Tried to phone the take away and resolve but no answer. Absolutely the worst take away food I've ever had. £13.90 delivered with a child like pizza and a tiny portion of disgusting scraggs of doner meat half a chopped cucumber and excessive chunks of onion. Shocking value. tasteless food.

Honestly, not the best or atleast as good as it used to be, so many better takeaways that are more expensive yes, but the ingredients are better.

We would recommend, order from here often.

This place is a shadow of what it used to be, once a favourite of ours, now won't be going again.Garlic bread with mushrooms was massacred and the lack of mushrooms compared with previous is very evident. the base tastes different too thicker and stodgier. Seafood pizza was also lacking topping and same poor base. Mixed kebab was just as bad meat was dry and inedible. Waste of money as most of the order went in the bin, avoid this place it's just not good.

I was working and parked outside this place. Asked for a garlic bread with cheese and I’d pick up in 5 mins. I returned a few minutes later and picked up my garlic bread with cheese - really nice and better than most others I have bought. A really good price and properly cooked - not doughy but really nice. Next time when I’m passing I will ask if they have any chillies to add, as that’s my favourite. Thank you!

The food was not nice, I’ve never eaten chewy chips before and the chicken burger was also chewy and all good tasted the same. I’m guessing they have all been thrown into the same fryer. Not very nice and I don’t recommend ordering from here! Delivery driver was friendly but the food quality is poor

It was a birthday treat for my son the food was excellent cooked why a waited all fresh good price all the family enjoyed it would highly recommend them there is a lot off similar shops in horwich doing the same thing so give them a chance 👍

Top notch as always from Milano

I ordered food here first time a week or so ago, the chips were super crispy which is exactly what I want in life, ordered again to check if it weas a fluke and boom - crispy chip consistency. Nice. Chips were in a paper bag which maybe helped them breathe and not sweat, but whatever they did is deffo more than just the paper bag - bob on for crispy chips. Had thin base pepperoni pizza (awesome) and fried chicken last time - it was juicy and good, breadcrumb chicken breast rather than on the bone, not my perfect choice but it'd be great for those who dont want bones. This time I had breadcrumb mushrooms - bang on, crispy breadcrumb and real juicy mushrooms - really travelled well to my door and hadnt sweated nor gone soggy. Also had the small chicken kebab, well cooked chiken, decent salad ratio, in a really nice looked-to-be home crafted flatbread which hgad awesome tear/consistency. Will order again, 5 stars.

Used Milano for years and always enjoyed it, they have changed their bread supply or recipe and unfortunately it’s not as good as it was.

Nice naan Chicken and Shish kebab great combo love Shish. When opened didn’t think there was any Shish just chicken. But there was some. Big naan but portion size wasn’t to match. Nice kebab though meat maybe slight over done. But guess they char grill. Onion rings nice and mushroom nice. Salad on kebab not much. Would order again but slight difference would make this 10/10 wouldn’t have minded free garlic bread when spending over £20 used to get it.

First time ordering from Milano, ordered pizza and kebab for 2. The food was perfect, plenty to go around. The food was fresh and hot, lovely delivery driver will definitely order again.

The food was awful. The garlic bread was so greasy and sloppy that it soaked through the box leaving a mess. The chips were brown and crunchy like they'd been overcooked more than once. This is the first time we've had bad food from here but it's definitely put us off ordering again

Pizza had a strange taste and one too spicy

My special chicken kebab was delicious as usual but my husbands kofte kebab that he always gets was really greasy...we had to put kitchen paper around the naan. It must be a different chef as its usually perfect. Its put him off though. Think we'll try somewhere else next time unfortunately.

Burger was excellent and onion rings were very tasty

Beautiful succulent chicken kebab, juicy and delicious, lovely chicken strips too, just thick gravy.

Both kebabs were spot on. We ordered a margarita pizza with extra garlic and pepperoni...the garlic was half cloves of garlic dotted over the pizza ...not great! But apart from that, perfect as usual.

It was pretty good, yeah. No real big complaints. Though I asked for ketchup on the burger and they barely put any on, still that's an easy fix and overall it was good

Delivery was quick and driver was nice . Chicken In kebab was 10/10 chips tasted like been reheated multiple times 3/10 chicken burger ok 5/10 , kofta In kebab not to my taste was bland 2/10. Think might have had an off day but chicken in kebab would make me order again for sure but without the kofta next time

Ordered Chicken Fillet Burger with Chips - Came without the Chips

Normally amazing chicken kebabs but they were overcooked today,really dry and hard. Its unusual though...they are usually spot on. I'm assuming they are mad busy because of the England game.

Annoyed ignored requests on notes. But food quality was still good and on time.

Never had the decency to call me. Sent a notification to say they had delivered but hadn't. When i called to query, the guy was rude and blamed me... shocking service. Never recieved any food and have to wait to see if I'll get my money back from Just Eat. Shocking.

Best chicken kebabs in Horwich, and one of the only places that have the Yogurt Mint Sauce that I like with it. Food always piping hot, and always a friendly delivery person. Excellent!

Portions are small even when paid for large. We phoned and asked for cheesy chips on one of the meals, we were told we would need to pay 50p to the driver, paid £1 as we had no change and they hadn’t even put the cheese on the chips. Average food but arrived on time.

Just ordered Milano’s after not having it in a while, won’t be bothering again. 1 Pizza was burnt had 2 slices and wasted the rest. The other wasn’t even cooked properly. Don’t bother will be sticking with Pasha from now on!!

Didn't bring onion rings which we paid for. Order before they they didn't bring the drinks we paid for. Pizza was burnt and was surprised it was sent out to be honest, it was inedible. Don't waste your time with this place they'll either mess up your order or burn your food.

Food was a decent price and arrived very early. Pizza was good, they listened to my request in the comments about the sauce which was appreciated but could've done with a few more toppings; I feel like they skimped on the chicken a bit. They also forgot my drink with the meal deal which was a bit annoying. Overall it was decent, though.
