Iwona was my waitress and she was absolutely perfect nothing but 10/10 service all night she was so nice and she actually cared about us , asking us about life in general which was heartwarming , we’d definitely come back for another meal

Great food and service. A little slow sometimes but nothing to complain about. Good location and lovely outside area to eat when the weather is good. Q Bar will always be my go-to place in Beckenham.

We always have an amazing time here, no Matter what day or time. The food is delicious whether it's the special or lunch menu. The normal menu is absolutely delicious also. The owner always makes us and all guests feel special and so grateful for yesterday's lovely anniversary present also. The cocktails are so moorish also and so delicious. All the staff are lovely and welcoming also. We love Qbar and so happy it's in our area.

Lovely atmosphere and great service but I just found that the food was quite disappointing. There was nothing necessarily wrong with it, it just lacked flavor and quality- the ingredients seemed quite cheap. The staff were lovely though.

The food was amazing and so was our waitress however our experience was unfortunately ruined by the hostess. When we first walked in we named our reservation and got rudely ignored before the woman decided to look us up and down and roll her eyes at us. This resulted in quite a slow service and many dirty looks from this woman, who seemed to treat others with respect, probably due to our age.

The food was out of this world!! Me and my friends absolutely loved it! But there was one issue…the staff. We had a lovely waitress, very polite however, as we walked through the door to sit at our table, we were greeted by a disrespectful woman. She was blonde with glasses and as we approached we smiled and my friend said “hi I have a reservation”. Considering we were approaching with kindness and respect, she had no reason to then ignore us and roll her eyes at us, which resulted in us having a slow service. We were given many dirty looks by this woman, and made us uncomfortable. This lady was not rude to others as she was polite when greeting them, whereas when we approached she ignored us due to our age. When we were paying the bill, that’s when she started to be nice and polite, knowing we were paying money. If we knew that we would be disrespected coming to a restaurant to eat, then we would’ve went somewhere else. Due to this, this is why our experience wasn’t 5 stars.

Place was lovely and we was seated very quickly. The staff was very nice and went above and beyond to help us with our needs! (silly me ordered the wrong thing) but the staff helped me get something else. Especially Mateos and Andrea were very helpful!!

Booked a table at 20:00 and I’m still standing here waiting at 20:45 because they’re “not ready for us” I’ve been here before and the foods good but waiting this long isn’t good enough.

We often choose this restaurant for it’s quite warm atmosphere and their taste meals !when we visited the staff tried to accommodate us in the best way they could as they were already nearly fully booked. Most of the things we ordered were nice except of the shrimp dish that tasted horrible and the food seemed to have a taste as if the shrimps were not good. We had to return the dish back and they didn’t charge us for it but I was very disappointed with what happened as you can easily get sick if you eat seafood that is either off (the way it tasted) or not well cooked !!plus they didn’t really care for the complaint I instantly made for that particular order. I felt as a customer they didn’t really give the proper attention to that matter because they ve been busy which is not really nice for a regular customer!

Superior breakfast. Never disappoints

I’ve been going here for years, I love the place tbh but this time around the experience wasn’t great! Environment is great, but the prawns tasted funny, like we’re off. Told to the waitress they took it away and removed it from the bill! Am only giving 3 so they are a bit more carful with products such prawns.

The environment is nice and the food is delicious.

I have been to to a few q bars in recent times. Wasn't to happy with this one. Granted it was very busy and understaffed. However we were asked to wait outside in the cold rather than in the restaurant before we were seated. food was fine and actually I have no real complaints there but my appetite was lesser after what I wouldn't call a welcoming first impression

THE BEST Restaurant in London! The food is exquisite, the cocktails the best I've tasted, but it's the staff and management that make this place stand out way above the rest. Such a warm welcome every time, with wonderful service, I just cannot rate them highly enough.

I am so pleased we have such a wonderful establishment near to West Wickham. You walk into the restaurant and you get greeted right away, with a friendly and very warm greeting. We then sat down to some very tasty starters before getting to our mains and finishing off with superb desserts. I really do highly recommend this restaurant and if you select Lamb Moussaka main and Chocolate fondant dessert, then you too will be have a wonderful and very unforgettable experience you won't forget.

This place is a hidden gem , the staff make your experience memorable especially the young lady waitress yasmin happy to help with anything always a smile on her face . Highly recommend the bottomless brunch !!!

Good food friendly staff reasonable price

The food was nice, it didn’t taste funny or off and it was a great atmosphere! However less than 5 minutes after leaving the restaurant I started vomiting. I vomited around 8 times that night. To be honest it was a traumatic experience. That’s why I’m giving the food 2 stars.

Went for my neices birthday. Best part is the drink green, starter soup & carrot cake. My main meal unfortunately didn't enjoy ;-(.

It is a nice restaurant and we enjoyed having dinner there the other night. Food was delicious, but service was a tiny bit slow. Nonetheless, we asked the waiter to bring main dish and he explained that they were apparently waiting for us to finish every starter before asking for the mains. We were a big group and they found us a nice space at the back which was really nice. Toilets were clean, but small. Only one cubicle for women. I would recommend the salmon because it was exquisite. My colleague said that the spicy fish pot was indeed spicy, although we were told it was “not really spicy”. Would recommend either for a date, group meal, special occasion or just random meal out. It fits every occasion as it is quite cute. They provided Christmas crackers which made the dinner a bit more special.

The meal and atmosphere was lovely... the customer service was good and the staff was extremely polite..the wait time was not long even though it was a bit crowded...the food came hot as well which was a bonus.

Everything great, provides a first date to family evening dinner vibe, smart casual or casual. Good food but the tiger prawns have dropped in flavour a little.

Went to Q Bar for my recent retirement party. Everything was brilliant, Food Top Nosh, Service was Excellent, The Owner and His Staff cannot do enough for you. The Bar was Buzzing. I have been on several occasions and never been disappointed. Will be returning soon.

Great place, we came here because our intended place for dinner was shut, and glad we were! This place was great, vegan GF had Mediterranean Casserole we both shared Vegan Mezze and I had Spicy Fish Pot, the food was really good, the service was great, would defo recommend coming here, it was busy which is always a good sign, others must agree.

Visited here for breakfast/ lunch. Really nice restaurant with a great vibe. I went for the OMG Q Pancakes, which was really good. Everything was cooked well. Really enjoyed the pancakes and the fruit is a really nice touch. They have a great lunchtime menu deal and They also have an outside area where you can sit and eat. The staff are nice and friendly, great service. Love coming here for breakfast.

Stopped in for brunch/lunch - plenty of tables, decor pretty and service prompt. Had a nice brunch and would be happy to return.

The food is quite nice and the outdoor seating area is also very pleasant. The two course lunch menu for £15 is very good value and has a nice selection. The only drawback is that the wait time to receive our food was very long. We waited 30 minutes for starters and then a further 15 for our mains.

I went here for the first time yesterday and it was fantastic. The atmosphere and aesthetic was great. Such a lovely venue. The staff were lovely, as was the food and the Moulin Rouge cocktail was deliciousness in a glass !! The lunch set menu was great value. I will definitely be back, very soon!

Had lunch today, burger with burger, bacon, and cheese. A tiny mouthful of cheese, the burger & bacon overcooked ie dry. One young waitress couldn’t even muster a smile. I wish I hadn’t paid the tip! I will not be returning.

Visited lunchtime with friends. I had the whitebait starter which was fabulous, followed by a burger with more chips than I could eat. We had a very comfortable lunch and thought the atmosphere and prices were just right.

Love this place my go to! Had the lovely lunch menu £14.95 from 12-4 It was so nice and such good value. Had to treat our selves to a amazing cocktail tried the madam coco soooooo good Really I’d recommend this to everyone

A very delightful experience, not only is the food made to be delicious and good quality, the portions given are deceptively filling. The atmosphere of the restaurant creates a memorable experience with quirky decorations and designs. No complaints for service.

The restaurant was highly recommended by a relative who lived locally and we were not disappointed. The staff, and particularly the manager (Ermidio), were delightful and professional. The delicious food arrived on nicely hot plates. Well worth a visit

Such a nice welcome and our waitress was sooo lovely! She really cared about what she was doing and looked after us beautifully. She organised a birthday slice of cake and candke for me which was a nice surprise. The range of food means there is something for everyone and it was tasty too!

This place is sooo nice I live in bournemouth and traveled to London so I could have their spinach and halloumi stew it was amazing. Worth a visit

Came here for a late lunch on Sunday as have been before and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Unfortunately today the service was quite poor considering we arrived on time for the booking. Waited over half an hour but appreciated the apology. Would have been nice to have been communicated what the delay was and that they had overbooked. When entering there were large groups of people (around two tables of 12) both very noisy and this had an impact on the noise levels. Unable to hear music and often having to speak louder. The staff were not attentive to taking our order, providing our drinks in a timely manner and checking all was okay. To only have one meal and to have been there for over 2 and a half hours (most of that was waiting) was disappointing. The food was okay, burger fell apart whilst trying to eat it so not put together very well. Sunday lunch meal was quite fatty so unable to finish it. We removed the service charge due to the waiting times and the staff not being attentive. The fact they were quick to remove it goes to show that they knew the service was not particularly great. Shame as have enjoyed being here on other days. Just felt too busy. Booked well in advance and there was no communication that there would have been an issue. Would have happily gone elsewhere. Tables were also close together, felt uncomfortable and closed in, not particularly spacious seating. Made a special request for seating, this was not honoured despite booking being accepted and no mention. Despite this, hoping it was a one off experience.

We regularly eat at QBK as they do great breakfasts, but this was the first Easter lunch we've had there. We're Greek, so Moussaka and lamb roast were the orders, which are always tough to get right, but we were impressed. The lamb was very tasty, my Mother loved her Moussaka, and we were all (four incl. wife & 4yr old) very happy. The vegetables could be better, particularly the roast potatoes, but the lamb made up for it. The location is great, the set-up inside is really good with comfy furniture and warm colours, the prices are good and the service is always pleasant. If you are stuck for a place to eat in Beckenham, I highly recommend QBK :)

This is my second time at this restaurant and I will definitely be back. The food is always really good even if you are to get something that isn't too your usual taste you'll still enjoy it. The cocktails are yet to let me down and the staff are always so lovely.

On 06.04.24 i took my mum out for dinner the food and cocktails were delicious and the service was on point. Our waitress Mona hope I spelt that right was kind, professional and helpful would highly recommend and return 😄

Decent food is massively let down by some of the most rude and miserable staff you'll ever encounter. There's been really miserable staff working here before, the type which leave you perplexed as to how and why they work in any front of house, customer-facing role. But the latest one, a middle aged woman with light hair, is an absolute travesty to service. Miserable and unfriendly from the moment we arrived, culminating with her TUTTING at and SNATCHING a menu from our 1 year old baby which her colleague had intentionally chosen to leave with her as it was made of laminated card and at no danger of being damaged. Vile person. Won't be returning.

Incredible food and cocktails, everything was delicious! Wait staff were polite and brought everything in a timely manner. My only note is that the decor is not to my taste and it looks a bit cheap/tacky particularly from the outside!

Great place Q Bar, the food is so tasty, fresh and well presented, staff are friendly and attentive, professional and they are looking after customers with proper manners. Desserts are very impressive 👌

There was a live slug in my food, advancing across my plate from the salad, feelers and everything. It was disgusting. It made me nauseous. It was swiftly taken away and an apology given but the damage was done. Won't be touching this place again with a barge pole. Ugh.

Average food, starters are very pricey! Service amateurish. Visiting on valentine's, and it looks like an open prison! People with sunglasses and tracksuits having dinner, obnoxious and loud, and keep looking around and over their shoulders to ensure other similar types notice them?? Terrible service, almost got told off by the waitress as "it was busy" and "we haven't sent for the mains" after waiting for 1h++ for two burgers...when they didn't clear our table from the starters for 45 minutes. It was busy yeah, but they also had a lot of stuff on shift. No sauce on the burgers at all, and came with the items on the side(whole slice of onion, pickle and tomato) for us to assemble. A whole slice of onion!!! Won't be coming back as criminally overpriced for the quantity of the food and service, and has been gathering a rather bad crowd. The maitre is kind and polite I must say

I visited Q Bar and Kitchen in Beckham on Wednesday, January 31st, hoping for a family-friendly experience. Unfortunately, the service turned out to be quite appalling. A person named Matthew, who claimed to be the manager, approached my 1-year-old son, complaining about noise without addressing me directly. I reminded him it's a child-friendly place, and my son was only one years old but he dismissively replied, "So, This is not a playground." The situation escalated, involving other customers, revealing there was no actual complaint. The staff's unprofessional behaviour was unacceptable, and I won't be returning.

Honestly i cannot rate Qbar highly enough. Firstly I’d like to mention the man … the legend.. the string that holds this place together Emidio. This isn’t just because of his amazing hospitality but he is incredibly accomodating and makes you feel as if you’re right at home. No request is too much! A true asset not just to this restaurant but hospitality in general. The food, specifically the mixed grill, never fails to satisfise the taste buds and the quality remains consistently 5*, regardless of the time. The combiantion of food & hospitality (which i know i have mentioned already) is 60% of the reason why i come back here. 5* always and would recommend to anyone. Again, can’t thank Emidio enough. An ‘Asset’ isn’t enough to describe what he is.

Nice restaurant with GOOD food. Nice clean flavour and not over-seasoned. I usually go at lunch but this was my first dinner experience. Menu has one too many options and can seem overwhelming at first since I’m used to the lunch menu however I’ve been her a few times and peeped other peoples orders so was able to make a choice.

Lovely restaurant and food. What particularly impressed me was the flexibility. I requested rosemary potatoes instead of the rice that came with my meal. A lot of restaurants would have refused or charged extra but not the ‘Q bar’.

Really impressed. Great welcome, very welcoming of our toddler who was given colouring in stuff, menu was excellent especially for vegetarians. Highly recommend for local brunch etc.
