£19 for x2 chicken wraps with chips and garlic sauce, well I don't know where the garlic was just mayo, very over priced, food disgusting, I gave one star not even worth that definitely won't be going back

Miami pizza or "Giorgio" who they flaunt themselves as on Uber eats. States they offer "Fresh Italian Pizza". But this was nothing of the sort. My girlfriend literally cried because of how badly this pizza went as what should have been a birthday treat.

Delivery came over a hour late, no apology, didn’t bother ringing to let us know. Food was ok, but not worth the wait. Won’t be using again.

Poor Kebabs , lamb tasted old and both chicken and lamb were undercooked.

Apart from signature pizza, I strongly recommend double gourme burger, a hidden gem in New Castle.

Unorganised mess of a place. It changed hands not so long ago and since then the prices have gone up but the quality of food has gone down. Nobody speaks good English and they don't understand the geordie accent. You can't get a straight answer when enquiring. I was told 3 different times by 3 different people for my food and they were all wrong. It took longer...lol.. Joke of a place. There's much better in the area. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Look, I called up and made the order for a cheese garlic bread it was ready for when I walked in and was basic but done the job for what I asked for.

It is hard to understand with customer service price wise little bit higher not fair the food quality is a little bit bad the pizza was too sour finally I wasn't happy with my food

Pizza was cold and chips had been fried st least 3 times. Really disappointing as normally good from here.

Had pizza going home after last bus

Ordered chicken Kiev 14 inch pizza and chicken kebab , garlic and chilli sauce, collected and got home to a chicken and sweetcorn pizza no garlic and a normal kebab, will never order from them again as it was disgusting, went straight n the bin

we ordered a chicken kebab, chips and garlic bread with cheese for the 3rd time now. cooked spot on, tasted lovely. and the garlic sauce is just the best. good value for money.

I go here weekly on route to rehearsals, and I highly recommend it. The pizzas are one of the best I've had and I'd dare say better than your big names like dominos. Always cooked to perfection and never cold. Don't usually wait more than 10 minutes for an order and it's always hot throughout.

Called in late after match but staff were Very polite and happy for us to order.. Kebab is massive glad we bought to share 😮🤣

Ordered meal deal 1 with 1 extra sauce and 1 can of coke and was he did say £33 at first and when I questioned this he says £22 food came and the delivery driver asked for £33 £10 for 1 extra garlic and 1 can of coke and delivery £10?!????!???? Disgusting I have used this take away for a lot of years and will not be going back I am highly disappointed

Waited over an hour for our order, phoned twice with a 20 minute interval and was told both times it had left the shop (9 min travel time) Was told they prioritise 2 other post codes and when I mentioned it doesn't state that anywhere the person on the phone said "it is what it is". Horrendous customer service, however the Pizza was delicious.

It has a rich and delicious menu. Try it, you won't be able to give up.

Ordered from here last night and it was terrible, ordered cheesey chips with my meal and they were solid like a house brick on arrival, I called to explain this and the employee said "well there's nothing we can do" I explained they were not edible he said "ahh well". I then told him this would be reflected in my review to which he replied "good for you". Customer service is almost as bad as their food.

I order a XL chicken kebab and they sent me a chicken tikka kebab and they said sorry they can’t help me ! Made me pay for yet another order and delivery ! Considering I eat Her a lot and my Oder is over 30 pounds every time !

They only sent half the order then we rang had to wait a further 30 mins for the other half no apologies given spoilt our meal as we couldn't all eat together as a family

The most delicious pizza I've ever eaten. Lots of ingredients and delicious. We have to go all the way to Italy to eat better than these. My favorite is with the sucuk (sausage) one.

Stopped in after an event at a brewery nearby and was absolutely starving, decent prices and pretty nice food. The garlic bread was lovely and so flavourful don't really understand all the negative reviews, ordered in store and staff were very friendly. Chips weren't the best but for a pizza shop they definitely were nothing to complain for. A few times I've ordered delivery and there is usually the minor mistake or something missing but nothing worth sending back. Happy to go again.

Paid for extra chilli on the pizza however it came with no chilli at all on.

Vile place to order from!! Yesterdays garlic bread, soggy chips, kebab wrap must have been wrapped by a 4 year old. Chicken nuggets and chips were under cooked, everything was cold. 30mins late and I live less than 5mins away. If I could give zero stars I would. And the copy pasted response to a poorly provided service, put the icing on the cake that Miami pizza doesn't give **** about customer service.

Not sure what's changed apart prices for food and delivery but £24 for X2 chicken kebabs and for the 2nd time running missing the pitta breads . Used to be a great place but has fell away disappointingly.

Just got a 12 inch all meat pizza and have to say was up there with the worst pizza I have ever had it was tasteless and the meat has to be the cheapest meat around was un edible also bone dry and dough rubbish. Chips were OK and chilli sauce OK also will not be returning and wouldn't even if it was for free don't know how thus place still open.

Do not get a shish wrap £7.30 for a wrap full of fat not meat. Disgusting

No more order from here ! Every time takes more than 1 hour for delivery and wrong order everytime and absolutely disgusting burned chicken and old and smelled so bad and instead of chicken fillets was black burned chickens back and leg 🤦‍♀️

One visit only for me after a job at Anarchy Brewery over the road. Ordered a decent sized tray of the old key-bab meat action plus salad in a separate side box. It went down well. Nothing earth shattering but it is a standard order really. Handy for the local Walkergate crew of course, and those spilling out of the brewery and nearby Railway booza requiring some munch.

I expect a Margherita pizza to have cheese, basil and fresh tomatoes. but the one I got was just a plain cheese pizza which was a way below my expectations. it was good, and I understand it might be the Margherita pizza is done in the UK, but it should be informed on the menu.the first picture is the one I got, the second picture is the one I expected.

I have just recognised a wonderful place to eat: Miami Pizza. It has a 5 hygiene rate, and it definitely deserves more as per my own observations. Besides, they use the best ingredients. All store staff and manager Mr. Nihat have been so kind and generous, and thank them so much. Hadn't used this place for a while but it was always decent value for money as they had good collection deals on, not anymore. The cheese on the pizza was very suspect and tasted plasticy with a weird consistency and the base was like a bread base. Looks to me like they're using the cheapest of ingredients and for that reason I won't be returning.

This place has had highs and lows but the low really is past rock bottom now!! The only thing I can compliment them on is delivery, almost £30 on food and it was cold, tasted bland and presentation was non existent, so so bad!! I won't be using this take away again and I would urge anyone to scroll past it and use anywhere but here.

Only just started using these recently. The first two weeks pizza was decent. Last nights was pretty poor. Garlic bread was dry and quite tasteless. The pizza tbh was like cheese on toast. Very little of the tomato base. Not much pepperoni or peppers but heavy on the cheese. Result was quite greasy and sickly. Guess I'm going to have to find another place to try

disgusting behaviour from the lad that makes the pizzas. He wiped all his sweat off from his head with a paper towel then used the same towel to wipe his hands, then started making pizzas and didn't wash his hands. YAK I couldn't be bothered with a argument so the pizza went in the bin

Great food and expert front of house(Shannon) make this Pizza shop well worth a visit. Can get quite busy but theyve always plenty of staff to cope. Lovely kebab meat here.

Love Miami Pizza. The happy hour deals are amazing for prices. Can basically get double the food. Best Garlic sauce from any takeaway as well. They need to keep with the same chicken nuggets though. Sometimes you get the mcdonalds style ones and sometimes you get the bigger thicker bits of chicken breast which are so much better.

Waited hour and ten mins for delivery. Specifically said 3 times no cheese. Garlic bread arrives (guess what) laced with cheese. Tried to call and got the typical pizza shop avoidance trick, no answer and then they take the phone off the hook. Stuck with nothing to eat whilst everyone else eats theirs. Finally got through 20 minutes later and my replacement arrived 45 minutes after. Hope they get your order right first time or your done for. Good luck.

Things have gone downhill, I was a few minutes late to the “happy hour” deal with after coming here for years won’t return the price of exactly the same pizza almost doubled in price. Shame Miami. Won’t use you again.
