Mega Kebab & Pizza in Central Bedfordshire

Absolutely shocked how dirty the the driver. Was delivering my food and nearly crashing in to my car on the drive This place needs to be inspected by hygiene specialist

Lamb was like old boots and chicken was over cooked and looked like it had been swept from floor. Smelt awful. Chips ok and Mike shake ok

the kebab I got hot sauce wasn’t even sauce like chilli pips and crushed tomatoes Inch thick onions soggy chips and Donna meat was Pale and flavourless

It was like trying to eat carbord and very small. Never going back there again kids didn't like it and it was a lot off Monday for what it was. It would off been cheeper to go to a restaurant

Do not use this place. They are liars, I ordered on JustEat. An hour went by so I contacted the restaurant to see where my food was, they just laughed saying they where cancelling the order because they can’t find my address…. They didn’t try contacting me at all. Then they marked it as delivered and didn’t try to contact me at all. They are scammers who don’t care about customers the person I spoke to on the phone was absolutely disgusting.

Had 3 kebabs delivered, one had no garlic sauce, one had no salad, mine was a chicken donner soaking out the packaging in fat. It looked and tasted horrible so it went in the bin.

Ordered kebabs, burgers and chips for my family. The burgers were nice, chips were nice, very small portion though. Now the kebabs, literally just throw a whole tomato on there, might as well have. How on earth are you supposed to eat this monstrosity, huge chunks of tomato, with the stalk still there. Are we animals to the chef? Why not remove that bit of the tomato? Too much work? We asked for extra sauce, they arrived with no sauce atall. I asked where is the sauce, I was told I hadn’t stated which sauce, no where did it state which sauces they had to offer for me to choose from. Instead of phoning me, the “chef” just left it off. If I’m paying for something, I want exactly what I ordered. I phoned to complain, however they believe that I was insulting them and that it’s Uber eats fault. Will never use this place again. Bad customer services and cook that obviously thinks it’s feeding time at the zoo, no appreciation that customers are spending their hard earned cash with them.

The food was so salty and cold when arrived all of our meals was comming with salad unfortunately we did recived bunch of onions with literally slice of tomato and cucumber it was so funny to see this after opening the box ... the worst experience ever ! dont eat there my son didn't fell well after his tortilla ... very rude and lying stuff !!! (I spoke with them on the phone to tell them about my experience they hang out the phone then they blocked my number . I called again from different number they played stiupid blaiming connection ... horible place horrible customer service DONT EAT THERE !!! Hope You Guys take some lessons from mine and other Guests comments cos something is definitely wrong in Your place and it's not a customers !

Ordered food, was accepted delivery 1705. At 1710 Recieved message to say order cancelled, No explnation as to why. Rang resturant continually ignored phone. Shame really because the first order with them ws really good and they were gonna be my family goto pizza place....not anymore. With as much competition as there is in Stevenage for Pizza you would have thought trying to keep customers a priority. Apparently not.

Wow just got a takeaway from this place and it is SUPERB. Great quality, really fast service and totally great value. Highly recommended

Ordered for our family, my daughter is pregnant so we made sure we ordered enough and only half of it arrived. We called to say what was missing and was promised that it would be there in 20 minutes, it didn't turn up! After 45 minutes we called back and someone who didn't understand told us to call and talk to the manager. He wouldn't sort out the issue or give us any money back even though half our order wasn't there. What a theif! If you want to pay for food your not going to get order away but deffinatly would not recommend at all as food was cold and stole our money for food we didn't get!

Best rat meat available to man tasty rats served at there best with the finest rat droppings as a crunchy topping

Appalling gave us a time to be delivered and was still open when we ordered not even a Call to say we will not be receiving the food. Never again. Utter rubbish

Great Prices! Great Taste! Great Sauces! Quick Service! This is based on a collection order, however, from that, it was very good, unsure how they are with delivery, however.

The was fine but there forgotten some off my food and the food come hot and if u say u not what any think on ur food they will take it off

We stopped by here last night after a quick shop in the near by supermarket and didn't eat to cook, we chose the family meal deal which for a family of 4 is more than enough, I have read some other reviews on here and can honestly say that our food was perfectly cooked and was more than enough to go around the whole family with some left over, the staff were all really very friendly and assisted us through our order as we were not sure of what to purchase, the gentleman behind the counter advised us to go for the family meal deal as there was something for everyone in it and it was great, we will definitely use these guys again for a cheeky takeaway, they also have a few tables in their shop which is a great idea as at least you can have a little sit down meal if your out and about, we took advantage of the tables and had a few tasty bits of their baklava ................ a little appetiser some may say anyway thanks to all the guys at mega kebab we will see you soon.

Have used Mega a few times. It's your typical average kebab shop. Nothing special about it. Prices are a little above average though.

On my way home from work I decided to have something to eat. As I approached I saw a member of staff outside smoking a cigarette and looking at his phone. Nothing wrong with that. As I came in I stood at the counter and another staff member said to me to hold on and then shouted to the staff member outside to come in.
