Tasty milkshakes I wanted more

2 mins After order got accepted got a phone call saying that they are not doing deliveries ... but on the Page you could clearly see Delivery Fri to Sunday

I placed my order at 19.30 is now 20.50 and still have not received it. Called them up and the only thing I get is a sorry I can't do anything I'm the only one in the store and I have to serve the guests I have here. Seriously? Worst service ever! Refund me the money.

The milkshakes were amazing. Delivery took almost 2 hours though.

A milkshake was missing from my order- no apology given when i rang up the restaurant. The guy seemed irritated that i had called and he was very rude and hung up on me. Having read previous reviews it seems that this is the way they treat customers. I definitely wouldn't order from them again!

It was late but, they have a great service and there milkshakes are on fleek!!

The delivery person missed one milk shake and when notified of the same it was delivered promptly . excellent service

I want to file a complaint, I received a very bad customer service , I called the restaurant and the staff I spoke to were so rude to me. I wanted my order to be refunded because your company doesn't value customers or customer service. I didn't get one of my orders and another one was ruined and the staff I was speaking to hung up the phone on me when I was explaining my order complications.

Excellent milkshakes but delivery was very poor over 40 mins later than was said to be delivered liked everything else but isnt worth the loooooong waiting time

The milkshakes and the cake was amazing! The best milkshakes I have ever had!! The delivery driver was the manager and he done the job perfect, he was very polite and the milkshakes arrived super fast I Will defiantly be ordering from milkshake city again!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HAVING TO WAIT AN HOUR 20 MINUTES FOR A MILK SHAKE WE ORDERED ON SUNDAY NIGHT. THE FILM HAS FINISHED, WE WERE READY FOR BED AND IT HASN'T COME. WHEN IT FINALLY CAME, IT WAS WATERED DOWN AND IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. ON TOP OF THAT THE LADY ON THE PHONE HUNG UP ON MY FACE TWICE AND WASN'T VERY HELPFUL, I WAS TALKING TO HER VERY POLITELY AND SHE KEPT SAYING IT HAS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH HER. SHE WAS VERY IRRITATED, RUDE AND UNHELPFUL.. DISGRACE ESPECIALLY ON A SUNDAY NIGHT WHEN YOU JUST WANT TO RELAX!!!!!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT, MILKSHAKE IS DISGUSTING, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE AND THE WAITING TIME IS FELT LIKE FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER ANY COMPENSATION. IM SO DISGUSTED TO EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR

quick, simple and easy. phoned in to cofirm delivery time and receive good service. came in 20 minutes all exactly to order only drawback is a simplified and not too extensive menu . but enough to have some diversity
