Great food and service as always cannot fault this restaurant

Today was our first time visiting the restaurant ,on that account we didn’t know how things work out in there.By the end ,We really enjoyed the food and members of staff were very friendly and polite , except one ( Romanian guy tattooed on neck)👎🏻 .On the arrival he was the first member of staff whom we met so we asked him where can we take a sit and if there is any chance to have a table on the teracce - he approached us in a very rude way , he couldn’t even explain to us properly that there is a smoking (shisha) area outside so unfortunately we will need to find a table inside the restaurant because our baby was with us as well .Very displeased with “the greeting experience “, however it could be a 5/5⭐️ place to have lunch/dinner with friends/family .

There were some inconsiderate dinners during our visit, although not the fault of the restaurant, I feel they could have challenged them and perhaps asked them to live. These where loud, using profanity drunk wasteful etc

I was expecting great things for the reviews online of this restaurant but unfortunately my meal was very small and disappointing considering the price.

Loved the food 😋 salmon and seabass dishes ..the warm bread and dips were delicious. Very welcoming and family atmosphere..Thankyou so much for your kindness ..I shall definitely revisit with my family .

They have very tasty Turkish grills, so good for lunch or dinner.

Food is average, starters vere bland, could not eat it, returned, told the waiter was bad, they still charged me for it. Wasn't even salted. Extremely pricey... No napkins on the table, no salt, had to keep asking them to bring.. The worst was the atmosphere - extremely loud due to a large group of teens... I could not hear my husband opposite... Like is there a manager who could speak to them... It felt like gypsies wedding in there... People from kitchen in and out crossing from the main room in dirty uniforms... Disgusting place I will never visit again

All the food was delicious...best sigar burek i ever had. Mocktails a bit too sweet. Service was amazing. Staff are so friendly and attentive. Thank you to the beautiful turkish lady who spoiled us with yummy homemade goodness every time Turkey scored. Teşekkürler <3

I had an extremely disappointing experience. During my meal, I found a hair in my dish. Understandably, this was off-putting, and I brought it to the attention of the manager. Instead of apologising, the manager was incredibly condescending and insinuated that we must have dropped the hair ourselves. He accused us of finishing the food before noticing the hair, even though we had only taken a couple of bites. I refused to pay for the dish given the situation, but the manager threatened us, insisting on bringing the plates back to prove we had eaten the food. This behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Not only was there a lack of basic customer service, but he also failed to take responsibility for the issue.

I'm not a fan of Turkish food, but it was superb here. It's a bit noisy, as most places are these days, but the service was good and reasonable prices for the quality of the food.

What a fantastic place. We had a group dinner for 12 people and all the food came out at the same time and hot. The staff were very attentive and we all enjoyed our food very much. Yelda is the owner and also the head chef. She personally thanked us for our visit and we told her that the food was absolutely top drawer. I highly recommend this fabulous restaurant. Thanks again Yelda.🤗

We had a lovely family meal at this restaurant and they were very comforting with allergies we had on this table. I will also name Sophia she was very lovely and had good customer service.

I really like the food here, the bread is very delicious.The lamb chops and chicken wings were great too.My family and I enjoyed the food, the only regret is that there is no takeaway.

Don’t usually leave reviews but me and my husband visited Melis for the second time this evening, what an amazing restaurant. Had a lovely lady called Sophia serve us and she was brilliant, so friendly and accommodating. Food so fresh and delicious, great atmosphere. 5* for sure.

We ordered a platter to share. Everything was delicious. Especially the grilled meat was so juicy and mouth watering. The portion was really good. Enough for 2 hungry men. I liked the atmosphere and the Turkish music in the background. The food came in time and the service was good too. And the price is great too.

Great food, I recommend the Mix Shish. Lamb was so tender. The bread they give at the start was fresh and the dips were beautiful.

First visit here and loved it. Fantastic food (we ordered the 2 person sharer - so much meat we took half back with us!). Great service and the staff were v friendly. Highly recommended

Great service by the staff! The food was good but I couldn’t eat some of the meat they served and when asked to change to something I could eat they declined. The salad was amazing, they also served bread with Humus, Cacik ,Antep ezme Spinach tarater, Yougurt patlican salad and Patlican salad I couldn’t eat those not that they were bad but I am not used to Turkish food of that sort. I enjoyed the rice, lamb ribs, chicken and drinks. Glad to go back again!

Well, im sorry but didint find anything worth 4.4 stars, came to smoke some Sisha at about 16:10, got welcomed without any welcoming, got told that they are not open yet and they open only after 17:00🤔🤔🤔even though they advertise differently, thx for wasting my time guys 💪

We had a fabulous time and immaculate food, the hospitality was exceptional especially from Raj. He was very welcoming, he did an amazing job and would highly recommend this place. Would definitely come back again. All in all, the service was brilliant.

Had a lovely dinner here, the food platter were tasty. Love the salad and the dressing is just perfect! I have asked a slice of a birthday cake for my husband and they treated him for free,which was a nice gesture. Staff were 👍👍

Definitely have the Turkish tea and have the strter hot meze prawns. Bread and chilli and garlic sauce is delicious. Service is slow.

Been to many turkish restaurants over last 3 years, always order largest platter available, this one was probably one of the worst for 120£ bill. Very disappointing in terms of portions, no lamb chops, no traditional fat style rice but plain skinny pilau, no chicken donner or meat donner, god knows how they got 2.1k reviews 😢

The Turkish BBQ is eye-catching, with good service from staff, good quality food, and reasonable prices. I ordered grilled chicken, mutton and salmon to share. It also came with bread and Turkish special sauce. It was really delicious😋

Don't waste your time with this place! My recent delivery meal experience fell well short of expectations. Upon receiving my order, I discovered several missing items, which was disappointing. While the restaurant did send out what was missing, they arrived cold, diminishing the overall enjoyment of the meal. This oversight and subsequent delivery of cold replacements left me unsatisfied, especially having visited and ordered from here on a few occasions. Crazy how quickly standards can fall

I loved it very much. Presentation, taste, service, all excellent. If you want to explore this kind of food, I recommend the hot and cold sharing platters, both.

Very disappointing visit. Four of us visited without booking a table on a Saturday night. A table was very quickly made which we appreciated, and we sat down and decided what to drink and eat. When the waiter came to take our order we were then told that the licence had expired so they could not serve alcohol, and that a sainsburys was around the corner and we could get drinks from there and drink them in the restaurant. We accepted this, ordered food and two of us went in search of sainsburys. After a ten minute walk we found it, and by this time there were no cold beers or any cocktails to drink. So we took the long walk back to the restaurant without anything to drink. When we got back to the restaurant whilst waiting for food we had to order table water 5 times to actually receive a drink of something. By this point as it had been over 30 minutes waiting, we needed more water. Again we had to ask 3 times for another bottle of tap water. Food was good but the overall experience was very disappointing. The bill came with a service charge, which I do not believe for 4 people should have been automatically added, therefore we removed it, as it was not deserved. On first impression the place looked and smelt amazing, but we left extremely disappointed.

😟 Beware Nut allergy !!☹️ servers are not aware of nut allergy. Bread has sesame seeds ( no alternative) , and I am extremely allergic to humous.🫣 only found out when about to eat . Sadly no manager in sight and be prepared to take risks. Cocktails were very very alcohol light ! Be extremely cautious

Went there to celebrate a friends 18th and they were very welcoming and after an initial mistake with the food, they were quick to rectify this and gave us some of the food for free and organised a special birthday cake and baklava. Lovely servers and big shout out to Christian. Would recommend

Excellent Turkish restaurant, great service, really good lunch menu

Un lugar muy bonito y acogedor. Perfecto para ir en familia, yo fui con mi novia y a ella le encanto, a ella le gusta mucho todo lo que tenga que ver con Turquía, es bueno si tu eres fan de la comida mediterránea.

Probably the best lamb kebap I have had in the UK, the meat just melted in the mouth. One tip, we had a pide to start to share between two, unless you are very hungry, DON'T. They are excellent, but a full meal in themselves. WE are used to the pide served in Turkey which is a mini boat shaped pizza size, not 18" long. Try the Turkish wine (Yakut) , reasonable price and as good as the European or antipodean options.

Nous avons fêté l'anniversaire de mon marie à Petit Corne Biche (Arbonne-la-Forêt). C'était vraiment excellent. Accueil très chaleureux, les vins et les repas délicieux. La salle avec la cheminée est très jolie. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir dans ce restaurant.

Sur ce site il y a des avis sur les restaurants d Argentan. Cependant personne n évoque un charmant petit restau / bar qui ne paye pas de mine : QUOI DE N OEUF. Cest dans l angle de 2 rues, c est petit, le décor est un peu années 50 mais rien à voir avec une ambiance bobo. Accueil extrêmement sympathique du monsieur. La dame est en cuisine. Il y a une formule, un plat du jour et plein de plats tournant autour de l oeuf. C est simple, copieux, très bon. Prix plus,que raisonnables.

Visited here for the first time last night for a birthday meal. We ordered a mixture of hot and cold mezes for starters and a sharing platter for mains. The food was amazing . We were served by Angela she was fantastic!! She made sure we were looked after and helped make it a lovely dinner.Absolutely amazing service! Will definitely be returning

We were shown to our table and then sat, waiting, with no menus for around 20 minutes. Once we had menus we waited for another 20 minutes before anyone came to take an order, at which point we ordered our first drinks. That set the mood for the whole evening. Waiting! Drinks ordered weren’t supplied. Staff didn’t seem to spot us waving. Having asked for the bill 3 times we thought we’d try to kick things into action by putting on our coats and walking to the door. The staff who had been serving us then waved and said goodnight and we could have simply walked out without paying but decided to do the right thing and point out we hadn’t yet even seen a bill. We then had difficulties with what was included on our bill - not a good end but also not a great surprise! The food itself was very nice. Tasty and well prepared. The staff, when they did interact with us, were friendly and seemed keen. We just felt let down overall by the service. We won’t be going back any time soon, unfortunately

En el restaurante del golf club Aloha de Marbella se estaba haciendo un torneo de la federación de golf, mi esposo y yo nos sentamos a tomar algo en el restaurante mientras nuestro hijo estaba en el torneo tomamos algo luego a la hora de comer pedimos la comida y un mesero mayor y grosero dijo que no le daría de comer a mi esposo porque no cumplía con las reglas de etiqueta del restaurante, y después que el restaurante estaba completo. nosotros no teníamos conocimiento de dichas etiquetas porque en ninguna parte del restaurante lo ponía escrito, vinieron a gritarnos delante de mis hijos tengo video grabado del maltrato del que mi familia hemos pasado por parte del dueño y trabajadores del restaurante, la policía vino al local porque se negaron a darnos la carta de reclamación, la policía se dio cuenta que no tenía las normas de su restaurante puesta en ninguna parte. Went to dinner here with my family. The food was good and plentiful. The portion sizes were good and the overall ambience was lovely. We were a little bit late getting there so the thoughtful little touches were gone in favour of closing time, but the food was tasty, the Sheesha was fragrant and the cost was affordable

A nice dinner with friends for a stay over. Third time visiting here and on this occasion the service wasn’t as great and there was also a bit of an argument between a customer and a staff member near us which could have been taken to one side. Food was great but cocktail was 6/10 as the alcohol tasted cheap.
