First off i would like to say how lovely the ladys are that work their so attentive and kind, always having a smile on their face, would recommend to anyone any age, so therapeutic and calm environment, will definitely be back again xxx

Went to one of their pottery evenings with some friends for my birthday and had a lovely time. There's loads of different pieces to pick from and the staff are lovely. The turn around time to pick the pieces up is really quick too, compared to other similar places I've been to.

Myself, husband and newborn recently visited Jenny Wren's and couldn't recommend it enough. Staff were so friendly and it was such a chilled place. Lots of different age groups to enjoy arts and crafts, which I think is amazing. So chilled and relaxed, we enjoyed a milkshake each and free hand & foot tile for our newborn. Amazing, thank you.💖

Organised for family to come from Norwich to this cafe. Booked a table weeks in advance and we called 10 minutes before to confirm we are still coming. We then arrived and they said the tills are down so we cannot go in. We offered to pay cash for everything but they couldn't work out the prices without the tills 🤷 I don't fully understand why but felt I needed to write a review to make people aware.

Perfect Sunday spot. Coffee and cake reasonably priced and typical takes a few days for them to fire your creation.

Great place for families. Took my son here and he painted a monster truck money box. Great selection to choose from and the staff are so patient and lovely. Will defo be returning.

Great customer service, good little nook! I didn’t have a baby shower I just came here with my friends for a little activity as I’m not one for big parties, it was really chilled I’d deffo come again!

Absolutely loved bringing my friend here. Lovely atmosphere, really nice tea and spent a good 2hrs really letting our inner children out. All the staff are super lovely and the range of pottery to paint is great, including a variety of price points. Can't reccomend this place enough. ❤

Fabulous place, went with my daughter's, what a great afternoon. We had lunch whilst painting our chosen pottery ( which there are lots of different pottery items choose from, at different prices) Food was delicious, with lots of veggie options, and our coffees were really good We are not local, so it's a bit of a trek having to go back to pick up your ceramics once they have been in the fire kiln, but this is stated on their website and didn't stop us from visiting Jenny Wrens, we will just make an afternoon of it visiting Stockton Heath when picking up our ceramics as it's a lovely town.

We had such a nice time and made some very cute little pots - look forward to collecting them!

Attended one of the late night painting events and loved it. Great atmosphere, super chilled with BYOB option. Lots of pottery options. Will be back!

I came with my friend for the first time today to Jenny’s Wrens and we both had the best afternoon! It was so relaxing painting and catching up, the staff are so lovely and helpful they couldn’t do enough for you. Came with a bunch of mum friends recently for an evening do. I don't consider myself someone who is into craft (which is why I had gone before) but Oh My Word I am in love with this place! I have 2 dates in the diary for coming back and keep saying to my friends we need to meet here. I'd much rather meet, craft with tea and cake, instead of eating out somewhere xxx

My favourite place in the village to come for a cuppa with my little one - it’s the most welcoming, friendly place with nappy changing facilities, kids toys, room for prams and really delicious cakes. I love my baby footprint artwork, and the grown up evenings are really great too for when I want to do something creative myself.

We love visiting here. Staff are really friendly and helpful. There's a good choice of pottery to paint. There aren't many car parking spaces outside but there's a big pay and display across the road. Jenny Wrens can get busy at weekends and in the holidays so I would recommend booking and you only get around an hour and a half if it's busy so it's a good idea to order any food or drinks to have whilst painting.

Fantastic place, lovely food too! There are some baby toys to keep little ones entertained. There were children and adults painting cups, plates, animal figures, cookie jars and many more items which are available. It was very therapeutic. There were some very talented painters, although I wasn't one of them ! Great fun though! After paying for your food and drinks, you pay for your painted item and they glaze and fire it for you. You then pick it up a few days later. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Will definitely take my grandchildren next time.

Thank you to all staff who made the experience so enjoyable. We were there to have baby prints for a new nephew and niece and to paint a ceramic. We had booked in advanced. Had such a fun and memorable time, we wanted to stay longer, so had another coffee and snacks. A super relaxing place, for any age, but will certainly revisit with the young children in our family.

Came with with a friend for a late birthday present. Had a blast painting the pottery on the first visit as well as a light bite and gorgeous milkshake. Had a lunch when we came to collect the pottery and both times were great! Friendly staff and nice food! Not to mention the fun of pottery painting

my friend and i visited together and i’m so impressed! as soon as we walked in a lady asked for our name for our reservation and showed us to our table and made sure we were comfortable. she explained everything we needed to know and how the cafe worked which was super helpful! she left us to pick our ceramics and came over when we were situated to take any drink/food orders. the iced coffees are lovely btw… also very impressed that they do oat milk. the woman was such a happy soul it really put my anxiety at ease! the time went really quickly but she assured us that there was no pressure to leave when our time slot finished. i think we were there an extra half an hour or so. thanks a lot jenny wrens! i will be returning :)

Have been to jenny wrens quite a few times now and always enjoy the experience. Went today with my granddaughter. We painted 3 ornaments between us, and had a lovely drink and toasties. Looking forward to getting our things back next week

i had a slot booked today at noon and i called multiple times before hand to make sure everything was okay - the day before i had gotten a confirmation email and text saying my booking was the next day (obviously) so i arrive today at jenny wrens and it is closed saying “closed due to staff illness” i had not gotten a message, email or call about this. completely unprofessional and rude. ruined valentine’s day- hope you had a good one 👍

Going alone with the baby I was a little nervous, however when I arrived the place alone was so welcoming. The signs, the atmosphere and the smiles from staff. Staff were so helpful and friendly. I didn't feel as nervous being alone and I enjoyed my time there making baby's first baubles. Coffee was lovely and hot also. Thank you. I'll definitely be recommending and returning.

I was a little nervous venturing to Jenny Wrens alone with the baby today. I didn't know what to expect for my booking. The moment I arrived I was put at ease with the friendly atmosphere, the friendly staff and the facilities available. I had booked for a baby bauble decorating session. I was shown to my table and offered a food or drink order. My coffee was lovely and hot and I was explained fully how my booking would go. I was a lot more comfortable by this point as the both ladies working there today were so helpful. Both ladies were totally professional, friendly and supportive. The hand and foot prints turned out perfect 👌 spot on ladies. I can't wait to pick up my baby's first christmas baubles and I will 100% be returning to this adorable place and I'll be recommending and returning with more family soon. Thanks again.

I absolutely loved it! It was a birthday treat from my daughter, the staff were very friendly, the food was lovely, there was choice of pottery items to paint ranging in all different prices. There was a great selection of paints, I couldn’t fault it. We were worried we were going to run over the 1 1/2 hours, as we’d gotten a bit engrossed in painting, we mentioned it to a lady there and she said it wouldn’t be a problem. It would be better if they did longer slots as we would have bought more items, but all round a great and relaxing experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Such Fun, very family friendly or good with a small group of friends. I'd avoid school knocking off times if you're looking to not be around kids Watch the clock when they're busy though, as both times the 1½ Hour slot felt a little short (time flies!) but we were allowed to stay over when they weren't busy

This is such a great GREAT place! My friend took me and we painted mugs together, it felt like the most relaxing thing in the world. There were a group of young mum's there having babies hand n foot prints taken n the staff were calm and competent and the babies made no complaints either. Genuinely LOVED my experience and I'm taking everyone I know for their birthdays as you can't fault the experience. Nice menu too, can recommend the milkshakes! Awesome AWESOME!

Brilliant afternoon with the kids. We had a lovely time painting a Christmas bauble & a skeleton day of the dead plate. Cakes & milkshakes were delicious too. Can't wait to see our creations glazed now!

Lovely friendly cafe providing the opportunity to paint ceramics which make lovely gifts not that we have gifted any we have made so far. My children 4 and 9 both enjoyed this so much and we have been twice. The food is lovely and they have done well to make sure it is a COVID safe environment. Photos are pre fired ceramics.

Visited today with my daughter and really disappointed, was freezing cold, no nappy bin in the toilet and had to chase for orders of tea. No aprons for the kids when painting and reappy inpersonal service. Always had a fantastic time before - tried to give feedback but clearly unwanted and treated really disgustingly! Shame its gone so downhill:(

There’s a good range of things to paint, a little area with toys on for small children and a good range of food and drink. The staff are very friendly too.

Quite pricey, could be expected given the area. Very child-orientated, not great for adults.

Love this place. I took my little boy for his free newborn hand and footprint tile. All the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a lovely selection of food and drinks. It is also breastfeeding friendly and was the first public place I felt comfortable feeding.

Visited as a family and had an awful time. Staff (particularly lady with glasses) was very rude and made you feel like a burden. Products are hit and miss as to whether you will get anything decent which isn't acceptable when you consider the prices they charge. Would not recommend.

Lovely little place to take the children, parents can chill with a coffee and the children can platoon the play area or paint something different and beautiful to take home. Jenny is lovely and down to earth and nothing is too much for het to do .

A superb little pottery place for children and adults which serves delicious snack style lunches like panini, baked potatoes and wraps (plus a good selection of child meals) and hot drinks. The tables are always covered in oil cloths. and ample wipes available for cleaning of little hands. There’s a small organised play area for the children to play in (parentally supervised) but the toys and books are a little tired (missing parts and batteries) and a bit grubby (the toy kitchen especially could do with a clean). Otherwise I’d rate this place 5 stars. I have been here many times and the staff have always been welcoming and lovely with my little one. The free parking right outside fits about 5 or six cars but there’s plenty of paid parking right across the road by the M&S simply food or behind the cafe.

We arrived on a gloomy wet cold Saturday afternoon hoping to make a ceramic bauble to mark Barnaby’s second Xmas. He slept while we made prints of his hand on an unglazed bauble which made things easier! The girls were so lovely, so lovely that I was persuaded to make a mug with my (66 year old) thumb prints on for my mother!The atmosphere is truly welcoming, the staff caring and with coffee etc and snacks available, I really cannot recommend it enough. When one has finished one’s artistic endeavours, the “work”, is embellished as per instructions and fired. Five days later, a truly unique gift or memento. Try Jenny Wren’s .. I recommend it.

Fantastic place. We took our 2 week old I for his free tile and purchased a couple more. Staff were very polite and helpful. We got cake and coffee which was very nice. It's just a great place for parents to take their kids. The parents can enjoy a coffee whilst the child has fun decoratoring different items. There's also a small play area.

It was our first time visiting Jenny Wrens and we were definitely not disappointed. The staff are all lovely and always happy to help in anyway possible. It was a great way to spend the day just painting, relaxing and doing something different. Me and my boyfriend will definitely be back! It’s also a great place if you have children too so I’ll definitely be back with my niece and nephew!

This is a lovely, welcoming, friendly place where the staff and customers are happy. The choice of ceramics is quite huge and the Facebook site amplifies the care and attention to detail in customer service. It's very child friendly and the staff are hugely encouraging and supportive when you are working on your masterpiece! It's a real credit to the village.

Stopped for tea and coffee on a Sunday afternoon with our 3 dogs and were most welcome. Sat outside and enjoyed teacakes with a brew while the dogs chilled out for a short while with water and dog biscuits. The staff were brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.Will definitely call in again...

Great for kids, the coffee and cake is nice for the chauffeurs too!
