I am writing a review on behalf of someone else. I ordered for a delivery at 1935 and it did not show up until 2200hrs. After calling the shop twice, the 2nd time they assured us it would be delivered within 30 mins and it took just under 50 mins. On arrival the food was cold and unsatisfactory, I am extremely disappointed with both the food and the service as the lady that answered the phone put me on hold for 5 minutes whilst she spoke to the other staff and customers. I am unsure if this was a staffing issue or an overall issue with the business. Now we are unsure of our return for further orders. I have added below pictures of the temperature of the food when it was delivered.

Food up cold, 23 to 27 degrees dependant on which was probed. When contact was made we were met with an hostile approach and then told we were banned from bedale deliveries as had upset them

Love the food been a regular customer for a couple of years , I nearly always order roughly the same , if coleslaw is on menu I 100% order that as its best coleslaw , for some reason my order messed up somewhere in the Internet world , I phoned up then checked my email still don't know how it said what I ordered as wasn't what I clicked , the man who answered the phone NEEDS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICES , his attitude was dam right disgusting , have lost me as a customer for foreseeable future

Called up to order the guy that took order was rude an very unprofessional i think he needs to do be trained how to deal with customers it takes them 7 attempts to answer a call i do feel sorry for the owner if they only knew what was going on i think the order taker needs to be sacked i wouldn’t recommend them if they deal with people like that on the phone I can’t imagine what they do in the kitchen also I would pay 10x more go elsewhere who actually can provide good customer service so avoid simply because the staff are not suitable for this level of customer care an experience who ever is the owner i will find out 110% will let them know that staff are shocking!!

Placed an order was told 1 hr. Almost 2 hrs later turns up warm.sorry it's the end will never order again..its been sinking the past few months. Half the menu you carnt order on line.

Ordered food for 7pm (Chicken Parmo and Chicken Kebab) with over 45mins notice. Never mentioned that they running late. Arrived at 7pm to find out that food its not even made yet! Waited for another 30mins. Unfortunately the food tasted horrible! Parmo was the worst ever i had, looked OK but taste was horrible and texture was like cardboard. Usually chicken kebab is excellent from there but this time it was well over cooked and it was just like rubber.

We had a pizza, chips, and a couple of rolls. The food was really good, but the service was quite slow. I think it took something like 30 min to get our food. Also, note that the place is take away only.

Pick up was supposed to be 30 mins...turned out to be 1 hr.

Ordered a small meal at 5:05, after numerous calls to say the driver was on their way it turned up at 8pm. By this time I could have walked to Bedale, shopped & cooked my own food. Appalling service with a less then caring attitude

Don't say you're open when you're not! Special journey at 10.30pm Monday eve to find it was a wasted journey cos you were shut!

Pizzas had clearly been sat for awhile before delivery ( crusty toppings, solid base ) chips and garlic bread in a similar state! And to top it off the margarita pizza ordered for my vegetarian son we recieved a pepperoni pizza (on which the pepperoni is hidden under the cheese which wasnt noticed till he had eaten some ! Disgusting! )A replacement was sent but no real apology! The replacement was of a better quality and showed us how bad the condition of the original recieved order was ! Never again total waste of money and time

Pizza was average, not bad but not exceptional. However the delivery was late by one hour and they didn't tell us neither gave any excuse. We called them 30 minutes past the delivery time to finally being told that the driver was just departing from the restaurant. No excuse, nothing, bad service.

They said we would get are order and then didnt give us the right food and tyen after that they said they wouldnt give is the food and then we had to pay an extra 3 pounds for the driver. So dont go here

Ordered our food and some didn't come and we had to ring them and they said they wouldn't come they finally got here and still had the wrong order again unfortunately I could not post a zero what a shame

Please do yourself a favour go to regancy instead it's just across the road . Shocking service and the food is totally under par. Sadly i could not give it zero stars ah well I live you learn.

Bought a chicken wrap and waited. Took a long time. Not satisfied at all. Got the wrap, it was so wrapped by the paper and taped, oh god. I was starving and you know how it feels like to unwrap the taped wrapper. Wrap itself was so small.... but expensive. It would rather go macdonald next time.

Had a few delivers not up to standards , not getting incorrect food and also expecting us to collect food they forgot to deliver

OK food and inexpensive however took them 30 mins to make a wrap and so hardly fast food!

Ordered food,half hour later went for food,girl on till confirmed food order on collection, got home totally wrong order!!rang up explained order,staff not interested in sorting problem out,went into takeaway to sort out,and then was subjected to loads of abuse and obscenitys,called a c..t and was told "I'll smash your face in".

I'm not one to give a poor review usually, but the food I had last night has made me ill. I had a kebab and a pizza, but I only ate half of the kebab before I threw it all in the bin.

Total disappointment. Ordered large Parmesan with chips and salad. What I got was a disgrace. Uncooked chicken with more batter then chicken, only few strings of iceberg and about 10 chips. Even my dog would not eat it. Avoid if you can!!!!!!

Portions can be a little on the light side but the food is definitely worth it.

After reopening after a fire, the food and delivery are as good as ever.Best pizza can't wait for next order.
