I come from a sunny beaches and healthy food kind of lifestyle and every now and then I get a real urge to have a juice or an acai bowel. I managed to find this place when I was in Edinburgh and boy am I glad! I went there pretty much every day I was there to get either a smoothie or an acai bowel. Food was great and the price you'd expect for tropical fruity things in somewhere like Edinburgh.

We tried this place for a quick lunch, but it really didn't live up to its potential. They do a lunch deal, salad box or wrap with a coffee for £6. However, be warned, that's for a simple black coffee and half the things you think include wraps aren't included. I think the total would be £6.10 without the deal, so no great saving. They looked like they did some

Absolute first class service, no complaints at all, great delicious and healthy veggie/vegan options, very helpful staff and very reasonable prices. Interior and music so quirky and very relaxing environment. A hidden gem in Edinburgh, will definitely be back, 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Great place for lunch. Wide choice of smoothies and "superboxes" which are mega-healthy. My chicken wrap was substantial and filling. Smoothie great too. Friendly staff. Good value for money. I'll be back to this place.

Milk juicery (not to be confused with Milk Cafe on Morrison st.) has a number of healthy options for solid food such as rice bowls, smoothies and juices. The prices are quite good on the lunch options, and the USB plugs in the wall are a nice touch...but, I'd much rather there were a toilet available to customers than a way to charge my phone. That said, I would definitely go back as the staff were nice and the food was healthy and tasty, which is a combination rarely found around here. Not much seating, but everything is available for takeaway.

Popped in for a coffee with my wife. The service and atmosphere was amazing. The two girls serving were a delight and their names are Julia and Stella. Plus the coffee was excellent.

Absolutely superb Sunday lunch - both the lamb and the beef were melt in the mouth succulent, with all the accompaniments. And under £20 - great value. Superb NewTown pub with great ales and vino.

My mum and son visited the restaurant on 6th July. Unfortunately, my mum took unwell and an ambulance had to be called. My son was extremely upset to see his grandma unwell but said the staff were absolutely excellent making my mum comfortable and supporting both him and my mum. They actually closed the restaurant whilst they waited for the ambulance and refused to take any money for the meal they had started eating. I want to say a massive thank you for the kindness shown to my mum and son, it really meant a lot. From what both my mum and son fed back, the staff were outstanding, fetching my mum cushions to make her comfortable and making cups of tea. You are all an absolute credit and so compassionate. Thank you so much.

We’ve been coming here every week for more than two years now so they must be doing something right! Great coffee, delicious sandwiches and home made cakes and friendly and efficient staff. Can particularly recommend the New Yorker sandwich, croque monsieur and the fudge brownies and carrot cake.
