Bought two Croissant here this morning was looking forward to eating them. However they were stale and inedible . Took them back and asked for my money back. They didn’t want to know and the person had real attitude. Very disappointing won’t go here again

I’ve been a regular at this coffee shop since they first opened in Mill Rd. I love the delicious snacks and variety of coffee. The garden in the summer is delightful.

A relatively new cafe on Mill Road, comprising two units side by side. What used to be Toms cakes has the food on display and next door has most of the seating. Order in one place and they bring the food and drinks to you. I went in for a coffee, and ended up having a pastry too. Good food and drink, and service with a smile. Worth a visit One tip for improvement. A seat in the Gents loo would be useful

We happened to be staying next door to this place for a couple of days over the weekend and what a find. The coffee was excellent and the people very friendly and helpful. Although we didn’t eat there the food looked amazing. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back

I think this is actually two former restaurants combined into one: one side of it used to be the much-lamented Tom's Cakes, which was an institution. There's an enormous combined garden in the back, not much seating in the space that used to be Tom's, and a full restaurant's worth of seating through the south entrance. I have never seen so much seating for a cafe. There's a good selection of small cakes, and the coffee/tea portions are generous. You have to order food in the northern part of the cafe but can take it anywhere on the combined grounds.

What a lovely cafe. Good for a snack and drink any time of the day. Lovely pastries and the service and welcome was excellent. We felt welcome and looked after with smiling and friendly staff. A rare gem.

Have been here before. It is mostly coffeeshop and bakery/patisserie, with a deli section with Greek food and drink items. The staff before were charming. This time, I asked a guy what was in a pastry labeled 'tahini cake' and he just replied 'tahini'. I said 'just tahini?' and he said yes. I said 'so just tahini and the dough?' and he said yes. This definitely did not sell it to me. A lady behind the counter then stepped in and said it is sweet. I looked at him, and he said 'tahini is sweet'. She said 'not always', which is clearly true since tahini is used in houmous. She then said there was cinnamon in, also. To be clear, they do both sweet and savoury pastries. Lesson to draw from this, is don't be put off if one staff member gives a very basic response. Presumably they have differing levels of English and the lady behind the counter and waitress were both gracious. Ordered a coffee, which would recommend, and went into garden. This is quite a large space which remember from CB1 days, though they have optimised seating capacity with neat rows of small tables and fold-up chairs. Apart from the fact it was a dull, cloudy day, damp from thunderstorm day before and not very warm, it was empty and this highlighted the sparcity of the design. There is a brick wall on right, with a few plants growing from it, and flowerbed with mostly weeds in it, a bare fence round 50% of the space, and a couple of large potted plants (plus one smaller pot with flowers in). A stray bike was parked by where I sat and a pile of folded cardboard boxes behind a bin. The gardener in me wanted to inject the space with lots of plants, particularly along flower bed, and some more potted plants amongst the seating space. I also wonder if something could be done with the bare fences - potentially some kind of art or trellises with more plants. It is definitely a space with lots of potential, and what they have done is a basic, clear start, but would like to see more energy put into making this an attractive space in itself, and not just an extra space to seat customers, which is largely what it feels like. CB1 (cafe in this building before, which was here for decades) occasionally had events using this outdoor space, and again, that might be something to consider when the business is ready. To add more positive into this review, I have tried their pastries before, and they are excellent and cut above anything from most supermarkets or bog standard bakeries. Also, from a Greek-run business, there are some interesting options, and at some point, may try the tahini pastry!

We came here 3 times to buy waffles at the right time when it is meant to be open but it was closed and there was no other bubble waffle cafe anywhere in cambridge so we came there for nothing really disappointing

I did a hot yoga class with Hakan (instructor) and i found it very unfriendly for new comers, especially beginners. It’s a shame as the classes and studio itself are advertised as friendly for beginners and all levels. There were a lot of movements that cannot be done as a beginner and there were no efforts made to adapt/modify exercises. There were points where l had to just sit there looking around because I couldn't do some of the more advanced poses and the instructor did not offer any modifications. There should be a notice before signing up to the class to indicate it is for advanced students and not for beginners. There was a strange smell coming from the mats in the hot yoga studio. Additionally, the website states they have showers - which they did not have. I’m also disappointed to see how they respond to reviews - very polite in higher reviews and very passive aggressive in lower reviews.

Service was very friendly, beer is very good, but food is the most disappointing thing ever, we wait for over 1 hour to get the food ice cold, is unacceptable, much better place to eat in Cambridge.

Short review is our friends and family LOVED the arepas . Many of whom are were visiting from South America Ivan and his Arepa Station provided catering for our wedding celebration in our garden at home via their food truck. Ivan was great in the lead up with communication and the arepas were loved by both the brits and the Latin amongst us. Would highly recommend and use Ivan again
