Brilliant cafe food and staff again now that the original owner Jo is back. Just to let you know their new opening hours are Monday & Tuesday - Closed Wednesday - Saturday - 8am - 2pm Sunday - 11.30am - 4pm The Sunday Roast is to die for it’s a Traditional Quality Home Cooked Lunch

I have been coming here from Jan 2019 to present. The food has changed over that time in terms of quality. Since the original owner has taken over the quality has gone back up. The staff here (and the owner) are truly amazing and welcoming people. I cannot stress that enough or tell enough stories about how they wonderful they have been to me and other customers. (From my first time walking by when I moved nearby, to my first meal, to them knowing all my regular orders based on when I show up, to just how warm and friendly everyone is). If you use to come here during the period Jo was not running this place and stopped coming in, I strongly recommend returning as the food quality is superb again. If you have never been, and like a good breakfast, I cannot recommend it enough.

Fantastic café. Friendly staff, clean modern interior. The vegetarian breakfast is the best in the area by a long way.

The breakfast was fantastic, I usually have a meat version but chose the veggies one today. I was not disappointed. Eggs perfect x

We came for breakfast which was fabulous. The vegetarian breakfast was lovely and huge portions. I would definitely come again. Staff were both polite and friendly.

Introduced my dad to MyJo’s for the first time the other day, we both ordered two bacon and cheese oatcakes and they were very good as always. The portion sizes are always generous and great value for money. Can’t recommend more highly for some filling hearty food for great value!

Came in here with some friends for lunch the other day. Lovely food and brilliant service. Will definately be returning!

After ordering 4 breakfasts this morn 1 diddnt turn up and on the others bacon was still squealing toast was pale and altogether a disappointment will never go back my 11 year old could do better .

Pre-ordered a Hot Beef, onion and mushroom sub and Home-made chips for my son and it was delicious. Cheese cakes are to die for, but they sell fast so you have to get in there quickly before they're gone and the portions are a good size for the prices, if you wanna fill your bellies. I have eaten from here before and was impressed the first time, today I decided to have two meats and was not disappointed. Wow, I am so happy as not only was it tasty it was cooked to perfection. My veg's was fresh tasting and cooked but not over cooked thankfully, shame to say I had to save the other half until tomorrow! It was more than value for money and I would recommend it to anyone.... The staff are so helpful and caring, thank you for keeping us all going it is very much appreciated as your food is divine..

I don’t leave bad reviews lightly as I understand the impact they have on small businesses especially during a pandemic. However I have ordered again today from my joes thinking my last experience was a one off! Today it took over 2 and half hours for my food to arrive and had the food been decent I would of waved the wait time because myself and my family were absolutely starving, yet the food came freezing cold, mushrooms and black pudding undercooked and my daughter couldn’t even eat her burger and chips as not only was it cold but it was soggy! The manager seriously needs to consider how many orders they can actually cater for before accepting them. The storage of food during transport also needs to be addressed as clearly the food was not kept warm between the cafe and the commute! I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service both on my previous order and today’s. I shall not be returning again!

everytime i order food to be delivered it never comes right... very disapointing!!!!! and very annoying!!! yes they willhelp if needed but when your only ordering 1 item how hard is it to get it wrong!!!

Had multiple delivery’s/pickups from this place and all decent apart from the Sunday dinners that I am not a fan of. You get one roast which is like the size of a golf ball and is not nice. No social distancing guidelines in place. Always getting charged wrong or different from previous visits. Looks dirty and Each time I’ve been down the manager has been drinking. Not a good look on the place.

We ordered take away breakfast via Uber eats. Food is reasonably priced and really tasty- order came with a thank you note and gift which is appreciated so much! We will definitely be reordering for future morning after the night before hangover cures!

Great little cafe and take away. Food is always hot and tastes great. The bbq chicken melt on a stick is amazing and massive for the price. There can be a little wait sometimes as they do get very busy. But it's totally worth the wait.

Had breakfast there. And took a Sunday dinner home for later. It was huge!! And tasted soo soo good!! The dinner was £5.50. Really decent price. Will be back to get some for my family. Lovely service. And they’re keeping within the covid rules too. Thank u!

Waited for over 2 hours for delivery of my food after they told me it would be half an hour.. made to wait for nearly an hour in the shop after they kept telling me it won't be long... rude staff stay away

Excellent customer service, the waitresses are amazing and brilliant with what they do. The food is gorgeous and love the options. Will definitely be coming back!

First time visited after partner and friend went for breakfast so myself and mate decided give a go, had two big breakfasts and sign said now doing homemade proper chips so had to have a bowl haha really nice will defo be back soon

I always call in for a breakfast when I’m in the Stoke on Trent area because the food is excellent and the staff so friendly.

Whenever I visit the family in Stoke I always visit here for a breakfast. The quality and quantity of food is amazing, and at a great price too. It isn't a large cafe but has a continual stream of visitors not only to dine in but for takeaway breakfasts too.As well as serving the normal full breakfast choices etc they also do a lean breakfast for slimmers and weight watchers. It definitely is a must for the area.

I have tried almost everything on the menu and this place is amazing! Not youre average greasy spoon cafe at all. The food is way above average and the prices are very reasonable!!!! Lovely staff, excellent customer service. Been working near the cafe in stoke and ive been there every day. They absolutley love me, which isnt surprising, im a god. Thats another subject. Food is good and well priced. Always stay our day here when the boys are out for the day. Bacon's and cheese oatcakes go down beautifully. Don't try the large breakfast unless you are seriously hungry... Doubt I could finish it, but is looks amazing.

A lovely clean cafe with friendly staff and great food. The breakfasts are great with a large menu that makes it difficult to choose what to eat. The special of cheese pie chips and bean is fabulous.

we always ring and pre book our dinner and it is always ready when we arrive. The food and menu is lovely lots of variety and is very tasty. you can tell its all homemade. would recomend this place to anyone. we are always full and very satisfied when we have been Mijos.

We've been going here for some time now and have always been warmly welcomed and looked after. Food is freshly prepared, tasty and good value and the staff are all good fun.

Llegó a Stoke para dejar mi cámara en el centro de Canon para un servicio. Le pregunté a la asistente donde podía encontrar un poco agradable de desayuno, y él respondió "al lado".

Fuimos a casa de mi madre que vive en la carretera de Londres, y nos apetecía algo de tortas para un desayuno tardío. Entramos a la tienda a lo largo de Londres habituales oatcake carretera pero estaba cerrado. En el camino de vuelta íbamos pasado mijos cuando nos dimos cuenta que no tortas para llevar, así que fuimos y ordenados. Un servicio encantador, personal amable y fantástico tortas. Realmente salvó el día ya que realmente me apetecía tortas. Que hacen muchas otras cosas también así se prueba otra cosa. Puede sentarse allí también.

The food is good quality, the prices aren't high like most places in Stoke. Also is open on Sundays until 2 o'clock ! :)

I use this for lunchtime takeout. The filled salad sticks (baguettes) are excellent especially the chicken. The salad is extremely crisp and fresh and they are made to order while you wait.

Estado aquí muchas veces por la comida, siempre excelente comida y gran servicio en estilo moderno y muy limpio, también tienda en una buena ubicación de Stoke y un aparcamiento al otro lado de la carretera, así que no hay problemas de aparcamiento.

Only place I've ever found that cooks your bacon how you ask for it!!!!Love it! If you're in the area call in for some proper grub!!!!

we visited this little cafe a few times and its always been top quility and the staff are brilliant...the breakfast is the best we have ever had in a cafe and the prices are very reasonable...i would highly recommend this place and the lovley staff that make you feel very welcome.

This is the first time that we have been to Mijo's and we will be going again very soon. It's only down the road from us and whenever we walk past its always full so thats a really good sign that it offers great food and value. The food is good home cooked food and the and is reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly. Check this place out next time you go past.

Mijo's is fab, I take my family regularly. The place is clean, staff always friendly and the food is always lovely and the best of it is so reasonably priced.

This is a good value cafe which appears clean and tidy and has pleasant staff.It also has wifi but does not have toilets

Top class food at reasonable prices brilliant staff and always a warm welcome I go to Mijos regular and always enjoy and never disappointed. Well worth a visit for a good choice of food and good selection of hot and cold drinks including frappé and smoothies.Sit in nice clean and fresh surroundings eating fresh quality food you will not be disappointed and I am sure you will visit more than once.Would definitely recommend breakfast a great start to your day. A great place for breakfast! We paid £10 for 3 breakfasts, two coffees and one tea and a Fanta. The hot drinks are free refills as well. The service was excellent, allowing us to swap certain items for something else which we preferred and asking us exactly how we wanted our eggs and bacon cooking; they cooked them perfectly! You can tell it's a popular choice with the local residents! A definite must visit when in the area.
