Miller & Carter Didcot in Vale of White Horse

This is now my absolute favourite place. The steak was cooked perfectly (as you'd expect), the chips were lovely, the pudding was bloody lovely and the staff couldn't have been better!

Excellent experience, marking a special occasion. We can’t recommend enough. Delicious food and wonderful ambiance, but it was the service that made this such a standout memorable occasion. Our waitress Katie was brilliant from start to finish. Patient and professional, courteous and kind, she went out of way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Nothing was too much trouble and always with a genuine smile on her face. First class service. We look forward to our next visit.

This location has a great feeling to it. The staff are very professional and keep a good eye out to see when assistance is needed. Parking is very good (just remember to register your car). The food itself is excellent!

Rafa is one of the best at Millar and Carter Steakhouse. He is very friendly, chatty, very polite and makes you feel comfortable. Drew was awesome and the food was good too! Steak was perfectly cooked and decent dessert (cheesecake). Bar selection wasn’t amazing but 100% would recommend. Was very reasonably priced, would have paid double in the States.

Jorge was amazing, always there to offer our next drink as soon as we were finishing up our last, even remembered everyone’s orders. Even tho the place was packed out, his service was better than expected, pleasantly surprised, will definitely be returning.

Lovely first ever visit to a M&C Steakhouse last night. Everything from start to finish was great, with friendly staff to greet us and Rafa guiding us through the menu and looking after us throughout. Going for a Black Angus Sirloin and a T-Bone we had plenty of food and everything was full of flavour. Steaks were cooked to perfection and it was a real treat. We had plenty of soft drinks to go with and dessert to finish. It was great. My only niggle was as everything’s well seasoned, it was a bit of a salt overload at one point. I felt like I needed something neutral, without a dressing or seasoning on it, so for me I’d consider that when ordering next time. Gonna try a sharer board next time I think. Cheers

I ordered my food at 5.34pm and it didn’t arrive till 7.55pm … my food was cold and not very nice , I paid a lot of money for my food and I would like a full refund as my food was cold!! Look forward to your response! Thanks Tracey

Food was missing from my order and didn’t taste great the dessert were inedible

The staff were amazing very friendly and polite always smiling and very attentive. Service was also quick not waiting to long to order and receive drinks, food etc.. Food was delicious came out pipping hot, full of flavour. I had the ribs which was Scrumptious and my husband had the steak which he really enjoyed. Very modern restaurant great atmosphere. I definitely would visit again.

Was all good slightly behind the EDT but the food was all warm and great

Order at 15:45, original EDT was about 16:50, almost an hour with no driver assigned, roughly about 15:50 the driver was at the restaurant, never changed the status since then, at about 16:10 the EDT time changed to an exact number, but the status never changed, Called the restaurant they confirmed it left at about that time. Delivered only at 16:32, so it took 22+ mins at least, whereas the journey is no longer than 10 mins. No idea why it took so long and why the status never properly changed
