Mi Casa Restaurant in Kingston upon Thames

Having been to the Carluccios in Richmond recently, the Bentall’s branch in Kingston felt like the poor cousin. The portion sizes of food were smaller and the staff serving were not attentive and kept trying to push add ins like a salad or bread. We were not enthralled and having been going there for years and years, it sadly is not how it used to be. The penne Giardinea, their signature dish, you have to find the courgette balls! Tiny and sparse. This used to be such an incredible dish.

Courteous service, pizza poorly cooked, Fettuccine Alfredo BAD, DISH, Caesar salad uninteresting. The prices are in relation to the neighborhood and that’s it!

Fantastic experience at Pizza Express Kingston! Dorota was super friendly and attentive, Simran the manager was lovely, and Selman cooked up an amazing meal. Great service, great food—highly recommend!

Amazing Mother’s Day dinner, food was great, staff extremely attentive and Ana made this occasion very special. Restaurant extremely comfortable with beautiful setting, good atmosphere, well managed.

waited for over 2 hours, called restaurant no answer. then order said delivered without any food arriving, very strange, very annoyed customer, will never use again, very disappointed.
