UPDADE milk it desserts has permanently closed its sad to see it go The note on the door says "temporary closed due to maintenance"

I’ve tried to order twice now and it’s been rejected and the third time I ordered I pre ordered at 11.30am for 18.15pm and it was rejected again is there a reason why

This place is absolutely lovely. Really cool atmosphere. Lovely coffee, nice cakes and gluten free options! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come here again. My only gripe would be is that they need a physical gluten free menu to view or state somewhere on the menu what should be gluten free. The staff listed the items however it was difficult to remember. I'd definitely say a board or for it to be highlighted on the menu.

Really nice milkshakes from this place! Plus a reward card. What's not to love!!

Couldn’t recommend this place more, so accommodating to dietary restrictions. Do both take away and staying in. Such a nice atmosphere and lovely decor!

First time visitor, Will be going back. Both staff members seem nice, especially the lady who asked me for my opinion on the chocolate orange hot chocolate. Nice relaxed atmosphere. I'll give it a Tony thumbs up 👍.

It was my first visit here today . My sons second visit . Ice cream here is amazing 👏. Carrot cake is also amazing. Staff are really friendly, Clean inside 👌 , Well, it's worth a visit . Be coming back soon Also had last-minute coffee ☕️ was spot on to . Thanks 😊

Wow, pass by here occasionally and have offen thought I will stop one time.... Well today I did 🥰🥳 WOW I did not know what I was missing.... I do now!!!! and I will be back again soon, lots of choice and it all looks so delicious I opted for a milkshake as it was such a hot day, but so wish I would of grabbed a desert too, the atmosphere inside was great and such lovely friendly staff too.

Met some friends here for cake and coffee, so spoilt for choice on what to have from the extensive menu where everything sounded divine, ended up choosing the Biscoff Dreamland Sundae ice-cream and what a great choice! It was fabulous and there was lots of it. Very pleased with my choice and the coffee was perfect too. The staff were super helpful and friendly, service was quick and the decor is all pink and lovely. Can't wait to go again, I'll be working my way through the menu!

Came across this wonderful gem of a dessert shop on Birchwood Precinct today. A warm and friendly welcome and great service. Lovely decor and spotlessly clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my Morning Sunshine Waffle - so tasty with plenty of fresh fruit, maple syrup and whipped cream. Delicious!! Highly recommended. Can't wait until my next visit.

Called in while passing. Glad we did I had the sticky toffee pudding with custard and my wife had a maple waffle. Although at first I thought the toffee pudding was a little small but after eating found that it was just enough and would recommend it. Debi's waffle was delicious. Will call again and try something different. Keep coming back

First time visiting today and won't be the last time. We ordered a lotus biscoff milkshake, a toffee milkshake and a cappuccino with a pistachio cannoli. The milkshakes...omg so so so good. My coffee and canoli was amazing. I can't wait to try everything else. Lovely atmosphere. Nice quick service but super friendly. Emily came round and cleared our table and asked if we needed anything else whilst interacting with our baby and making her giggle. Hubby went to change our baby and said the facilities were really nice as well. We've since been back and sampled the pistachio milkshake and lotus biscoff cannoli. Worth the visit 100%.

Absolutely amazing, been twice in one week! Cannolis are to die for…even better than the ones from Carlos bakery in New York! Sticky toffee biscoff slice is delicious and the coffee is perfect! Will be visiting here instead of costa for my post shopping Birchwood coffee fix from now on!

The owners and staff are welcoming and lovely! The milkshakes and desserts are high quality, also very clean. You can tell the owners are proud and love there shop. Great place for a coffee during work 😁🥞🍰🍦☕️

Such a lovely place to go with my family! High chairs available and suitable for all ages. I’ve been multiple times with my 1 year old and my parents and there’s something sweet on the menu for us all! Charlotte and Will are super friendly and attentive and the welcome is fabulous. The quality of food is amazing and each time I have gone it’s been plated and served with such care! You can tell they’ve put their all into this place and it shows! Just what Birchwood needed. If you want to treat yourself, get down to Milk it! I recommend the winter wonderland waffle!

Lovely dessert restaurant serving the best coffee I have ever tasted. The winter wonderland waffle is gorgeous, as is the raspberry and white chocolate loaf cake. Just called in this morning for a quick croissant and coffee before shopping. Perfect place to visit with friends. Helpful and friendly staff make it my go to place to relax

First time going and will 100% be going back. The desserts were fantastic, the Nutella hot chocolate waffles were excellent and the staff were wonderful. I would recommend to anyone to go and visit and give the desserts a try. You won't regret it!

First trip to Milk It Desserts and it definitely won't be my last! Coffee just as I like it and the desserts are to die for! Will just have to go back and test them all! Staff really welcoming and helpful. You must go and try it out.

Outstanding friendly service with a lovely atmosphere, they have found a niche for themselves and it works, the food is all fresh and so very tasty with somthing to suit everyone on the menu with a fantastic price too, a must visit for anyone coming to birchwood.

2 very happy teens ! And a happy mum and Nana we had the pastatio cannoli and girls had creps along with milkshakes , feeling very full now!! 100% satisfaction all round and the staff couldn't be more helpful and happy if they tried
