AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! I wouldn’t waste my time to go after the experience I’ve just received the disrespect I received on the doors off a grown man sucking his teeth as he was shouting in my face for an ID before I could even put my hand into my bag, he was acting that erratic his co workers had told him to calm down on numberous occasions and to let me in as it was visible I was over the age of 18 I felt alarmed and distressed and didn’t even enter the building due to this would definitely not recomend STAY CLEAR this does not go out to all workers here as some off them were very understanding and apologetic.

Bouncer here was racist and rude. Bartender did not take any action when reported. Did not feel welcomed

The bouncer was racist towards my friend whilst checking our IDs. We reported this and nothing was done.

The place is lovely (not as nice as Hannah’s bar was though). I dropped points because the seating is INCREDIBLY uncomfortable, but the atmosphere is great. Change the seats and your onto a winner. I left with back pain though

We booked here to host a hen and from start to finish, we had a great experience. The venue is very pretty, and has that ‘instagrammable’ vibe our Hen loves with lots of greenery, exposed brick and a room of floor to ceiling windows. The manager was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they are SO flexible. Very clear on what could be offered, went above and beyond to help and effectively as long as we met our £3000 minimum spend to cover the cost of having exclusive access to both rooms upstairs they were happy! We asked for a cocktail masterclass which is not something they’ve done before but they were happy to give it a go and we had lots of fun! They worked with us to make sure we hit that as we wanted to be organised and ensure it was hit to avoid stress of what people would spend on the day and worked with us to make a token system and even provided us with the tokens! We had great people serving at the bar who got involved and made it a great experience. The food from the buffet was amazing! Such good quality and they provided so much!! A group of 35 very happy women and more importantly a very happy hen! Would definitely recommend the private hire for events.

**Do not book a private party at this event** It is difficult to get served at the bar so people have to go downstairs, to be told I can't get my deposit back because not enough money had been spent.

Lovely baby shower upstairs function room, only the bar is down two flights of stairs with no lights on !

Lovely atmosphere .friendly staff and much cheaper drinks than the Roscoe Head ( I complained about their awful discriminatory practice ) dog friendly . Live music . A cheerful experience

Very chill bar. You can have good conversations as the music is not deafening but alternatively the Karaoke nights on Thursdays are awesome.

All of the staff there were beyond nice but a big shout out to the bouncer tonight- neil. My girlfriend is diabetic and was having a low blood sugar so I asked him where the nearest shop was that I could get something for her and he pointed me in the right direction and made sure I had cash to get her something. Whilst I was gone he checked in with her to see if there was anything he could do to make sure she was ok. He checked in numerous times after that to make sure she was ok. Couldn’t ask for a more understanding person. He stated that usually you can’t eat outside food in there but because of the situation it was ok to make sure she was ok. Best service we’ve ever had and Neil was a true diamond, thank you so much. We will be back especially to say a big thank you to Neil.

Avoid Metrocola Liverpool they are a disgrace. Letting people down at short notice and ruining plans, the management clearly have no morals. Look forwards to them closing down because of the way they treat people.

Had my daughters 21st in the glass room which was so rustic had a beautiful evening food beautiful staff amazing couldn’t do enough x definitely recommend xx

Coming here mad my Liverpool night! the servers were amazing, noting Steph specifically, the music was good to the point i wanted to dance but not club heavy. it was perfect

When there are less that a dozen customers, you have no excuse not to be able to have cleaned the tables of food, spills.

We had a party for 100 people at Metrocola and the staff and venue were just perfect. Rosie in particular was so helpful in the preperations. Thank you :)

Used to love the place, good for the events. Came in on a quiet afternoon, staff were super rude, made you stupid in front of other customers when looking at their selection. The bartender on the lower floor (she had red-ish hair) was super rude, and made it seem as if it was an effort to serve customers (there was about 10 people in). Overall, decent pint, great decor, but obnoxious staff. Left disappointed.

Upstairs was ideal for the wedding party continuation!

Drinks good, food good. -1 for rancid men’s bathroom.

Disappointed. Arrived at 10:30pm on a Thursday and told it was closing so no bar available.

Nice place to drink but if you're watching the match the hanging plants everywhere tend to obstruct your view.

Nothing available on the menu except “pizza”. Also the worst pizza I’ve ever been so unfortunate to pay for. Tomato purée poured over partially cooked bread with a basil leaf. Spoiled our night.

Really nice atmosphere but for these prices you'd expect a much more ambient and less 'pub vibe'. long drinks are an utter disappointment. Had the worst aperol spritz here for £9 and a sad gin lemonade

Cozy spot next to the cathedral. Go upstairs for a great view of the people on the streets.

First time trying out this bar it was fantastic, we really enjoyed the buzz this place had to offer. They have a great selection of alcoholic beverages and cocktails. When we arrived we was welcomed by Friendly door staff that looked after us as we are both a little older than the customers in there. So Thank you Graham (door staff member) for looking after us last night it was so kind of you!

Don't order pizza from this place. More like a posh cheese toastie with tomato puree all over it. Sort it out, the Italians would be fuming

I loved this place specially on a sunny day, they have a nice cristal roof where you can get some sunlight, they have a very big selection of beers and IPA which I appreciated it. And also the have nails cocktails. It was a good experience ans the bartenders are nice.

Nice modern bar with a retractable roof that was fully opened on the afternoon of our visit. Only stopped in for a couple of drinks but will definitely return and spend more time. Our waitress continually checked up on us and was very attentive. Nice music playing and all in all a very relaxing atmosphere.

Formally known as Hannah's bar, this place has been refurbed and now resembles something of a 'homey greenhouse'. Greenery hangs from the glass ceiling and the seating areas are comfy and secluded in different areas around the room. The TVs are still there, making it a place you could very easily spend a whole afternoon!

Nice atmos, friendly staff. Only downer was the small lunchtime menu, essentially pizza and chicken wings. So that's what we had and fair play it was very good.
