Shalom brewdog what a place! Great beer, great staff will be coming back again for their fabulous beer When I walked in I was amazed by the biatd boasting no less then thirty... Not 29 not 28 but THIRTY draft beers on tap it's like a beer lovers paradise. I indulged myself on a little tea cake sour from the beer wizards of vault city and boy what a treat... The taste buds were ignited with memories of childhood times at my meemaws house fresh teacakes off the oven Next up was the punk IPA the server boasted this was the world's best selling craft beer and I can see why 5 marks out of 5 for taste definatly one of my new gems Alas that was the end of my visit as I had to get my chutzpah back home but I will be returning !!! I went in for dinner on saturday last week and was served by the self-proclaimed 'Dog of the week.' Although I later found out her name was Cassia. LOL. She was amazing and recommended the Cluck Norris burger, which not only had an amusing name—a play on the American actor Chuck Norris' name—but was also delicious! I'll definitely be returning again, bringing the kids and the missus!

The food is generally good quality, but it's just way too expensive for what it is. The beers have all gone up in price massively, nearly £7 for a pint... But the food is also pretty expensive for a decent but not amazing burger. Also the staff weren't particularly attentive, and on a quiet Monday blasted music, and everyone in our section with the speaker left. They do have games though which is pretty nice, but when other pubs do all this at less price in Cambridge, just go somewhere else. And you're not giving money to Brewdog CEO.. which is always a win

When we decide to order food, food was just for whom "booked a table". I know several Brew Dogs and this was the first time I have seen this. They should remove the menu from the tables or put up a sign. It was a frustrating visit.

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic experience at the Cambridge BrewDog branch. She bought me a 'Beer Tasting' voucher as a Christmas present, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. On the night of our tasting, we were wonderfully looked after by Loulie, the general manager. She shared so many fascinating facts about each beer and the BrewDog brewery itself, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. To top it off, we were served a selection of delicious cheeses to pair with each beer — a lovely and thoughtful touch! I couldn't recommend this experience more.

Loulie was our waitress - what a brilliant lady she was! She made our family visit perfect. Very friendly and remembered our huge food and drinks order without writing anything down! Brilliant with my 9 year old daughter - thank you! Food was spot on as usual and beers great too. Definitely recommend and will return! 😊

You can't even order chips unless you have a booking. Tables don't get cleaned anyway, but the drinks are suitably wet, you'll just dehydrate before they get to you.

We went here for Wings Wednesday and was disappointed to hear after our first order that they were out of one of the 3 choices on the menu, the Korean flavour wings. Advised these would be available in 25 minutes as the chef was making more but they never were available for the rest of our time. Very poor having a buffet with 3 items and one of those 3 not being available. Would go for a drink again as the beer is good, but not food

One of the worst dining experiences I've had in Cambridge. We booked for the £1 burger offer (thankfully, as the sign on the bar said the kitchen was open for bookings only), arriving at 7:30pm. We had also paid a deposit, so the venue were very aware of our booking. We asked whether we needed to order with the waiter or order at the bar as we were a group of 14 but all wanted to pay in pairs to keep it simple, so we opted to order and pay at the bar. The food was all pretty slow to arrive, getting progressively worse. Most of our group waited 1-1.5 hours for their food to arrive. However, there were 2 people's food that still hadn't arrived by the time they called last orders at the bar at around 9:45pm (n.b. their opening hours on google maps says they are open til 11pm so we weren't expecting this). When we chased their food, we were told the kitchen couldn't find the ticket, and the kitchen was now closed and there was nothing they could do, just give them a refund. Nobody had thought to check back with our table at any point throughout the evening to make sure the food was ok, or that we had received everything, and nothing was offered to try to rectify the issue, or as an apology. One of our friends did manage to get a burger that they had going spare, however it wasn't what they had ordered, and as the other friend is vegetarian they couldn't share it so had nothing to eat. Extremely poor, and will certainly not be going back or recommending to anyone.

I'm loving Brewdog Cambridge. Their beers are varied and tasty, the ambience lively and the music is great. I've eaten here twice for their Wings Wednesday endless chicken wings and thoroughly enjoyed them both times. I'm sure I'll revisit again, remember to book the Wednesdays in advance.

Visited as part of a group of 6 on a Friday night @ 7:30. It was pretty busy but we had pre-booked for food so no trouble getting seated. Ordered burgers, wings and sides. All were decent and good beer too. Our server, Dovydas, was very friendly and attentive. We were tucked away in a corner but we didn't feel forgotten. Only negative was that the toilets could do with being a bit cleaner. Would visit again for a chilled evening with friends.

Found out after sitting down and trying the functional QR code you’re not allowed to order food if you haven’t pre-booked a table. And don’t even think about trying to get food elsewhere to bring it there to enjoy with the drink you purchased there since you weren’t allowed to try their own food

Food was okay, and arrived hot. The service was fine until we went to pay, as after I paid the waiter saw we left no tip and came back to say “was there anything wrong with the service” and me and my group replied no it was fine, he then walked off saying “oh okay then”. Not the worst experience I’ve had but I don’t like the fact that me and my group were made to feel bad for not tipping, when we’re a group of uni students. The waiter was also acting quite cold towards are group after that ordeal too.

Had a weird experience today. Came into the pub, was welcomed at the door, told we could sit anywhere and order through the app (although we were warned they were out of onion rings). Had a drink, went to order food and then were told that they were only providing food for people that had table reservations. That’s obviously disappointing for a Saturday lunchtime, but not being warned when we first came in the pub was most frustrating! Definitely room for improvement.

My favourite place in Cambridge! Delectable food even better staff, would come again!

Can someone explain why the beers are priced on the board by thirds and not pints, leading to a flight of four thirds coming to ca £25? The beer quality was excellent but this was the price of a bottle of fine wine! I left feeling entirely ripped off, though the service was pretty good

Unfortunately we had a pretty terrible experience at Brewdog Cambridge. We booked for Wings Wednesday at 530 (as per the policy as we had kids with us) but when we arrived they had already sold out of onion rings and Mac and cheese, 2 of the 4 side dishes available. The staff were very nice but were absolutely rushed off their feet and service was so unbelievably slow. We all ordered our first set of wings which were lovely - as they always are, but the problem came when we tried to order more (it was unlimited wings) we couldn't get the attention of a server for 15 minutes and then when we did order they took 25 minutes to arrive, and we were over an hour into a two hour booking. Half an hour before our booking was due to end we tried to order another portion for a couple of people at our table, we made that order at 7pm, checked in with them at 720, 730, 740... To be told they are on their way each time. The staff looked super stressed, and the kitchen staff stormed past us many times, I guess to the store room but they were clearly very annoyed as they were running in an out through the restaurant and slamming doors. By 745 I left with the children (still no wings) to get them food from Tortilla instead and my husband waited for the wings. The server was very apologetic and said the problem was not having enough stock, and gave my husband a free can of beer. It was truly a shambles of an experience and in no way did anyone have unlimited wings, we couldn't order and then when we did, they didn't come! The ones we did get were tasty but I would avoid dining in at all costs... It was a horrible experience and we left hungry. We did complain at the time and let the staff know to give them feedback and hopefully help for others but honestly I think they were too busy to listen.

Went for the wings Wednesday, and they ran out of wings halfway. Took half an hour to even take our order. Service really needs improving. Food is tasty though.

Booked for my son's 18th birthday. Staff were great and couldn't fault the service, the food was good, but the Mac cheese and wings were cold, advised the staff and hot replacements were provided, with no issues. They had ran out of onion rings and gravy but alternative choices were provided free of charge. Overall a good visit, the beers were top notch.

Probably the worst dining experience I've ever had, and the only negative Google review I've ever felt the need to write. Had a group booking for 11 people from 7-9. Arrived at 7pm, couldn't sit down for another 10 minutes as they hadn't finished cleaning off the table. 7:20 they take a drinks order. Drinks don't arrive until 7:45. No mention of food. 7:53 they take a food order, tell us that 2 chefs haven't shown up to work (fair enough) so food might take a bit longer but "we'll see". 7 of us order the bottomless wings, 4 of us order other items off the menu. 8:21 we are told food will be with us very soon. 8:35 those who ordered the wings are given them, those who ordered off the menu told it will be here soon. 8:50 (1 hour and 50 minutes after the start of the booking and 10 minutes before the end) my food finally arrives. We had to be somewhere at 9 so those who had wings had to leave at this point and were told they wouldn't be charged. After the remaining 4 of us finish our food, we flag someone up to ask about the bill, and they charge us the full price of all the meal and drinks. I'm not the kind of person who expects to be comped but given the horrific quality of the service (and the fact that we would have gone elsewhere if they'd been realistic about the time it would take to serve us) even a small token discount or a voucher or something would have been nice. Instead, they pretty much said tough luck because we didn't order the bottomless wings and so (I presume) they weren't under any obligation to do so. Can say pretty conclusively I don't plan to come back here and I'd recommend generally that you avoid. Staffing issues happen but the whole thing was handled absurdly poorly and frankly ruined an evening.

Girlfriend booked a doggy party with her friends for her dogs birthday. Was told they need to book in advance (£6 each) to make sure they have doggy stuff prepared - they turned up and there was nothing prepared. The food they had was really poor and the service equally terrible. The sever said given they’d paid £6 and received no doggy related gifts he’d give them a desert to share! Luckily after a bit of back and forth they gave in and gave a desert each but overall not recommended - far better places in Cambridge to visit.

Terrible service, was there an hour and a half before our tables food came out in drips and drabs. Staff didn’t seem to know what was going on.

Service was very friendly, beer is very good, but food is the most disappointing thing ever, we wait for over 1 hour to get the food ice cold, is unacceptable, much better place to eat in Cambridge.

Came here to celebrate my promotion at work and Chelsea really made the night. She was so lovely to us. Love the vibe of this place would definitely come back. Also you have to try the flat white martini!

Brewdog as a brand has gone seriously downhill in the last few years and I tend not to go anymore but we were running out of options as everywhere else was booked. Staff were friendly enough and there was absolutely nothing amiss with the general service. However, brewdog's prices are ridiculous for the quality of the food. My food was cold on arrival and I'm pretty sure it wasn't cooked through. The beer is still good, although the selection nowadays is limited. Go for the beer and avoid the food

Food was delicious. Burgers were jucy flavoursome and full of meat and fresh ingredients. Onion rings and hasselbacls were amazing too. I would come back for the food. The service is pretty slow here from the waiters/waitresses. I had to get my own ketchup for instance and we waited a long time to get served.

This might be the worst Brewdog in the country? Come in for brunch on a Sunday at 13:30 and all the “brunch” food is gone, half of the other food too. Long waits for beers and food. Very disappointing.

I went there once with my girlfriend, the place was running by only 1 member of stuff , super busy , waited for food not that long but when it arrived it was terrible, all burned and super dry , we did complaib to the waiter that the food is dry and burnt we did not touch it , he said that they’ll refund the money , but never got them back , I did send the emeil to the company , they texted me back after 2 weeks , asking about where it was and more details but afterwards never got back to me again , not recommending this place for food , drinks are not to bad …

We went to wings Wednesday and after waiting 30 mins for our first round, we then waited over an hour and a half for the next. We were told multiple times that it would take ‘5-10 minutes’. We ended up leaving after 2 hours of waiting.

I'm a EFP and so love BD bars, especially Norwich (almost always great), Waterloo (insane big but still good), and York amongst others. So why is this one so poor in comparison? It has low presentation standards, the FOH areas should look like an office. Tbf to the team what pressures are HQ folk giving the team here that they had to be constantly on the phone or on the laptop? I felt like I was bothering the 2 FOH every time I went to the counter, wtf. The food was reasonable with ticket times to par has to be said. BTW no hot drinks as the 'frother' isn't working and they couldn't find a knife to cut a lemon for the tonic water. Is this where we are at now with Brewdog? As an 'experience ' for £75 I'm not a happy bunny.

Awful is the only word I can think of. I ordered food and drinks online to be served to our table. Nothing turned up after half an hour. We were upstairs and able to see the staff milling around not doing a great deal. Our food then came out and I asked if there was any chance of getting the 2 drinks that we ordered, the chap mumbled something and walked off. A few minutes later a female member of staff came up, apologised and said that she would refund our full bill. Had she apologised and got our drinks we would have been happy enough. She said that they were understaffed as 2 people had called in sick. Like I said 3 members of staff were seen milling about with drinks on trays sitting on the bar and not taken out to customers for ages. The food and beers that we ordered weren't too bad but the service was woefully bad and seems to be a fairly common theme looking at other reviews! A shame as I like brewdog beers and was looking forward to popping in.

Cold food after waiting an hour. We asked where the fries were and several minutes later we received hot fries. The only hot food we received. The onion rings were cold, soggy, and a very small portion. The original order was incorrect and we had to make another trip down the stairs to get it corrected. This was really a poor experience.

Upon arrival at 12pm it was very quiet considering it was a Saturday, nobody was behind the bar when we arrived and waited ages for someone to serve us. When staff arrived at the bar she looked at us as if we were alien and seemed surprised we asked for a drink. Because it was quite a bit of music would have created an atmosphere.

Food took an hour and half. Sent back because it was cold an obviously just slamed together.Just got a refund on that part and left.Brew Dog beer is my favourite here but this restraunt needs some help. I go here every couple months and the food is getting worse each time. Think this is the last visit to the Cambridge site.Staff at the front was great but I think the kitchen is a bit understaffed and just chucking stuff on plates with no regard for quality.If you are understafed and can't serve don't open the kitchen. Update, went back today and it was exactly the same. Hour wait for food. The chicken wings were suppose to be Korean BBQ which was terrible. Nothing close to korean bbq. Full of chilli paste very disgusting.

Brilliant service from Ziggy and Reece Amazing!

I wish I could give no stars, unfortunately this is the minimum (correct me if I’m wrong, I’ll correct it). Took 45 minutes for dry, dusty, tiny, and substandard wings. My beer didn’t get delivered, it was sitting at the counter waiting to get picked up (I had to do it myself). My friends order was thrown at us, cauliflower not cooked properly. Appalling service, never coming back, shame on you brewdog. RIP PS you ruined my birthday 😭

I saw one server the whole time. Was a busy Sunday afternoon. Food was cold. Rough experience.

We came here for a family members birthday, and I can honestly say this is some of the worst food I have ever had. We came for 11am for brunch (we were 10 mins early and were asked to wait outside until 11) when we got in we ordered some coffee but was told “the coffee machine is broken and it’s not their priority to fix it” we then asked for some tea which again they didn’t have, so we went to Costa and brought some coffee in. Breakfast was warm at best, food quality was poor, they didn’t have banana for pancakes etc. The toilets are also uni sex, and they stank of urine, and had empty bottles of alcohol I assume from the night before. We were also being dripped on from some pipes the whole time we were there. I’m assuming this is more of a drinking place than it is for brunch/dinner. I would never come back.

Wife and I came in for some lunch as we've been to brewdogs elsewhere. This one, however, was not it, pal. Waited 35 minutes for the food to come out. When the cooks rang the bell for a server to take it to us, one didn't show up to grab the food for about 10 minutes. The cooks rang the bell three times. I had the Hawaii 5-0 burger, and it came out with no grilled pineapple. I had to get up and ask someone about it as no one ever came back to the table to see if everything was ok during our dining experience. They told me they were out of pineapple, which isn't too bad, but they never told us. I've been to locations where they come up and ask if you're ok to not have an ingredient. The food was ok. Mac n Cheese was bland. Customer Service was awful it wasnt busy at all. I've had better sercive in a morgue

Great beer. Food not good. Beer was great, as ever. Food - The Feast - was manky. Been to Brewdog Newcastle and food was top quality. Brewdog Cambridge served low quality “Feast” and has a long way to go to come up to Northern standards.

The potato’s was delicious! Would recommend! Feta & Avo salad was okay, would have loved to have more of the sauce as it was sitting on the bottom but that’s okay. The drinks was and always will be good! 🥑🥔 Also have UniSex toilets with 5-6 Toilet Stalls with shared sinks 🚾

I booked on for the “Best bubs” themed buffet for Deadpool and Wolverine, perfectly timed before going to the cinema. Could have been a great experience, but unfortunately it seemed really unorganised, the staff were rude, and I never even got my food. I reserved a table for 8pm-10pm. At the time of booking, there was no indication of price, so I tried calling multiple times. There was no answer and the voicemail system essentially admitted they wont bother listening if you leave one. We arrived at 7:55, and were taken to my table, which had been reserved. Once seated, we waited to be serbed for around 20 minutes (nearly a quarter of my time slot gone already.) My friend approached one of your staff members to ask if we should order at the bar or if we can expect someone to come to us. To which the waiter rudely responded “I didnt know you were here, but now I do, I will”. We waited a further 5 minutes whilst the waiter seemed to tend to everyone but us, before turning and walking the other way - at which point we decided theres no point. Its a shame, seemed like a great idea, well marketed, but terribly executed. I won’t be eating here again.

The worst service i have experienced for a while, the staff are useless, the pretend to be busy to get out of serving people. Hot food left in the serving window for 15 minutes until I have to ask where my food and drink are. Then they make the drinks and collect the luke warm food. The fries are swimming in oil. It's just poor service and average food, it might have been nice hot but I wouldn't know. The incessant asking for tips either at the bar or when you pay on the card machine is a joke, nothing in this place warranted a tip. Not the food that's warm and swimming in oil or the pints I had to ask for after 15 minutes.

Beware, when you order ‘the feast’ do so when you are not expecting a feast. This was advertised as a plate to share. When I questioned the food and explained how underwhelming this was the manager just said that this is what’s expected, what do you want me to do. 6 wings, 10 fries, lettuce and a few chicken pieces £17! Bargain

You can order in person or with the qr codes on the table. Service was fantastic, food wasn't fantastic, prices not very competitive for the quality received. Its not bad, just a little whatever.

We will need to boycott businesses that don't accept cash if we want to retain our sovereignty. These lovely folk only need to think and learn about it, and they'll change direction on this and the beer will remain lovely.

Jack gave us a great time. Definitely would order the Buffalo Loaded Fries and Korean Loaded Fries again.

Been sat here for 1 hour and NO CHICKEEEENNNNN But when the chicken came it was very good, and £15 for unlimited chicken is a great deal

We enjoyed the beer school experience with Adam from the team and he was absolutely class, felt like having a beer with a mate we’d known forever - great information and of the cuff answers to anything we asked. Exceeded expectations massively!

After 2 other instances of waiting over an hour for food we thought we’d give Cambridge Brewdog another chance as we love other branches. There was 1 other table of 2 customers in the restaurant so we felt confident that we’d receive our food in good time (we were very hungry!). We ended up waiting 55 minutes for our food. After about 40 minutes the waiter came to let us know that it wouldn’t be long, then we saw the chef appear in the kitchen and stop cooking. The margarita was too strong to even drink & the guy told us that he tried his best at making the Old Fashioned cocktail but he didn’t know how to do it so he tried his best. When the food arrived, the vegan wings have been changed to thick slabs of seitan rather than the wings displayed on the picture which are similar to the old vegan wings. They were awful & we left hungry & frustrated. I tried to approach the fault with the manager behind the bar but he just agreed with me. Such a disappointing visit. I am a Brewdog fan through and through. Cambridge has to do better to keep up with other branches.

Customer service was great. Food was poor. Visited for wings Wednesday with my fiancée in Cambridge and had the buffalo hot sauce chicken wings. Sauce was ok, coating wasn't good and the blue cheese dip was incredibly bland. Not to mention how horrific the slaw was, too creamy and flavourless. Amongst the worst food we have had from dining out unfortunately.

Firstly, hats off to member of staff at brewdog Cambridge - Ziggy. Beer expertise, knowledge and information on the beers on tap, the hops, the grains, the style, the taste.... Exceptional. 4 beers chosen with advice gladly welcomed, a couple of tasters to help the decisions and they were all delicious. Secondly, same chap... Ziggy. Such a lovely welcome, birthday banter, discussion around food, drink, where to sit, Brewdog life and general positivity and banter around the local area etc etc really made our birthday meal and beers so good. Thank you. And head chef made us think that maybe Beyond Meat patties have competition as the Redefine Meat patties in the burger with vegan cheese and bacon were exceptional. Vegan 'slaw and Dragon fries with (as Ziggy described - an Asian twist) a bonus too. What a fantastic meal. We forgot to try Rock Paper, Scissors for pudding but it didn't matter. Between several conversations with Ziggy and a quick chat with the Head Chef we were blown away with the place and will be back! You made our day out in Cambridge so good. Thank you.

Came in as someone who did not particularly enjoy beer but due to Alyssa's great service, introducing me to the world of sour beers, boy did I change my mind!

Alyssa served us for the evening and was amazing, so funny and happy to help with whatever we needed, would definitely come again (as long as Alyssa is serving)

Came to BrewDog for a family birthday and we had a lovely time. Our waitress Alyssa was so helpful when asked questions about the Menu and different drinks that they had to offer. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends, and we will be returning for future birthdays and special occasions.

We ordered some drinks and fries. The drinks were collect from the counter so it’s okay. Waited patiently for the single bar tender to finish her previous job and give us our drinks but the fries never arrived. We waited for around 30-45 mins and ask them for the fries twice in between but it never arrived because the single bar tender was busy in the bar and never paas the order in the kitchen. At the end we finished our drinks and asked her to cancel and refund. It was a Saturday afternoon. People will expect more than one person it the restaurant to take and give orders from a chain restaurant like brew dog. Really disappointed by the service and if you are in Cambridge and want to have a couple of drinks with friends and family, avoid this place and choose some local restaurants instead

We popped in here for a pint during the day and saw they had all you can eat wings Wednesday and vegan food..the drinks were amazing so we came back for dinner and that was even better! My fiance said the wings were some of the best he’s ever had…and he’s tried a lot! Amazing service from Ella - she was an absolute pleasure and when we come back I hope we have her again!

Employ more people! Excessive waiting to be served at the bar to then be shown to our table and then waiting for 10 minutes before asking about a drink or food. 25 minutes from arriving to getting a drink! Burger was average Feta salad was poor - would suggest putting the dressing on the side so the customer can favour to their taste. Atmosphere was drunken stag do’s (appreciate that is going to be time/date dependent) Sadly last time here for us

Had a lovely afternoon here when visiting Cambridge with family. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful, Thomas was able to advise on which beers to try and we had a nice wee chat with him. Thanks guys

Amazing!! My family and I came here for my dad’s birthday and Adam took massively great care of us! We were immediately led to our table and given our menus. He took our order quickly and the food was delicious and the drinks were so nice! He regularly came up to our table and made sure we were never waiting for a drink! The place itself was lovely, very clean and the atmosphere was so nice! We didn’t use them but there were also board games to play if we wanted to!! Massively recommend!! Such a lovely little place for lunch and drinks!

We were very lucky to be served by the nicest, kindest, warm-hearted person, Ella! She was very helpful, attended our needs, and made this a very special occasion. The only downside is that she should practice more on rock-paper-scissors 🤪

Came in for their brunch menu on Sunday. Staff are nice but the food service took a long time (40 minutes for an almost empty upstairs). Paid £13.25 for their "Full English" but it was lacking both the fried egg and mushrooms (the sourdough bread is also listed as "fried" on their menu + my receipt but was toasted, not fried). Wouldn't come back for the food.

The bar itself is nice and they serve an array of craft beers (although the range isn’t as good as it used to be). However, it falls down with the overpriced food, which certainly isn’t worth what they’re charging, and the toilets are almost always blocked with half of them being out of service. The staff are hit and miss, some are friendly but some act as though they’re a little too cool for school and will spend ages chatting to each other before serving.

Jack, without hyperbole the greatest bar/wings waiter/life coach in the history of humanity, helped my friends and I devour a cornucopia of flavoured wings and beer. The finest of individuals to ever grace Cambridge.

Visited Brewdog Cambridge last night for a family dinner. Couldn't recommend them enough, service was amazing, everyone we spoke to was so attentive and friendly. My 2yr old daughter was with me and all the staff where so lovely to her, she wouldn't usually enjoy going out for dinner but the relaxed atmosphere meant she had a great time. Will definitely go back with my dog too as they look well catered for, always hard to find somewhere in a city centre that does great food & drink and also dog friendly. Our waiter Jack was particularly brilliant and made our night very enjoyable. Amazing food! Great drink options! Can't wait to go back!
