Food was nice but very very very let down by the ambience / experience - the venue is tiny downstairs - I was barged by the waiters constantly when I was sat down as they tried to serve guests in the lower flow. The waiters were lovely - it’s not their fault about the barging - the fault lies with the management who have decided to cram so many tables in such a small space. I wouldn’t recommend this place and would save your money elsewhere less chaotic and more spacious. We ordered the tasting menu - starters were delicious but the main was sooooo underwhelming.

Good was great, albeit small portions. A lot of the foods just seem to be some variety of Harrissa flavour however.. We had the cabbage wedge, tofu bowl, beetroot burger and tiramisu which were great. Great drinks list. It's a very small place so cosy and compact. The service was good although it was busy and unfortunately we honestly felt really rushed (even though there wasn't anyone needing our table) which I haven't felt in a restaurant for a long time, so overall let the night down.

Pleasantly busy locations. The service is attentive and has a good eye on what is happening. The food was really great. Just like drinking.

Wednesday night dinner, around 6.30pm. We walked in and they found us a table straight away. Atmosphere: My biggest issue with this place is the space: the restaurant could not be more crammed if they tried. The tables are so close to one another that when get up you risk pushing some of your neighbours food away with your bum. If you think of the length of a silverware knife, you could place it in the gap between the two tables and it would stay in place. The first table we were given was a booth, and you can hardly breathe depending on where you sit (and I am slim). But what absolutely gets me is that there is so little space for the waiting staff to move that they kept bumping onto me, I kept having my coat knocked off my chair and when serving other tables I would have their bum, elbows and back so close to my face that it was unpleasant. Additionally, the music was unnecessarily loud, considering how small and crammed the space is. If you add the guests’ conversations, it becomes a din. Overall, not a relaxing experience at all, which made communicating with my partner difficult, and stressful what should have been a relaxing treat. Food: the food is ok, slightly above average. Service: I feel for the waiting staff, considering the atmosphere they have to work in. They weren’t very knowledgeable when asked about the dishes and nearly delivered the wrong drinks to us. Overall, at £41 total for water and two mains, it feels like the experience definitely did not match the price. Not recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mildred's Restaurant, renowned for their delectable Vegan Korean Burgers, and I must say, the experience was elevated significantly thanks to Peeya and the Carly marketing team. As I approached the restaurant, I was greeted by an unexpected but delightful initiative: umbrellas being handed out to those waiting in line. The weather was a bit unpredictable that day, and the thoughtful gesture of providing umbrellas reflected a deep understanding of customer care and experience This attention to detail speaks volumes about the dedication of the marketing team to enhance customer satisfaction. It demonstrated how a small act of kindness can significantly improve a customer’s experience, especially when they're eagerly anticipating a scrumptious Burger. the Vegan Korean Burger lived up to the hype, bursting with flavor and perfectly complemented by the vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant. However, what will stand out in my memory, alongside the delicious food, is the thoughtful action of Peeya and Carly's team. In a world where customer service often feels like an afterthought, Mildred's efforts to create a welcoming environment is commendable. Kudos to Peeya, Carly, and the entire marketing team for their innovative approach, it's these little details that make all the difference. I can’t wait to return not only for the amazing food but also to see what other delightful surprises they have in store for their customers!

The testing menu blew out minds away. Super recommanded the Fig Americano cocktail. Exceptional customer service also, thank you Erich, Zaid and Aleksandra! Can easily become one of our regular destinations in Soho.

Food was delicious, spicy and full of flavour but not too spicy. I had the tempeh noodles, a mocktail and mango mayonnaise potato’s and lemon pepper chips. Service was great, very friendly and helpful staff.

Booked this as a Birthday dinner for my partner. She’s Gluten Intolerant (Celiac) and vegetarian. There was only 1 main she could eat which was hugely disappointing. The cocktail that a waiter insisted that she get was undrinkable, it tasted so bad. We did let the waiter know and it was un drunk but he didn’t take it off the bill or offer an alternative. None said Happy Birthday to her at greeting or during or after the meal even though I had put this in the booking and said to the waiter that it was a birthday treat. In all a big disappointment for a vegetarian who just wanted to go somewhere nice and have some nice food for her birthday. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Shame.

We visited their establishment in Victoria and were thrilled to visit this location as well. Again lovely vibe and staff, and we had the same mains as we did in their Victoria location (Srilankan curry, Korean rice). We opted for a pepper based appetiser that was a little underwhelming. Their white chocolate tiramisu and the vegan chocolate cake with ice cream was superb too. Highly recommend this spot!

Hands down, the best vegetarian food I’ve ever eaten. Every dish I ordered was better than the next. Plus, friendly staff and great atmosphere. They had a DJ spinning 70s/80s tunes when I went in a Saturday night. Whether or not you’re vegetarian or the biggest meat eater, this place won’t disappoint.

I have been a fan of Mildreds for years but yesterday’s visit was disappointing. The food is tasty but portions are small compared to prices, it’s become over expensive and we were rushed throughout dinner by waiters trying to clear our plates before we finished. We were brought the bill without even asking for it and there were lots of free tables around us

We went to Mildred's Soho tonight during our visit to London and had the multi course meal. It was delicious and a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, our night was cut short by a belligerent customer who was threatening us. However, the staff was extremely considerate and understanding of our situation. We were impressed by their professionalism and compassion. We would love to go back the next time we are in London, and hopefully, have a more positive experience.

We went for the set menu. The starters and main course were lovely, but the 'pudding' left a bit of a sour taste. Surely that could have been more than a single bite? It just left the meal feeling unbalanced.

What can I say, fantastic place. My husband and I went for dinner and ate some delicious dishes! In the face of those who say that vegans don't taste like anything, well you have to try the dishes of this place! Really good, and praise also for the service, the girl with curls who served us was very kind and super delicious :) I recommend making a reservation because it was very full.

We flew in from the USA and Soho was the first place we stopped on the way to London from the airport! Their pancakes were amazing and woke me right up after a red-eye. Thank you for being cruelty-free!

Amazing food - very overcrowded. Gorgeous food, I had the hot mango glazed "chicken" burger and the rum coconut sticky toffee for dessert. It was so delicious, and everyone else in my party enjoyed there food as well! By the end I couldn't eat a single bite more. The burger might be one of the best I've ever eaten, and unlike other vegan burgers, it doesn't rely on a one-noted overwhelming flavour to carry it. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, and the vibe of the restaurant was overall really nice. I liked the drawings on the walls, they certainly helped with the cool factor. However, the restaurant's biggest downside, enough to knock a star off entirely, was its overcrowdedness. The tables were only a few inches apart from each other. It was actually impossible for me to leave my seat to go to the toilet without the table next to us having to move as well, which, frankly, is unacceptable. If you're a larger person or if you have mobility issues, then I don't know what the options are because I had trouble getting in and out of the table, and I'm 5'3 and 9 stone and was seated on one of the better tables. I understand that from a management perspective, they want as many people as humanly possible in the place, but it's a real detriment to the quality of the dining experience. I shouldn't have to interrupt other dinners to do something as basic as leaving my seat. It's a restaurant, not an aeroplane.

Last Thursday I went to Mildreds in Soho, from start to finish it was a 5 star experience. The staff, food and drinks were delicious. Highly recommend and looking forward to making another reservation soonest.

Booked a table there for dinner it had a DJ playing and seemed like a disco - they placed us right in front of the industrial size speakers ( it was like being in a disco , no chance to have a conversation while having dinner ) , asked to change table twice ( but even in the ground floor the music was incredible loud . We order the gf menu but only a few options there so we decided to leave. It’s was like trying to have dinner in the stage of a concert or near the speakers in a disco !!! Unbelievable :( don’t go to this restaurant.

i love the staff here, it's almost always busy but they manage to get you in even if you forgot go have a reservation. the food and the ambience were amazing. i've been to Soho & Covent Branch more than a dozen time, though the menu changes often the Batata Bravas, taktouka whipped mascarpone and the Kimchi Gyozas will stay my favorite. would recommend for a mocktail the pink citrus spritz or the coco key lime.

Food was great. Service was not. Aloo tikki burger was great. Nice gourmet fries with it. Arancinni rosi (golden fried dumplings) were awesome!! Cherry crime brûlée was also nice dessert. In terms of drinks, arancini rossi was ok but lychee martini was great. The server felt a bit unwelcoming. They said inside would take 1 hour so had me seated outside but then a table was open in 12 mins. They also took an eternity to come and take order and I had to go over and pay - just weren’t coming with the bill. Very cozy and fancy boutique place.

Five of us are and we went for tapas options for pre-show dinner. I think we ordered a sharing selection platter for 2, plus additional items tapas size portions. Food was great, pretty and tasty. Dinged one star for service as it was definitely a level of confusion between staff.

My girlfriend and I visited Mildreds on our long weekend visit to London. We were able to reserve a table on short notice and didn't wait too long to get in. This Mildreds is a very busy and popular place and the service was still fantastic. To me that isn't a given and made us very happy. Klaudia took care of us and was very attentive and organised. The food and drinks weren't cheap but it was absolutely fantastic, and we were on holiday, so that's fine. :)

Fantastic restaurant, can’t wait to visit again when we are back in London. Didn’t get the guys name who was front of house but he was so friendly and did a great job in keeping everyone waiting for a tables informed, even though the restaurant was extremely busy. All the staff were very polite too.

Best Mildred's ever! Great place for and intimate meal for 2 to 4 people! Cute place and great food. Menu caters for all even if you are a meat eater (may tempt you to give up!)and it's vegan friendly!

The food was very tasty and well presented, the staff were attentive and friendly, the tables are close which isn't great for romantic meal but adds to the general buzz. Highly recommend this restaurant for vegetarian and vegan food.

Another amazing food experience in London at the pop up Madame Mildreds Soho. Cannot say about the interiors as this is a temporary location while the original location is under renovation but food was as good as the Victoria's one and staff were very friendly and attentive to deliver a great experience. One of best vegan restaurant in London.

Overcrowded and shouldn't really have tables on the street as it's unpleasant to sit there surrounded by people queuing for the restaurant. Also I think if you accidentally spray a customer and their food with cleaning fluid, it's best to be apologetic and maybe even offer to replace the dish or take it off the bill. Oh well! I do like the food at Mildred's but won't come here again because of the environment and service.

The boyfriend has mentioned Mildreds a few times and we finally went with a couple of friends. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was blooming delicious. We will definitely be back!

Some of the best food I've had in a long time. We tried the arancini, hummus with pita, patatas bravas and the mango glazed corn. Especially enthusiastic about the arancini, could eat those everyday. Lovely atmosphere and servers, can't fault this place. Thankfully we made a reservation because a queu started to form, however it didn't seem as if anyone had to wait too long. Can't wait to try everything else on the menu.

The staff is the nicest I've ever seen. So charming, patient, attentive. My friends and I are not vegans but we wanted to try and it was delicious. Just beware if you have the defective gene for coriander and it tastes to you like soap because it doesn't appear in English in the menu. Lovely decoration and very good vibes. Absolutely recommendable.

We were in town for a show, and decided to try a vegetarian restaurant. I could not have chosen better. The food and service was great, interesting flavours and exciting colours on the bowls. A great introduction to vegetarian food.

The food was delicious and I liked how varied the menu was, as well as having the option to pick from the seasonal menu. In my opinion the service was rushed and it felt like they wanted you out of the door asap. They also have packed a lot of tables on all the floors so it feels somewhat cramped and is very loud.

The vibes and staff were fantastic, and a great coffee! I ordered the pancakes and they were quite nice.

Yesterday was My second time in Mildreds was as good as first time. And fortunately both days abha served us. She's just amazing as before. The food food and service very much appreciated. I have never seen such humble staff.

Thank you Gigi for all the recommendations and your kindness. The tiramisu here feels like a loving and tender hug, please never take it off the menu!! Seasonal menu as well was spot on - rare curries from Malaysia and Sri Lanka which I've never tried so worth a visit in the summer to taste their limited menu.

The food was banging as usual, but I just wanted to thank Christian who managed to squeeze our table of 6 in, without a reservation, on a busy Saturday night!

Fabulous food let down by a very cramped and noisy environment. We were at a table at the far end near the mirror. There’s a roof window so some natural light does come in but otherwise it feels like a coffin. Tables are co close you feel like you part of your neighbours meal and staff have to squeeze past you to serve. The bare floors and encasing walls and ceilings create a sound amplifier, which along with totally unnecessary music means you can only hear the person sitting next to you - conversation with friends on a 6 seater table means shouting, which further increases the room noise. It’s such a shame as the staff are trying really hard and are very attentive plus the food itself is imaginative and tasty. Might be ok if you’re eating on your own but avoid if you want to be able to talk with your fellow diners or have some personal space.

I recently dined at Mildred’s in Soho and had an exceptional experience. The creative and delicious vegan dishes were an incredible. Klaudia, our server, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were perfect and her warm hospitality made our evening special. Mildred’s is a gem in Soho, and I highly recommend it for its fantastic food and wonderful service.

Had a fabulous dinner after a show in the West End. We were served by Klaudia; who was very kind and courteous.

Total rubbish. We are made to wait 15 minutes to take our order (in an empty restaurant let's be clear!) all this to come and take it after a thousand hassles with the iPad trying to take the order (you understand it's too complicated to write down on a paper in an empty restaurant) all that to have to wait again when I ask for pancakes with crème fraîche with pancakes. New wait because the server does not know if there are any. We left after learning no. Deplorable. When we don't want to serve people, they do another job.

brilliant service! the servers were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. the food is absolutely delicious. the only thing is that the restaurant is very small and tables are put close together making it hard to get in and out - apart from that it’s great! x

I recently lunched at Mildred’s and had an outstanding experience. My first time in a veg restaurant. The place was cool , nice vibes, perfect for relaxing meal on a Sunday. The summer tasting menu was tasty and delicious. Our Waiter ( Eric ) was the highlight of our visit. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mildred’s for anyone looking for great vegan food.

Lovely spot. I frequent the Kings Cross one often. Food was nice. The padron peppers tasted better in King's Cross branch. Had more tahini sauce and seasoning. Food was delicious overall. Staff are friendly and attentive. I marked down because it is very loud. Was shouting at my friend. Recommend to request upstairs seating if you prefer a quieter establishment.

Just had the Summer Sharing menu, Wow! So much delicious food. And such a cute table in the little upstairs nook overlooking the secret garden in Soho. Great cocktails and wine menu as well. We were so well looked after by Eric and the team. Looking forward to trying the burgers next time.

Stopped in for dinner. Unfortunately the server didn't put through my main meal and once notified they rectified the mistake in under 5 mins. All the staff were very lovely and they comped my main as my friends had nearly finished eating. Music was a little loud which may have been the reason for missing the order but the food was lovely and we had a great time.

Previously I have not been a huge fan of Mildred's but we went there for brunch and I would definitely go again. Absolutely delicious. Really innovative breakfasts. I wish I could have had the pancakes but I will get them next time

Table booked pre-theatre for 1.5 hours. Every staff member pushing us to order, eat up and get out from the moment we sat down. Even a firm 20 minute warning that we had to be out by the end of our time. We spent quite a lot and honestly, the whole experience was let down by staff who just wouldn't let us relax. Staff need to chill. Disappointing.
