Milk catered our office celebration event. It was so easy to book, the team were helpful and the food was on time and really incredible! Quite a few people told me it was the best food they’d had at our office. Absolutely delighted, thank you!

It's very great to start learning the English language.

Milk were our wedding caterers, and the whole process was relaxed and enjoyable. They worked with us to fine something that fit with our budget and venue limitations, gave great advice about catering and wedding planning generally, and the food was absolutely amazing. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was! We didn't buy a wedding cake, but had lots of different cakes provided by Milk, and they looked amazing, fit our vibe perfectly, and were super well received, with everyone sharing and tasting a bit of everything, I can't fault them at all, thank you so much <3

We had a really nice Brunch here, the quality of the dishes were amazing and the price was great. There was a mix-up with my order, which I suspect was my fault, but they fixed it anyway which I'm very grateful for. Lovely staff, we will be back!

This is a lovely little cafe, the food is excellent, very tasty and the two members of staff running it were very pleasant and helpful.

I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER! I dreamed of hosting an intimate dinner party at my flat for my 30th birthday, which got delayed by a year due to covid restrictions, giving me all the more time to think up my grand plans. I reached out to MILK after a friend recommended them to me, to see if they would be willing to cater for the event and they said yes. The food was insanely good!! Evie was so accommodating and lovely. Together they helped me plan the perfect night and the perfect menu to suit the style I was going for. Everyone at the party raved about the food and I was the lucky one to have the leftovers for the next couple nights too. I need that caponata recipe! Thank you so so much. Highly recommend!!

Been for delicious vegan lunches a few times, coffee is excellent too. Went to the Modern Pakistani supper club on Saturday and it was epic.

Really inclusive space in Glasgow, and a menu that's diverse and tasty. It's not another "egg and avocado" place, it's friendly, vibrant, intentional and international-looking. Visit and enjoy it.

Absolutely brillYANT place. Food is fabulous, with the genius idea of inviting cooks from different countries to come and cook their local dishes. A social enterprise, set up to empower and support refugee and migrant women living in Glasgow. MILK  also offers free classes and workshops which are open to all women in our community (and sometimes, where appropriate, men and children too).

Tiny place but such warmth and kindness packed inside (+good coffee and food). Very attentive to any kind of allergies, amazing staff, a lot of events every week with the community. Really recommend!

This cafe is great. Really glad of the initiatives they are doing, e.g. for the Roma community in Govanhill, and refugees in Glasgow. The food is also good and fairly priced - bought a banh mi and a glass of prosecco for £9 on international women's day.

Estaba en el lado sur de Glasgow y decidí tomar mi café diario en alguna parte. Milk Cafe es un lugar del que he oído hablar durante años, pero que en realidad nunca visité, y ciertamente no me decepcionó. Colmena de actividad para un sábado por la tarde, y tomé un café y un pastel para llevar que estaba recién preparado en poco tiempo. Es casi seguro que volveremos cuando esté en la zona de nuevo.

Gran lugar para el almuerzo. Milk Cafe es acogedor y acogedor, y están haciendo mucho para apoyar a las mujeres y los refugiados locales. Tenía la sopa de brócoli que era encantadora y mi amigo me encantó el morcilla, los huevos escalfados y el hash de patata. ¡Qué gran ambiente!

This is an awesome cafe. Good food. Good coffee. Good atmosphere. And they function on principle. If you are in its locality this is the cafe to go to.

I don't even know where to start with these INCREDIBLE women! MILK is not just a cafe, it's an event in and of itself. So much going on, so much empathy, so much kindness, so much coolness! I've considered moving to the south side just to be near them, cause I've only been able to go 3 times for the tile painting and the painting workshop. I just love them. Great cakes, too!

Just had the most delicious lunch here today! Gorgeous little cafe with cute, quirky decor, and the food did not disappoint. I love that it is also a social enterprise supporting refugee and migrant in the southside community. Its an added bonus that their coffee is great! It's going top of my favourites list for sure.

Whilst visiting local laundrette this was a welcome environment rather than watching a washing machine go round and round. Good tasty food, focused on inclusion (always a bonus for me). Unusual menu, nice changed from the norm. Went back the following week. Would go back when I am in the area.

Bohemian cafe with great cake and good table service. There aren't many tables and it looks cluttered, but that is part of its charm.

We stopped for brunch here before a long journey home from Glasgow. Its a lovely cafe with artwork, a warm atmosphere and all round lovely ethos. If I lived in Glasgow I would hang there all the time. The coffee and food were excellent as was the service.

Absolutely Divine. We had Milk cater our work meeting and everything was delicious. I’m not exactly sure what everything was, but as my best guess: the chicken and chorizo dish, bean stew, Greek salad, and sweet potato and goat cheese salad were all out of this world. Like I said this was catered for a work meeting for both vegetarians and meat-eaters alike, and everyone left satisfied and stuffed.

Excellent cup of tea and a wee chocolate brownie. Thoroughly recommend this place

This is a great wee cafe, very quaint & quirky. The staff are lovely & the food is terrific. I drink a lot of coffee and this is by far my favourite place to go. Furthermore it's one of the cheapest places i've been in Glasgow. If you can get a seat in this busy wee cafe then i highly recommend it.

We were served by Angela, who seemed to be so relaxed while conversing with customers, and at the same time cooking our meals! We had Persian eggs (can't remember all that was in it, but delicious on rustic bread) and another dish we cannot recall the name of! Kale, potatoes, beautifully poached eggs kimchi(?). Both arrived beautifully cooked and so tasty. Water is free (help yourself), and it is a down to earth non-pretentious little place that supports many diverse folk in the community. Please support them to help support others.

We enjoyed breakfast: good coffee, potato & chorizo with poached eggs, walnut bread & brie in this friendly and welcoming cafe in busy Victoria Road. Liked the plants and eclectic decor. Appreciated their efforts to include the local ethnically diverse community. Will return next time we are in Glasgow.

Such a fantastic thing to have this place in our neighborhood!! Unique and unusual china and cutlery, comfy chairs, changing photo and art exhibits, beautiful food and lovely coffees and fresh juices. There is also games for children and adults. They also have some social enterprise activities on once a while, such as language exchange. Friendly staff. I love coming here.

Real chai tea comes a 15 min warning, but is well worth the wait. Delicious brunch dishes. Neighbourhood hangout

This is a smallish venue serving excellent cafe fare. We had smoked salmon with sourdough toast and poached eggs & buttered greens. Also consumed french toast with bacon. The coffee is really good. They cater for vegetarians too..soya milk available. It can get busy but we secured a table for five and in good weather you can sit outside. They run community classes and are active locally. They cook everything fresh as ordered so don't be in a hurry!

Awesome community cafe with great food, homemade cakes and coffee in qwerky cups. Never dissapointed with the friendly and inclusive atmosphere, dogs and babies encouraged! Feels like home but better.

I love coming here, really friendly and welcoming staff, I attend the womens craft classes here too which is great to get involved in local community projects. The baking is delicious, definitely try Angela's scones. Great atmosphere any time of the day!

Stunning, I dream about the French Toast..

We popped in for lunch after the Govanhill International Carnival on Saturday. The place was quite crowded because of the nearby event. The interior looks really friendly, and has a very eclectic vibe. Even the toilet had cute decorations. It also has a somewhat DIY feel, eg. if you don't want to order any drink they have a pitcher of water and a cupboard of glasses that you can serve yourself from. The place also feels super inclusive - they have many posters with cultural events and helping refugees, immigrants, women and other marginalised groups. While we were there they put out a big pile of leftover bread next to the door, with a sign that anyone who needs it can help themselves. 5 stars for awesome attitude! The menu didn't have any vegan options, but they offered to put together a vegan plate, and the end result was amazing. My plate looked the best from all our orders :D Toasted walnut bread, ajvar, asparagus spears, olives, spicy preserved tomatoes and salad. It was delicious, and quite plentiful too. I really loved the place, and will surely visit again if I'm in the area.

A lunch with a friend. This social enterprise cafe does more than food. Check all the groups that it engages. This is a small cafe , you may need to share a table, and enjoy the art of conversation. Milk offers a short , tasty and balanced menu. It has a wide selection of lovely Pukka organic infusions. Our main plate was so large that we had no room for any hand -home baking. Must visit again for this reason. I would visit again Keep up all the good works.

If in this area try this great wee place out. These girls work hard. Amazing coffe, cakes and food is stupendous. Highly recommend

Amazing food and a lovely atmosphere

The breakfast is one of the best I've had anywhere in the world. The ingredients are simple and fresh and cooked perfectly. For a tiny kitchen, staffed by one or two, I was surprised that the food for all five of us came out at the same time, and hot. The portions are generous, which is a good thing, and the prices incredibly reasonable and a steal for quality of the food available. I eat breakfast out often and this is one of the best ever.

We tried to go to bakery47 however it was closed🤔. It was a blessing though, as we ended up going to milk cafe. It was perfect👌. Great scrambled eggs and salmon and coffee was spot on. Service was good to. Definitely going back!

I've been here a few times when working in the area and I love the fact that they have compostable takeaway cups. I also have the best soup I've had in ages here!

He estado en leche un par de veces y nunca me ha decepcionado. Su café siempre sabe bien no importa quién lo está haciendo. Ellos en realidad lo hacen con leche y capuchinos y blancos plana en contraposición a todo ser una pantalla blanca y de vez en cuando hay un chico maltés que hace café extremadamente bueno.

Delicious breakfast here! With great service - a must for Glasgow. The Mediterranean stew with sour dough and the goat cheese omelette were relish. Coffees were wonderful. Very cute place to dine in.
