Don't bother wasting your money! It took an hour and 15 minutes to deliver a pizza from around the corner and it turned up stone cold! Same the time before but I gave them the benefit of doubt. Not a happy customer! Won't be ordering from there again 😒

Overpriced poor quality food. What is listed in a meal is not given. They have increased their prices but lowered the quality and quantity of the food. I feel sorry for Thirsk that this is the standard of takeaway they accept.

Not from the local area, staying at the lodges up the road, 1000% recommend delivery was quick and easy. Food was delicious!!! Definitely ordering again when we come back!

Hello my name is Bradley. I am a business student and I ordered garlic and chips and they were cold. The man was very friendly and I forgive the lovely staff because of their kindness. I must however stress that my chips went cold after approximately 2 hours on the side which I wasn’t warned about beforehand. Over and out, Bradley.

Just ordered for 1st time. Only took 30 minutes to arrive and once it did it was cold and soggy. Absolutely tasteless will definitely not be ordering again. Vile food. Had 2 slices rest is in the bin.

So after I left the below (honest) review on food hub i then get a call from the owner ranting on! Wonder if he calls all bad reviews on a blocked nunber and has a rant! Told me im being blocked now, no probs pal! Very pressional!!! Wouldn't even let me speak or get a word in, ranting on about how he has to pay his taxes to my government! Not even giving any stars for this shocking service!!! Placed an order through FH put in post code and address, charged me the £1.50 delivery fee to then have the shop call me and tell me i need to pay another £7.50 on top for delivery to my address!! I said i am not willing to pay that for what i have ordered....1 kebab and chips. Asked if they couldnt just waive it this once considering its not my fault that the app only charged me that delivery. After going back and forward and a robot employee talking to me they cancelled my order and now I have to wait 3 - 5 days to get the £13.80 back!!! Thanks!!!! Maybe sort your app out to stop messing customers around!!!!

Charged £13.80 for £8.50 pizza and £2.30 portion of chips. Check card reader when paying contact less.

Disgusting staff, delivery means you trawling the street to find you food after random phobe calls and when it does eventually arrive soggy and stoggy worst takeaway I have ever come across.

Very nice mixed kebab. Fresh crisp salad and tasty chicken/doner. Arrived hot despite me living some distance away.

Service is going down hill. Prices going up drastically which I don’t mind but portions getting very small. For some reason when you order online they never read the comments section, always missing things, and delivery takes the pee time wise, we order a lot time to start going else we’re as this place isn’t what it used to be pre covid

Only delivered half the order. When they turned up with the second half it was cold. They said they would return with hot food. Never happened.

Absolutely ridiculous. 1hr 50mins for a cold delivery. When reporting it cold. No apology. Just told to put in microwave.

We had an hour and a half wait then when the food arrived they gave us 3 burgers not our order . The delivery guy finally came back half hour later with our cold food and chicken bites missing . So can only assume someone else has had our order 🥹

Horrendous customer service, swore at down the phone, hung up on, collected food and expected me to pay the delivery driver for collecting it, didn’t get a refund. Appalling food, cold and tasteless.

Long delivery times ordered at 8.40 come at 10.30 when arrived was cold soggy and burnt pizza kebab meat inedible all which went straight in the bin asked and paid for extra cheese & salad on burgers and received barely no salad or extra cheese - wouldn’t use again!

Ordered the biggest meat feast pizza and some hot wings, all of it was delicious and it was delivered really fast, can't rate 6* so I'll have to settle for 5 👌

Staying just up the road so popped down for a pizza and a burger, all excellent didn't have to wait long even though they were really busy. Highly recommend. 😀

Absolute bunch of reprobates work there with no manners nor customer service skills got my order wrong it came way later than i was told it would be and when I rang to ask about the wrong order the staff on the phone was very rude hung up on me basically said unlucky wasn't me who took the order would not help nor even correct the order would not recommend going to this takeaway unless you like been treat like garbage soon as they got your money in their hand not interested if there's a problem

Food was quick to arrive, under an hour for a Saturday which is good. But thats the only good thing I'm going to say about my order. Food arrived cold, tasteless and when I rang to confront milano pizzeria customer service was below the standard.

Wanted a pizza fast and it hit the mark. Good sized pepperoni pizza, ready to collect within 10 minutes, nice crust and decent toppings

I ordered her a couple of days ago and never had time to place a review until now and all I have to say is Absolutely terrible service The staff are so rude and obnoxious food is petty and overpriced and always wrong and cold I’ve been ordering here for a very long time and never leave reviews on anything but tonight I’ve had enough absolute trash you clearly need to rethink what you guys are doing and what you are serving I am writing a letter to trading standards about you I don’t think you should be in business also I recorded our phone call and will be passing the audio over I hope to see you guys shutdown soon

Nice food but delivery is way to slow

I can only comment on what i had. I had Donna kebab and chips. The chips were cooked to perfection. The kebab was also very nice. Not Greasy. Tastes lovely. Parking is ok. Across the road in a side road. I asked for chilli sauce and mayo. But only received mayo. Not a major problem.

The best takeaway I've ever had so far! I recommend the box special with cheesy chips and a royal garlic bread 👌

Abusive 'cook', not that he's any good at cooking and just seen a similar comment on facebook about the staff telling customers to eff off. Parmesan very small and burnt served with cold chips. Asked for no garlic and the dry, over cooked chicken stank of it and a parmesan is supposed to have sauce on it? The worst parmo I've ever tried. Avoid

Really easy to order online. Get countdown timer. Said 45 mins delivery. Heard good reviews. However 20 minutes late. X3 kids meals were warm and ok but there Pizzas were quite soggy base and burnt edges and chewy. Ordered the happy box meal for 2 adults to share. It was cold. Disappointing. If it had arrived on time I think it would of been a nice hot meal. Won't order again. Due to coldness food quality and late delivery.

A couple of great pizzas. The online order service is easy to use and the pizzas are warm and covered in cheese. I would definitely come here again.

Ordered 2 cheesy chips with garlic sauce, nice and easy. Neither were received with garlic sauce, disappointing as charged for it!

Pizzas always taste fresh and the ingredients used are spot on. Always like going to Milanos.

The worst fastfood EVER! I have been waiting for the food about 2 hours! And when i have called them first time they told me that delivery is already coming and after another hour i called them one more time and they told me that delivery is not coming at all! Its so annoying :((((

This is the first time I have visited this place and I can honestly say that it was the best pizza I have tasted since moving to Yorkshire 24 years ago. Well worth a visit

Delivery took a bit longer than expected but it was worth the wait. The pizza was hot and not greasy like some other takeaways.

Food took an hour and 45 mins to arrive, chips were soggy. I had to take the order back and get my money back. The owner was abusive and rude.

Would give 0 stars.. Staying in lodge park locally so they put the price up by £2 against the menu I had just picked up that day. Cold (and really greasy) pizza and soggy chips. Granted it was delivered on time. Literally the worst pizza I've ever had. Even the kids complained at it and they are like human dustbins with no taste buds. Absolutely disgusting service from this shop tonight @20.30 Saturday 12th October. Food was cold and over cooked like it's been sat around for a few hours. When ordering we had to repeat ourself 's 15 times and they still got it wrong. When we rang back up we were told that the items they missed wouldn't be charged for wich is really good but when the delivery guy come we were charged for it. Then the gentle man shouted and demanded the goods back, when we refused he shouted I don't have time for this. In the end we paid because it was a group order and couldn't leave 2 people without.

Belter of a kebab shop. Owner is a decent guy, donner meat was tasty, really good portions. Shop is much busier than the other one. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. And to everyone complaining about the food being cold when delivered. Get up off your arse and get it yourself. Do you think the driver's have ovens in their cars to keep it warm?? Omg I normally eat at your takeaway but on the Monday 11th at 23.oo pm the burger and chips was really bad the burger was under cook and teast so bad and like it was out of date I should know because I am a chef and I will be going to the environment health over this it's out of order you need to check all your food before you send it out but normally your food is really good thanks for making me be sick

Ordered a takeaway, when it turned up late and freezing cold I called to say it was inedible and to ask for another they told me they were to busy too send me another one but will give me the value off my next order, so that night I ordered from the shop I normally go too, feeling like a takeaway tonight and knowing I have £15 waiting I call today to place my order then got told there was no discount so I explained my story to the person on the phone which then said “ oh yes we can give you a £2 discount “after a 5min argument and only getting a little bit more knocked off the lad told me because I didn’t take it back I must of eaten it (my dog wouldn’t even eat it) he then followed on to tell me I was band an never to order from there again the customer service is shocking and the food is not much better completely avoid it needs shutting down if that is all they can produce
