Food arrived quick but it was cold. I ordered the breakfast. The sausage was frozen in the middle. Husband tried it as well. Haggis, toast, mushrooms and black pudding were cold. I ate the potato scone and the eggs. I probably should have sent the food back but we were in a hurry so just ate what I could. This is a shame as it used to do really good food. On a positive, my husband enjoyed his lasagne. However for £35 I would expect to eat my breakfast. Lady serving was nice.

Had the full breakfast, looked and tasted like it was cooked the day before, refrigerated, reheated and served warm to me. Bacon inedible, grilled toms stone cold, All for the bargain price of £15.95 including tea and ‘service charge’. should have realised when I walked in the place was empty.

I usually go here with friends as I enjoy the cappuccino, last time I went with my two year old son . He was taking the sugar in and out the sugar pot and dropped a few on the floor . I was there for about 5 min . The stuff seemed very bothered by this . A staff member came twice asking me to stop my son from doing this as they can’t recycle the sugar paper if it goes on the floor . My son even said sorry to him , bless him . I left straight away as I felt children were not very welcomed in this place . I went to the next coffee shop and he done the same game . The waiter came and smiled and gave him a lollipop . Never going to Mill &Brew again !

The manageress confirmed to me on the phone that if I brought back my receipt she would refund the £1.50 for the hot water charged in error. The bill was approx £28. I returned a few weeks later but unfortunately the chef who was looking after the restaurant said she was not there anymore and REFUSED to reimburse me (in front of customers he continued to say NO and that hot water was on the menu which I found out it was not!!). I stood there with customers looking on not budging; he walked away and returned putting £1.50 in my hand and told me not to return. I could not believe he acted so appallingly. It was the principle.

Delicious! Went for Sunday brunch. Excellent service, all social distance protocol followed, clean and everyone very friendly and efficient. Loved the full breakfast and cappuccino. Lovely morning out front in the sun! Support local business!

Sono stato colpito con il buon valore per un grande latte di caffè rispetto a un picollo latte di caffè. Ma il valore per le torte picolle guardano un po 'caro secondo me.

Been working in the local area for a few months and usually walk past this place so thought I would try it out for the first time today. Overall, frankly a poor experience. Extremely slow and borderline unprofessional service, didn't help by one of the waiting staff taking a lunch break in the middle of peak lunch hours. On top of that the Flat white and chorizo hash was poor, with the chorizo hash firstly getting the order wrong and then followed up by overcooked egg. My stay had overrun so much by this point i didn't have time to ask them to do a new batch of poached. So all in all, frankly avoid and go to one of the other plentiful of options along the street.

I cannot recommend this place even though I wish I could. Nice setting and the service was good. They push the fact that the ingredients are from specific suppliers e.g they use the same sausages as Gordon Ramsay. However the food does not live upto the hype. The full English is a sizeable plate but the streaky bacon has obviously been slow cooked so the fat has not rendered out and so you are left with a plate of this pieces of fat. While the egss are tasty using canned mushrooms is not. The chorizo hash is not a hash at all. It is small cubes of potatoes fried with a few pieces of over cooked chorizo added on the dish, very disappointing. The bill came with a tip already added which should never happen unless you are a larger table. Lastly, refused to take a Scottish £20 note...sadly this is still a reality in some places...there must be better places around to eat

Went for brunch with friends and husband. They are short staffed and waited an age for food. Food itself lovely. They allow dogs in which I think is wrong. An accident waiting to happen Please get more staff . Poor waiters are run off their feet. No doubt owners are raking it in whilst sitting on their fat backsides. Going downhill in last few months.

Often pop in here for coffee, however pooped in there with my daughter for lunch. Really fancied the Eggs Benedict and asked for the bacon to be crispy. It was cooked perfectly, the eggs were lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was excellent and the price comfortable. Definitely recommend for brunch.

Relaxed environment with a buzz, but not too much. I can see mall groups of young adults eating and getting filled in on the latest, more mature couples dressed in tweed drinking coffee catching up on the Sunday press, cyclists getting an energy boost en-route. The Full Veggie English filled the plate with a vast assortment of choice, that was so pleasing on the eye I could hear the different elements shouting “eat me first!” I was so busy enjoying my food I didn’t even notice the service, which can only be a good sign. Mum asked for a couple of things whilst we chatted and ate and I did notice how happy to assist everyone was.

One says one should never judge a book by its cover, however that is exactly what we did unfortunately. From the outside, the cafe appears busy, modern and appealing, with little to no available tables. The menu also is trendy, and offers all a millennial of 2019 would want (eggs, chips, burgers, ketchup etc) Service is slow, coffee is not too dissimilar from the stir in sachets of Nescafé Expresso (ironic because it took 15 minutes). The food is very bland, everything tastes the same, and you are left with a very greasy pallet. I wouldn’t normally leave reviews, but I feel these cowboys are piggybacking modern trends, prices to match but quality is cheap and reeks of wholesale.

We popped in for some brunch as the menu sounded brilliant! Beautiful cafe and amazing menu - however the food was very poor, nothing was seasoned or really had any flavour and the quality of the produce is very poor which is reflected in the taste. Slow service a few friendly faces but most looked quite miserable. Coffee also wasn’t great. Wouldn’t spend money here again sadly!

We live in Mill Hill and have been desperate to try breakfast at this place as always busy and looks nice inside. Arrived on Saturday morning, it was understandably busy and we asked if they had a table for 2. The server was rude, we we not greeted with a smile and when looking for a table she started serving someone else. She came back and said there was no tables, but didn't even offer us alternative or waiting time, we felt really unwanted and left. After a walk up the broadway, we came back a bit later and someone gave us a table. We were given a lunchtime menu as they had now stopped serving the breakfast menu and when asked if they were still doing any breakfast items (they still had their board outside advertising it) we were rudely told no and after saying we weren't interested the server was not apologetic and barely said a word so we just left. Not once did any of the waitresses smile, or seem happy or interested in their customers. Both myself and my boyfriend work in hospitality and cannot believe how we were treated.

Scrumptious food served up by chef Aidan Manning who was trained by Jamie Oliver. Lovely rustic decor to go with locally sourced vegetables, this really is a hidden gem in Mill Hill, North London. Nice atmosphere, friendly service with a smile with a fabulous selection of dishes. I really enjoyed the smashed avocado and poached egg and sausages.

Very disappointing. No one in our group enjoyed their coffee but the home made lemonade and pastries were ok. Not a place would recommend or return to.

Most coffee bars have difficulty making a good espresso e.g. Costa is appalling, but I was persuaded to try it instead of a simple tea. When it arrived I had to admit that it was Ok - not bad at all. However, it took about 15 minutes to arrive as they forgot the order and when they were reminded they rushed to bring it but then 3 of us did not get the right order. The staff are pleasant enough and i am sure that there is more to this place than just coffee as there were a lot of people having breakfast/brunch.

My sister and I met for lunch in Mill Hill to go to the Delisserie which we like. Surprised to discover it had closed permanently. Decided instead to try Mill & Brew. What a good decision that turned out to be. The rustic setting is interesting, I would describe it as walls that had been stripped down to the bricks with holes in them & not plastered. However you don’t eat the decor. I went for the BBQ Brisket Burger & swapped the chips for Sweet Potato Fries. Very tasty & filling. The BBQ taste was different & I enjoyed it. I thought the portion for £10 was good value for Mill Hill. I will enjoy going there again for lunch.

Visited here for a quick bite and a coffee. Ended up having avocado on toast with some extras and a cappuccino. Fantastic food and great service with a smile. A little pricey, but the quality is there to justify it. Recommended.

The two men who run this place are honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had at any , ood restaurant/takeaway. I work nearby and first visited a few weeks after they opened, the way I was greeted and served felt like I was their first ever customer, warm and sincere in nature, they evidently put their love into every burger (the smash burgers are AMAZING!! even the basic ones are served with a delicious brioche bun and the tastiest burger sauce and beef bun I have found after years of ordering burgers in the North Finchley area!). The menu serves other super tasty looking items like 'French tacos' which I want to try...but I am just blown away by the service of this place. I'd visit them even if their food wasn't as delicious simply for the good natured, always smiling genuinely, staff!

Was very hungry near Baker Street station and thought I'd see if things had improved. The hell they have.now the fries no longer the rosemary fries that made this places name now they're replaced by generic plain tasteless cardboard like fries no taste nothing.in fairness on this trip the fries were cooked fresh unlike my other 3 visits since the 1st lock down but like I say not rosemaryfries.the burger was horrible tho at least it was definitely cooked fresh.the store was clean. But im done ever hoping these guys will ever go back to what they were 2017-2019 which was a great chain...people used to go for the rosemary fries....if they're gone no point going for me. The rest of u might like it I don't. Too many new better places imo
