Visiting Keele uni and googled oatcakes to take back for my father in law who is from the area. Mellors Oatcakes came up with 5 star reviews and was close. Found the shop very easily and no problem with parking 🙂 The family were very nice and friendly, the oatcakes freshly cooked and looked awesome! Great price too ! Took home a dozen and a dozen fruit pikelets!

First time I’ve bought oatcakes from here. Easy to park , always a bonus. Lady serving was friendly and efficient Oatcakes were lovely , I bought a dozen , poped half a dozen in the freezer to use at a later date. Will definately be going back to buy more.

We are not from around Stoke but I've had oatcakes before and had to try find some! We stumbled across Mellors and we're not disappointed! Cheese oatcake for breakfast and a dozen oatcakes to take home - a lovely family run business too! The kids can't wait to try the fruit pikelet's too! Thank you xx

We use this oatcake shop for all the lads at work we have never had any complaints always friendly service and good hot fresh food highly recommended

It is a takeaway. I called to get 6 breakfasts for some guys working nearby. 2 had the proper breakfast in a box, which they enjoyed. The others had oatcake(s) with something. Everyone was happy with what they ate. A good morning’s work ensued.

First time trying a oatcakes an I can honestly say they were delicious from here definitely will be coming again 100% recommend

My husband and I have used this oatcake shop for a couple of years and can honestly say the food and the staff have always been exceptional. Not only is the food always cooked fresh and very tasty , it is served with the utmost polite and friendly manner, we highly recommend anyone who has never used this shop to try it , you won’t be disappointed, Thank You for a great service.

Always when travelling home to the Isle-of-Wight after visiting relatives we stop at Mellors Oatcakes for the best Oatcakes I have ever tasted. Friendly, helpful and polite staff. A multitude of fillings to eat. We always take at least 10 to 20 dozen back home and freeze them. Would recommend any Potter to pay this shop a visit guarantee it will not be your last.

Oatcakes perfect thickness and the taste is delicious.Lovely and hot and the filling was yummy too.The egg was perfect and i need to know how you cook your mushrooms😊

Oatcakes with a smile is always what you get here. The oatcakes are always fresh, I usually buy them to take away and cook at home but the filled oatcakes are delicious here too. The staff are very friendly and it’s a pleasure to shop here.

The guy that runs this place unbelievably rude. The oatcakes ate nice but l will never go again. He needs to go on a customer service course. He is just blatantly rude with everyone. He doesn't deserve any custom. I will never go again. I will also tell my friends never to go.

Previous North Staffs guy visits occasionally to top up the freezer with THE best oatcakes. Amazing staff, very kind and generous. Where else would you go ????
