and was looked after very well. Will definitely go back there

We went on a Sunday evening for our first wedding anniversary. The staff were so attentive and couldnt do enough for us. The food was absolutely amazing and i cannot wait to dine with you again. Highly recommend the sharing board where you get a taste of each cut of steak - even better when you can't decide what to go for 😆

Went with the family for my birthday. Great attentive service. Food superb quality. First time my 5 yr old son had steak and he loved it. Chilli jam with the halloumi was a great treat.

Husband and I dined here for the first time last night and we weren't disappointed. Service was friendly and attentive and overall the food was excellent Husband had the chorizo for starter - delicious and I had the prawns which tasted nice but perhaps larger prawns or more prawns could have been used. Obviously being a steak restaurant we both had steak for mains and both were cooked to perfection, blue cheese sauce was delicious too, mash had no lumps in it and sweet potato fries were lovely and crispy on the outside. Dessert was chocolate brownie which again tasted good but would have been better served warm. Our only small critism of this restaurant would be that the menus look a bit tatty and could do with being updated and some soft furnishings might help soften the acoustics, it was very noisy especially when a big birthday group came in to dine but it wouldn't stop us going back, infact I imagine we'll be returning on a regular basis.

This was a lovely find,the staff were excellent, helpful ,courteous, and friendly . The food melted in your mouth, and again, plenty of it ,they also had live music, which was good and different from what we were used to ,all in all, a great evening

Went for lunch today the food was delicious and the service was first class I have MS & COPD and had to change my seat as not comfortable on the one I had then the owner brought me one with arms so was easier for me to get up, he was so kind will definitely go back there for another lovely steak

I just had a family meal (5 of us) the staff were so attentive, kind and thoughtful. They made every age group feel special from little touches to drinks, adjusting the music volume to allow for hearing impairment to giving a birthday gift. Possibly the best restaurant staff I’ve ever encountered. The food was outstanding for all of us. My friend raved about the “Blue steak” being cooked to perfection. All of our meals were amazing. I am never really compelled to write a review but they went the extra mile for us tonight so I will do the same for them. Congratulations team five stars all round

Situated in EG and quite a nice looking restaurant. However, it was very empty and my table was slightly sticky. The steak was cool to touch when served and no chips available. Salad was okay. At least it was fairly large. Not particularly happy to go again.

Brilliant steak and attentive staff! Treat yourself to the ribeye (It's worth every penny)! I hope the pineapple grows big enough to make a Pina Colada.

Had a family birthday meal including 2 young children and can't speak highly enough. The menu is small but has great variety - it's not just steak! We all ordered something different and all our meals were delicious, and the rib-eye was cooked to perfection. The malbec infused salt was the perfect addition too. The service was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble and we were treated like royalty. All in all, an incredibly enjoyable meal, lovely desserts and an excellent cocktail menu too. I notice they also support local charities too. Highly recommend.

We come here as we were stopping in the Crowne Plaza in Feltbridge the day before our holiday and come across this on Google Maps. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with a lot of warmth and smiles from the two servers. The attention to detail was just sublime, we ordered two mojitos and the gentleman in the red shirt (sorry I didn't catch your name) went to the shop to get fresh mint and one of the best mojitos I've ever had. Throughout the time we were in the restaurant we were catered to beautifully and the steak sharer was so good, worth every penny for the amount charged! Had 2 more cocktails and all were made fresh and the hosts were just brilliant. I have a feeling next time we travel from Gatwick we will be back. Upon leaving I could only say goodbye to the server with the shirt and glasses (sorry, I didn't cat h your name) I missed out on saying goodbye to the other host. I've paid a lot more in service charge over the years and not received anything near the service I received in here, so warm, inviting and friendly Definitely recommending to family and friends and hope to come back in the near future! You guys are awesome!

This place could be so much better with more attention to detail…..there were menus on the table that weren’t relevant for the day of our visit, the dessert/coffee menus we were given were pretty mucky on the back, the mushroom side was cold when it arrived, (the staff redeemed themselves by not charging for this item), the beef burger was only just warm enough and the very large chicken neopolitana was only just cooked through….seems to us that cooking times weren’t being judged correctly in the kitchen and some dishes being cooked way too early for delivery to the table. The wine we wanted (incidentally the cheapest on the online menu) was not available, crossed off the at table list and apparently had been for “months”….so we had no choice but to have a more expensive bottle. The ice cream was very basic and tasted synthetic….would have been better to offer smaller quantities of a better quality. ….the only redeeming thing was the very good, attentive, pleasant young man that served us very well. Perhaps if one wanted steaks and cocktails this restaurant would rate better.

I had the fillet and it was divine! My partner had the ribeye and was just as pleased as I was! Haven't given 5 stars as the blue cheese sauce could have been stronger. The service was fab. Ben and Bruno looked after us and built a great rapport with us and they weren't invasive. I hope it's just as on point when we go again 🙌🏼

As someone who travels the UK quite often I can't truly put into words how refreshing and good the food was here. I literally forgot to take a picture of the steak (to send to my girlfriend) as it was so delicious I was too busy eating it. The only thing greater was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, especially Bruno and Herman!

Went for a birthday meal for a very fussy steak lover. Everything was excellent. The birthday boy enjoyed his steak and it is clear they are passionate about food. The sangria was delicious and went down very easily. Everyone enjoyed their starters and mains, which ranged from empanadas, chorizo, pasta, steak and prawns. Excellent, friendly service. We will definitely go back again.

Hemanas served us fantastic food! Better than any of the London chains (Goodmans, Gauchos, Hawkmoors). I’ve eaten in many steakhouses and Dom Domingo beats them all. Personal service and great food. Steak served to perfection and the Churros are to die for. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you for a great night.

From the moment we arrived last Saturday, we were welcomed by a happy, polite team of staff and manager. This service continued all evening.Our food was very very good and the drinks choice was extensive and satisfying.A great atmosphere again due to the staff interaction.We will most certainly be back either as a couple or a group.We cannot find fault with this cosy restaurant.Thank you from Mr Martin (table 1).

Food was top quality, lovely steaks and good friendly service and quite a good atmosphere, can be a little loud when crowded but not bad by any means. Even gave us a free glass of wine each as we were heading home 😁 top place and will definitely come back for more

I have been here with my husband before and enjoyed what I had. My husband loves the breaded chicken so he had that. I decided to make two starters up to a main as a combo, so I had the calamari and beef empanadas, with a side salad. It was a very nice meal, I'd never tried empanadas before and they were very tasty, like a mild chilli con carne flavour inside and tender little squares of beef. The glaze on the salad was very tasty too, and the calamari was lovely. It arrived in a mini deep fryer basket. The service was friendly and attentive and the traditional style music set a nice atmosphere. Definitely having those empanadas again... probably every time I visit from now on!

Went there on a Friday night, food was very good, service was fantastic, waiter was great and the owner was very accommodating. It has that great feeling that only a smaller independent place can give you, that the chains don’t. We were very happy!

The dish I had was not good at all. Was supposed to be crispy fried chicken with tomato sauce and cheese. Was more like soggy crumbed, overcooked chicken with a tin of chopped tomatoes poured onto it and melted cheese. So bland, tough and chewy. Very expensive restaurant so was expecting to be wowed. Was dissapointed. Lovely decor and atmosphere and the service was great though. Wish I'd had the burger as my friend said it was one of the best burgers he'd ever had.

Well googled this place as many do Booked for 19:00 but I got it incorrect and booked for 18:30 We arrived there and they made a plan for a 19:00 booking Went out of there way beyond expectations was a Great service and a fantastic meal Will definitely be going back

this restaurant was lovely staff and manger was so polite me and my partner has the tira de lomo fillet cooked rare it was absolutely beautifully cooked just melted in your mouth .very kid friendly ,manger was lovely ended up giving a tip .This place is amazing, definitely recommend

The food here is excellent - we keep coming back for more. I did used to like the dulce de leche pancake though - if that came back on the menu I'd be very happy.

What a great venue! Atmosphere superb. Menu choices are spot on and a great range of wines and drinks and cocktails. Had a night out here with my girlfriend. I had bread and olives to share as a starter and Dom Domingo pasta for mains and banoffee pie desert. All of the food was so flavoursome. Washed this down with a bottle of Pinot Grigio wine and a classic mojito. Staff are very efficient and friendly so the whole night felt very romantic. Give it a try as you will not be disappointed!

Friendly staff and a good atmosphere in the restaurant. Good selection of steaks, we choose the rib eye which was very tasty and well cooked to our requests. There was a little bit more fat in my steak than I would have liked but it really didn’t spoil my meal. 2 of us had the chicken Milanese which I tried and found to be really succulent and well seasoned. 6 of us all had starters, we drank alcohol and shared a large desert and the bill came in at around £50 per head which included the 10% service charge which is automatically added to the bill. We would visit this restaurant again for sure. We found the best place to park was in Queens Road accessed via west street and then just a 3 minute walk.

There was a warm welcome from the start from the owner and he was very attentive, which was easy because there were only 8 people in altogether. While drink choices were limited the food flavours were great and we each had a different dish to choose. My only fly in the ointment were the poor cuts of meat, I don't think they were the best value for money at £45 each and didn't look like your normal rib eye. Apart from that I will probably go again when I fancy a tasty meal.

Fabulous post Xmas shop meal. Very enthusiastic owner who had gone to great lengths source his ingredients. Attentive service. We had the platter where you get to try four different types of steak - delicious! Olives were fab too.

What an amazing & friendly place. We tipped up without a reservation & this wasn't an issue for a Saturday evening, albeit 6pm ish. The Manager/owner was very attentive, advising what had changed on the menu & if we wanted we could swap some of the ingredients, ie, salmon instead of prawns. There was a choice of 3 Malbec, all the same price and the Manager let us have a taster of all 3 in order for us to choose the one we liked best. After our starter the waiter asked if we wanted our mains straight away or if we wanted to leave it a while. Blown away by the service we received & will certainly be going back again. Our first time here and from the moment we arrived and were greeted by Ben, who whilst placing an order on the till still acknowledged us with a smile and 'won't keep you a moment madam' to the continuing attentive yet not intrusive service/meal checking by him and owner Hermano (apologies if spelling incorrect) the whole evening was seamless. The food (empanadas, chorizo in red wine, burgers, dulce de leche cheesecake and churros) were all beautifully cooked and well presented, came out hot and with no long wait despite the restaurant being busy and full. The very personable staff definitely added to an already excellent culinary night - can't fault anything - whole evening fabulous.

Love this place. Would highly recommend. Good steak, great desserts too! If you're in the area, this is one of my top picks!

Came here for a friend's birthday and had a wonderful time. Food was amazing! Me and a friend shared a steak and a burger as we couldn't decide between them and mmmmm chefs kiss! So good. The cocktails were delicious too and the red wine went perfectly with the steak. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Amazing food, amazing service, stopped here before flying out from Gatwick to go on holiday, Had the fillet with various sides, food was great quality and well presented. The host certainly spoilt us with great conversations, stories and some lovely rare drinks! Don't know where to start... If you have an owner who is passionate about their food, its ingredients and shares that with you, then you'll have a truly great experience. From the moment we arrived until we left, we couldn't have been looked after any better. Chorizo in red wine, halloumi with home made chilli jam and a few others were to start and were simply fantastic. However this is only the warm up as we then had the 4 x 8oz steak selection (ribeye, fillet, sirloin and rump).... All medium and all, again, fantastic. The sea salt (Argentinian don't you know) goes with it well and was supplied in plentiful quantities, as were the tender stem broccoli, grilled peppers and chips... We were stuffed....(the happy type) However, not to miss out, I went for the homemade (again) Lemon meringue Pie and this was the most creamy and heavy Lemon Meringue I'd ever had and tasted sublime....It's only available when the owner makes it, so please, get some...The extra portion was most appreciated. So if you find yourself in East Grinstead, maybe at a local luxury hotel and want some proper food (!) then get yourself into Dom Domingos, you won't be disappointed...Not one bit....

My steak and chips were well cooked and served with a smile. The staff were extremely attentive. What would have been nice would be a salad garnish as the meal was exactly the sum of its parts. Would I go again..........probably as it is the type of restaurant needed in the town.

Customer service is amazing and so are the starters for food. Been here twice now and disappointed with the mains. First time I got steak and it was really fatty and chewy. Second time I got the Domingo pasta and it had a really strong bite - could’ve been cooked for longer and not enough chorizo and chicken in the dish. My friend order a steak this night as well as medium and it came as well done - staff was very good though and sent back to kitchen straight away. I’d come back again but only for tapas/starters and a glass of wine. Lovely atmosphere and customer service is amazing. We spent in total 400+ between 6, personally I think the mains are over priced for what they are however again service and starters were brilliant
