Nice food and very clean under the new management , they are really good with prices , good customer service and polite as well

Kebab was cold they had no salad didn't offer any sauces it was the best kebab in area now I'm not sure I will go there again. Seems like under new management.

The worst kebabs I have ever tasted. Absolutely awful. Charged £44 for food that tasted like dog food. Did not order what we received. Avoid at all costs!

Went from being one of the best kebab shops around to easily the worst. Since being under new management ordering has become a nightmare, getting through to the store has become a nightmare. Once you place an order online without fail it's always cancelled and the store is no longer taking orders.

Changed hands not fresh anymore

Took nearly two hours to deliver, food was cold and straight in the bin.

Constantly cancelling orders on just eat and don’t answer the phone , don’t make sense missing out on money

on arrival food was hot and was very enjoyable

Not sure what's happened here, but it's either a new team or big overhaul of ingredients (understandable in this current economic climate), but sadly the quality of the food has dropped dramatically in last month. Big shame. Loved this place.

they changed over people are under new management they do skinny chips instead of big chips they are slow taking orders over the phone they mess up orders

Ordered food at 6.20pm waited an hour and a half, food was inedible it’s now 10 pm and still waiting for a replacement

Normally I would highly recommend, but sadly on this occasion it wasn't at it's best, the meat was very cold and chewy, a big disappointment I'm just hoping this is a one off as this is the first time we have been disappointed

We always get chicken shish and chips, can’t fault this place , the chicken is tender and chips crispy! Highly recommended

honestly I can't rate this place enough. food is always hot and fresh. we are regulars now . the deals are perfect for my family everyone is happy and I think it's a great price . I love the chips. good food and really nice people. 10/10

Very disappointed with the donner kebab I ordered a large and am positive I got a small and the pitta was burnt to a crisp , yet the shish was nice as per my wife but my donner was very small and disappointing

This must've been the leftover kebab meat from the day before, dry and horrible. To top of off I have stomach upset the following morning. Might be cheap but I'd rather spend more and have fresh. Such a shame as the first time I ordered from here it was decent.

The meet was too burnt we like it cooked but not cremated

the kofte wrap was burnt and tough and didn’t get eaten and basically just all salad and no meat, kebab doesn’t come with sauce or salad so it was dry and greasy and the chips where all soggy

2nd day ordering from this place, I'm a fussy individual but this has become my new favourite go to place, how they package my food is professional compared to other food shops which mix everything together also there chips delicious I can't fault this place hopefully they keep up the great work.

Pretty poor all round. Ordered large meat and chips and meat was very dry and looked like it had been sitting in box for a long time. The portion was suprisingly small, I'd hate to think how much meat you'd get if Ordered medium or small, and for £9.99 not good value at all. Very disappointed, will look elsewhere in future.

Unfortunately, the food items was strangely delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully, the neighbour was kind enough to inform me, including delivering the items themself. Shocking, to say the least! As such, I will certainly not be making any further purchases…for foreseeable future.

Chicken was really dry. I couldn’t eat it.

We did not receive the food yet and it is well out of the delivery window. I don’t understand how I can be asked about the quality of the food already. Restaurant telephone is constantly busy and no courtesy for any sorts of text updates or anything! Never again.

Wow! That was so bad, how do you mess up a kebab! Fox might be happy .... sharper teeth than me. After a night shift I now resort to cup a soup.

The food arrived nice and hot, pizzas are tasty. My Donnor meat was abit dry but salad was really fresh and crisp. I use this takeaway very often as food value for money and always delivered ontime and with a ☺️

Been a loyal customer to metro for many years, and was very happy. However last couple of months food gone rapidly downhill, poor quality meat and always cold.we never book delivery, we phone ahead , alas standards are too low. We've been very patient- even returned food to shop. Too much hassle now, and repeated cold food despite flagging it up. We will not be ordering food from metro again. Such a shame as we are local and like to support small businesses.

The chicken shish was honestly the best I have had, took an hour and 20 to come BUT was still within the time frame given on just eat It was just a long time to wait when hungry Apart from that tho, I will never go anywhere else :)

Not the first time the order has been massively delayed. Overall the food is ok but don’t order from them if you hungry and count on to eat something quick.

They only included onions as the salad Barely any meat and no instructions were passed to the driver

Absolutely outstanding! It's the first time I've ordered from here and cannot fault it at all. Got a mixed lamb and chicken shish kebab and and both the meats were succulent, soft and moist. The salad came in a separate tub and was fresh and crunchy. I also ordered the plain rice and what cooked to perfection. Fluffy, firm grains. Chilli sauce also came in separate tubs so the pitta wasn't soggy. Will be go to keebab restaurant from now on. Excellent work guys! 👌🏼
