Cafe at the End of the Universe in Warrington

I have ordered many times from yourselves and the food was excellent. Today the food was not so good. The chips were hard as if they had been fried twice and the pulled pork was dry no sauce. We also waited a long time for delivery but that cannot be helped sometimes

Order took ages to come, missing items from the order, the burger was dry and tasteless, won't order again, a microwave burger from the COOP has more flavour, very disappointed as this was recommended to us.

Located in the Warrington Market Cookhouse in Time Square Warrington, one of many food outlets which are very popular. Specialising in Burgers but also hotdogs, chicken wings, big selection of fries etc, all with great names and taste great!. Order at their counter for eating in or take out. if eating in, get a table number and order at the counter food is delivered to your table. Very busy at lunch times 1200-1400hrs so best that one of you keep the table or seats secure while one orders!!. Very good prices for the quality of food, well worth a visit if you want something more than a McDonalds!!! Open until 1900hrs but 2300hrs weekends. Enjoy!.

Went with my friend. Decided i wanted a decent burger. This burger was fantastic. Quite expensive but worth the price. Fries were nice.

Situated inside Warrington Market, food is absolutely fantastic. Ordered via QR code/website while enjoying a pint in the Hop Emporium (which is also really great) and they deliver it straight to your table. The burger I had was gorgeous, possibly one of the best I've ever tasted in my life! My girlfriend's loaded fries were out of this world too. A definite must if you're having a drink in here and/or get hungry. Highly recommended.

Absolutely sensational every time. Yes they're a little pricey compared to some but you get what you pay for. The guy from YouTube was right as well, the Kevin Bacon Burger is absolutely the best burger you will find anywhere!

Came in for a quick lunch and my eyes were immediately drawn here, the whole aesthetic of the place is just right up my street. I was pretty hungry so I went fort the “on your knees Texas Pete” Burger With fries and I have to say. . . . . .I was not disappointed The burger patties were delicious smash burgers which are always good in my book, there was the perfect amount of cheese and sauce and the chilli jam added a beautiful hint of sweetness, however the best bit definitely was the slow cooked beef brisket, it just adds a wonderful texture and extra flavour to an already delicious burger, the whole thing was encapsulated in a pretzel bun (which personally is my platinum standard for conveying meat to my mouth) The guys here really know their stuff when it comes to food and I would definitely come here again Keep up the amazing work!

This is definitely a chilli dog sonic would be proud of! Came in for dinner with my Wife and while I would normally gravitate towards a burger, this time I decided to opt for the Sonic Chilli dog. Got to say it was bloody Delicious although rather messy, but When something tastes that good you don't really care how much mess you make. The dog itself was super juicy and the chilli really added a nice depth of flavour but for me I have to say I love that chipotle sauce! one of the best things though is it wasn't too spicy for me just full of flavour however I recon the fantastic guys in the kitchen would have made it hotter if I had asked as they seemed like lovely people. I also had the Skywalker ranch loaded fries which were mega! The ranch cheese and bacon is just a winning combination and they made my bacon nice and crispy like I asked for. This place is a must visit for anyone coming to Warrington and after a tasty meal. Will be coming again next time I’m nearby

Out of this world food and friendly staff. I had a zappy meal for lunch which I thought was a rather novel. The boneless wings are always outstanding👌. Got a cool little keyring as well Everyone should give this place a go you are missing out if you don't!

One cannot quantify the magnitude of epicness of the food this place serves. Had the breakfast club burger and a side of hash browns for breakfast on a Sunday morning and it was just mega. Bacon cooked to how I liked it (crispy) smash burger style patties, and the sausage one even had some cheeky black pudding thrown in there as well. The egg was perfectly runny and the hash browns were wonderfully crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Food arrived in a timely manner and was piping hot and fresh. Staff are always nice and friendly and up for a quick chat.

The food is out of this world, if you excuse the pun 😏. The breakfast menu is fantastic, you have to try this place. Amazing!

Ordered as usually love the food, but today my partner got the Kevin bacon burger but came with bacon frazzles, and the pulled pork with bbq sauce instead of baconaise. I got the post malone came cold and bland with a side of there animal fries these where just full of sauce and hardly any cheese. Really disappointing as well as waiting a hour and half for the food !

They're next level, honestly not had chips so good since I was in Sunderland. Consistent quality, caring staff, go out of their way to make you enjoy what you buy!

Food was piping hot and very tasty. My delivery was very quick, the driver Niall had the courtesy of knocking on lightly as it was nearly 11pm something I appreciate as my neighbours are very funny he also shut the gate a big bonus for me. Highly recommend this take away if you love burgers and fries and a quick delivery from respectful drivers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ full 5/5 from me

The onion rings are described as Giant Beer Battered but they are 100% guaranteed those frozen tadtless small cheap ones you get from the supermarket...bit cheeky really

Food is probably some of the best in Warrington. Ordered early in the day. Cancelled and refunded at 17.30. I appreciate your time doing so, however, this is not my first review (always 5 stars on JustEat) and my review stands as accurate and completely fair and justified. I am a consistent, loyal and paying customer and my feedback is in line with my experiences. I'm sorry you feel/think otherwise. But as a business you should discern from a customer's accurate review and what you 'think' about my review, which was fair and accurate from my point of view. You are addressing this one instance. I am addressing my issues over a long period of being your customer. You run a fantastic business with a truly outstanding range of products. But this is not the first time you have done this to my order, it has been cancelled once before, and there have been many many times where I have not been able order at all due to presumed busyness. A testament to how sought after your produce is, but frustrating none the less. I have stated how good your product is in my review. But your choice to use just eat even when you dislike it's service, is not a customers problem. Your staffing issues, are also not a customers problem (although I wish them a speedy recovery and a cracking and well deserved day off). I do appreciate you taking the time to advise of the issues and I empathise, but I am coming from a point of view of my problem with your business, not your problem with everything else. To reconcile, I have amended and improved the score and some of the wording, but it will not be removed on request. And due to the critical nature of your response, you now have a wall of text to accompany it. Had you if just asked me to call you. We could have had an amicable conversation, minus the text battle. I am not at liberty to tell you my personal concerns and issues over a Google review (although I've written enough) Overall score increased from 3>4 Service increased from 2>3 Atmosphere increased from 1>5 I may amend it to be, over all, more positive (5 stars across the board) in the near future, but that will depend on how my next 2-3 purchases with you fair, if my order is not cancelled, and if I can even order at all. Furthermore I actually spent a good 48 hours leading up to this telling friends, family and co-workers how great your good and service is and how I was looking forward to treating my family to this takeaway. So to be let down in this fashion (after doing so) was highly disheartening and disappointing given that fact. If you still want a chat, I'll give you a call.

Delicious 'Chick Norris' breakfast dish and nice tater tots. Top place with a great menu. Fantastic burgers but don't miss out on the boneless wings! Massive portion and they're bangin!

Best burger and fries I’ve ever had, every. Single. Time!

I ordered the boneless buffalo wings and the animal chips via just eat, and oh my god they are delicious. There were loads of wings and loads of chips, and it was just amazing and great value for money

order was nearly an hour later than expected, when phoned up was told the food left 10 minutes ago. It did not arrive for another 25 minutes. So over 30 minutes since food left the kitchen qnd was luck warm when it finally arrived. We all get Saturday can be busy just be clear and realistic with expectations.

I have eaten here two times. First time the burgers were great. The second time, the burger was dry and underwhelming. I think the main culprit was the bread. Disappointing.

Never been so disappointed in my life .. only breakfast menu on due too low stock tasteless bland chicken on microwaved soft spongy waffles. Chips were rock hard overcooked crap. Pics attached

Would have been a solid 5 star review but the service was poor. I will start by saying that it was a very very busy day, last weekend of summer holidays and warrington playing at home made for a very busy time. The food was fantastic, great burgers and chicken wings but the fries could have done with some salt. Now to the service....... we took a table and ordered through the app, all easy enough to do. The app said there was a half hour wait which was no problem. After 50 minutes still nothing so went over and asked, the guy cooking seemed quite stressed but said it would be 5 mins. 10 minutes later the food and drinks arrived, no explanation or mention of an apology. Would have been nice to get a simple "sorry it took so long" but after an hour wait there was nothing. Would I go again? Yes, would love to try some of the other menu items as the ones we has were great and I assume it was just an incredibly busy time for them

Come here last week I ordered some bbq chicken bite thing, sure they was the first name on them as they all have Funky names - omg the best ones I’ve ever had, just like American styled ones and they was super tasty . I’ve ate from here before and had a burger and wowza. I really highly recommend them to so many people as honestly hard to find food like this and do actually such a good job with it!

Lovely burgers, big bunch of fries and tasty chicken pieces. Definately a go to place in Warrington if you are craving a burger. Menu was funky with all the different names of things movie related. Food was served quick and was fresh.

Had the Texas Chainsaw Massacre burger, the patties themselves were dry and chewy, and the chilli lacked flavour, like it came from a can. The daredevil wings had the coating peeling off without being touched. I used to love eating at this place, but now it's tired.

I had the bbq pulled pork fries and they were amazing!! Pork tasted really fresh and melted in the mouth. Highly recommend :)

Fabulous burgers, chicken wings and loaded fries. Maybe the best in town. Have been coming here for years. Love it! Not unusual for it to sell out due to popularity. Part of the market food court that has a great variety of food outlets and a couple of bars. Next to Cineworld. Nice atmosphere. Sometimes live music in evenings.

All the food we have had from here has been excellent - best burgers in town by far. Fries, loaded or just seasoned are great accompaniments. However my son says the Suicide Squad wings are a chilli challenge too far!

This venue is inside of the recently redeveloped Warrington Market. It's purely American style food with a the twist that all dishes are named after films and actors. The food itself is really good with all of our party saying that they really enjoyed the food and would come and eat again. The waitress was really friendly and the food arrived within the time stated. The atmosphere is great as well. The venue is just one of a group of independent food and drink vendors with a street food vibe. Don't like American, try the Thai, or even the pizza. Cocktail with that? No, then have craft beer. The ordering system gives table service, but, you can order from any of the vendors. Not sure if it's on the same payment though. Combined with music this makes the whims place great for eating out either before or after visiting the cinema. The car park is also literally a stone's throw away too.

I got a dolly parton burger, the chicken was awful, I couldn't even eat it, under cooked in places, couldn't even bite through some of the thinner completely ruined bits. Told the lad behind the counter who severed me that I was awful and he just laughed. Disgraceful, will never eat here again.

I was nominated by a friend to receive free food on Xmas eve, wow, it was fantastic, I don't usually have takeaway meals but this was amazing. Quick service, free mince pies and drink, can't fault it at all, I am now converted lol, very tasty and plenty of it, I had salt and pepper chips with a big easy ......need to go and sleep it off now. Been meaning to try the 'On your knees Texas Pete' burger for a little while now and it didn't disappoint. A real mouthful of meats, prepared nicely. Could probably have done with a bit more sauce and the bun was quite dense. Not the best burger I've had from here but they've set a high bar from my previous visits! The curly fries were great and a very large portion too. Staff are always friendly and service is quick.

Had the breakfast club burger from this place inside Warrington Market. Probably the one of the tastiest breakfasts we've had and for £6 it's incredible value. Highly recommend. Will be back to try the breakfast burrito that we have seen which also looks impressive!

Both here and Krua Thai are the only places I ever eat at in the Market, I always tell myself I'll try somewhere else but they're both so tempting. The food is absolutely astonishing. From fairly small beginnings, Cafe at the End of the Universe has gone from strength to strength and rightly so. Their burgers are the best I've ever eaten (and I've eaten a lot of burgers in my time). I have a problem with sesame seeds and the staff are always happy to swap for a pretzel bun both in person and in the app. They even read my little notes on the Just Eat app. Their service is outstanding. The creations they make, their branding, is all top-notch. I would kill for a fully-fledged diner complete with a few arcade machines so I can live my best life. Sometimes they end up out of stock on a few things but I think that's just a testament to how popular they are. Honestly I would recommend everything on their menu, it's absolutely wonderful.

Tried a few burgers over the years (and always been great and fresh tasting) Current fave is the Dolly Parton. Absolute beast of a burger dripping with flavour, highly reccomend.

I brought my brother here as he was homesick for a real American burger, after spending 13 years in the states. After much deliberation we decided it was a tie with Crave in Denver Colorado. Outstanding, I would give them a 6 if I could and the staff were awesome. The animal style fries are top quality too!

Really tasty food and value for money. Had the food delivered and it arrived really quickly. I had the vegan burger and my son had the kids hotdog meal. Both really tasty and a good size. Halloumi fries were also amazing.

I'm not gonna go through my full night here but on arrival we had no issues spotting the place due to the massive line. 40 min wait total and even with all of that this was by far the best burger I've had. Will be back again very soon. Also, check out the website there's a couple of bits you might have missed

Food was decent, kids finished it. However the portion size has halved since the past time we went, and the service was shocking. App stated a 20 min wait so we ordered the kids 1st. We then ordered from elsewhere and had eaten before theirs had arrived (40 min later). Will be the last time we order I think

Dropped into the cafe at the end of the universe because after last night's moshing at Neighborhood Weekender I needed something to bring me back! It worked. This place is awesome. Fab range of exciting breakfasts. Mrs B had Chicj Norris and I the Breakfast Club (no bun) with extra tater tots. Result?I am revived and ready to go again. Great staff good food and Warrington Market a fab venue hosting a number of eateries and surprising cool tunes playing. A destination to remember!

I've been here twice now and each time I've had the suiside squad chicken bites which are the hottest thing I've ever eaten and usually when I have spicy things, I can cope and don't usually find whatever it is too spicy but these are on another level. I had seasoned fries to go with the chicken pieces and both where cooked fresh and hot and very nice. Good value for money too.

Have been going here at lunchtime since around Christmas time, normally the portions are big and worth the money but recently the loaded fries have got smaller and with less toppings the upped prices also make this less viable for a students dinner I would recommend student discount as this would bring in a a lot more customers

We have had fantastic food from this place once at the restaurant in the market and twice delivered. Every time the food has be fresh, tasty and a great experience. Can not find anything to fault them. Keep doing what you are doing because it works.

Ordered a Texas Chainsaw Massacre & The Big Easy burgers with two Weapon X fries. Wife enjoyed her Big Easy burger but I found the TCM to be extremely bland, unsure if it's because there was so much going on with the burger or if it was just flavourless. The Weapon X fries were good, but absolutely layered in sauce which is what gives them their flavour, I would imagine that without having the sauce caked on it would be similar to the TCM burger. Would particularly go back.

Huge fan of their market stall but recently they’ve opened up a takeaway function and the quality is night and day. Ordered pulled pork fries which arrived lukewarm- stupidly I ate them and now have food poisoning. Will always recommend their cafe stall but the takeaway function, no.

The (now not so new) indoor market at Warrington has absolutely breathed fresh life into the town. It has become a genuone destination with many fantastic stalls/shops/butchers/takeaways and bars. The best of which in my opinion is the Cafe at the end of the universe. Great service and incredible food especially for the price. Really conscious of allergens i really cant fapt this caffe i would recommend the wing but get in there as they go fast!
