We visited on a Saturday early evening following a day in Maidstone and what a great find it was. The food and drink were superb and the servings were generous and well priced. A really nice atmosphere and an attentive service.

The best Mediterranean restaurant in Maidstone! Had the most delicious lunch!! The meat was absolutely amazing and so fresh and tender, the salad was so delicious and all of our food had so much flavour. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the staff were AMAZING, made us feel very welcome and were very attentive. I will definitely be back, everybody should eat here!

We had a lovely Christmas their was lovely food lovely atmosphere friendly staff all smiling and polite the sea food platter i had was absolutely brilliant the singer and the live music was very good and probably the best I've heard I recommend to everyone who sees this!!

Just on the train home after a delicious meal at Mexaha. I love Bulgarian food and they did not disappoint. Yum, yum, yum!

The food was much better than an average restaurant back in Bulgaria. Had a traditional bulgarian salad, chips with feta on top and the meat served on a hot plate (sach). Everything was amasing and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely go back again. Please restock more bulgarian beer :)

This restaurant is one of the best places which we recommend to anyone who wants to try Easton European food. The atmosphere is really nice and make you feel like your in Bulgaria. I am a regular customer. I have already tried everything on the menu! Highly recommend Starter platter(breaded cheese, mozzarella bites and chicken fingers), Seafood platter, Beef Ribeye Steak, Mixed grill, etc. Food is prepared with love and attention to details, very delicious. Food is so bad I felt sick after 30min leaving restaurant. Reply to owner: I was a other guy who wasn’t drunk and had non alcoholic drinks. I usually don’t make reviews but because you had so awful food and fake 4.5 star reviews I had to warn others 😊 If I’m unhappy customer why atmosphere is given 5 stars? Because only atmosphere is great there nothing else!

We decide to visit and have a meal for my husband’s birthday as we visited the area. We found ourself in a peace of land of Bulgaria. The food was real / for those who can make a difference :) / and scrumptious food. Admirations to the cook 🧑‍🍳 The portions were big enough to take some food home. The owner made all to be sure we were served on high standard. Highly recommend this restaurant . If you like delicious food with Mediterranean taste you will not be disappointed.

We had lunch with my colleague. The food was so delicious and the atmosphere was so Bulgarian. The prices are reasonable.

I did not like the place. In particular, the food and its presentation were not tasty. The meat was burnt, and the lavash was hard and it was not comfortable to eat it. I do not recommend it.

Milena the owner and our waitress were both very kind and welcoming. Food was good and top notch service. Highly recommend for both celebrations and a dine out.

We entered the restaurant not knowing what to expect and were immediately made to feel welcome. Throughout lunch the service was super friendly and down to earth ; the choice of eastern European and Greek food tasty and beautifully presented. The room has a good atmosphere, with objects and pictures of Eastern Europe celebrations. We will definitely return to try more items on the menu and enjoy the music and singing which -we have been told- happens in the evenings.

The managers, a man and a woman, are terrible, no culture and manners, they lie to the customers that everything is fresh, but it is not, my child ate chicken cream soup and in the evening he was all covered in pimples, we went to the emergency room and they told me that it was from the food and I guessed that it was exactly from this restaurant because he hadn't eaten anything else but this soup, I wouldn't repeat it, I don't want to poison my family and I don't recommend it 1000%

There was hair in my food And we had to wait too long for the order so we would not repeat this mistake to visit the place again

We were greeted by a kind and smiling waitress who escorted us and presented their menu. She recommended a board with meats for three or four people. We were pleasantly surprised. Our dish was out of this world- Big Mixed Grill. It was amazing. The restaurant inside is spotless clean and smells fresh. Highly recommended!

A hidden gem in Maidstone. We were presented with the art of food in a plate - they cook from fresh and the chef shows all his love and passion in every single plate. Lovely restaurant, romantic place, delicious food - all that including the friendly owner makes you enjoy every moment. Amazing food and service as always

Incredible Bulgarian food! My girlfriend and I came here for lunch the other day and the food was delicious, our server was great and gave us a run down of the specials which all seemed very authentic. We started with Tzatziki and flat bread which was amazing and we would definately recommend the cabbage rolls, the grilled pork special and Bulgarian beer! Everything here is really good value. The decor was very cool and reminded me of my holiday to Sofia. Next time we're in Maidstone we will be coming back here!

It's like being invited for a meal by your favourite sister. The food is a holiday for the mouth. Not the cheapest place in town but probably the most exciting as a food experience. It is a most wonderful welcome and a wonderfully enjoyable venue and menu.

Great restaurant especially if you like Greek cuisine. It is really spacious inside. It’s a lot of fun to visit not only for the seafood ,but for the great night out. After certain hour it becomes almost like a nightclub ,but with food :)) It's amazing!

If we could we would give more than 5 stars. The food was amazing as expected, arrived hot and quick. The food was well worth the price. The girl singing late at night sounded incredible. We would definitely travel an hour again to visit! Highly recommend!

If you want to feel East European spirit, culture and food this is the place. The food is so delicious and on reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and professional with excellent service. We drove 80 miles to have a lunch in the restaurant and we was so satisfied. Highly recommended 👌

We had a really poor experience at this restaurant. We ordered calamari and they came to us burnt and you couldn't even feel the calamari inside. We also ordered a Meeze platter that would usually come with bread but they said we need to order the bread separately and pay for it and the stuffed vine leaves tasted sour and I could even buy them at a shop for £1.50. We even ordered a strawberry mojito which didn't even taste like strawberry. The only good thing was the sizzling meat platter but they used to much oil

We went on a Saturday night and only 2 other tables were occupied so fab service. The food was amazing and there were empty plates all round. The music added to the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. Such a shame that this place isn't rammed on a Saturday night, it's definitely nothing they are doing because our night was so good and we were so full. Unfortunately this place is in a scary bit of Maidstone. Walking up 10 teens wearing masks walked up to us purposely very close and loads of people hanging around outside made me feel a little unsafe. If this was in the high st or in Rochester it would be rammed.

From where to start. This is one of the best restaurants in Maidstone. Staff are great lead by the lovely Milena. All of them are so friendly and kind. The food was very delicious with a nice presentation. The atmosphere is amazing - the decor is in an authentic Balkan style. We had a lovely fun night out, filled with lots of music, dancing and singing. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for the great services, as always! One of my most favourite restaurants in Maidstone! The menu offers loads of choice, with great options for couples and groups. Take note of the staff’s recommendations! I took the burek belly peppers and goat cheese with walnuts for starters, and then lamb shank main were sumptuous. The latter was taken to another level of taste satisfaction with the addition of grilled vegetables and village style potatoes with herbs. I didn’t miss the dessert, of course. I strongly recommend this place!
