The salmon was quite good but the lobster ravioli was bland. Enjoyed the tiramisu.

1st time. Fantastic food and service will be back next time in glasgow

Pretty okay pizza and good service

We had a good time here for our date night. The food is okay & nothing extraordinary. The service was too slow & we had to wait a really long time for our order. This restaurant is located in the centre of the city & is a quick walk from GOMA. I also would like to mention that the portions are different when u dine in & take away(smaller portion).

My mate and I came here for dinner on a friday night before going to see Greg Davies. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our food came very quickly and our whole dining experience was over in a little over 30 minutes. We had the double pepperoni pizza and the lasanga. The pizza was ok but my lasagna was poor. It had very little meat in and was mainly tomato sauce with pasta. Alot of the pasta had burnt to the bottom of the dish and was quite small. It could have done with a salad or some garlic bread. The above and two vodkas with mixer was 46 quid, including automatic tip. Wouldnt go there again personally as have had better italians.

Had a few drinks; good drinks, ambiance is okay. Have yet to try the food, but for a cocktail lounge is okay.

First time and it won't be the last

Absolute shambles! I had came in previous day for lunch and was ok so decided to bring my son following day and honestly what a difference! Unwelcoming waiters, there were only 4 tables taken when we arrived then a large group of workers came in sat at the long table beside us which made us uncomfortable, but the staff basically tended to them than the other tables who I noticed like myself were trying to get the attention of the waiters with no joy, my son had a pizza which was risen outside and thin in middle the cheese etc was just sliding off the dough! Said pepperoni when was clearly chorizo, I had chicken burger which the brioche bun wasn't halved properly so bottom was just hanging off, ordered another drink and a dessert which took 20/25 mins for them to even bring just the drink! at this point I was fed up, so asked for bill, it is a beautiful building and surrounding but the food standards are horrendous and one of the staff members had a bad odour to him also so we will not be back stay away!

Great restaurant in the center of Glasgow! Despite the great location, you could also get seats spontaneously because the restaurant is very large. The service was really super friendly, attentive and quick. The food would deserve more than 5 stars, well prepared and super tasty. Cool concept that you could choose 1, 2 or 3 dishes from a large selection at fixed prices. :) There is definitely something for everyone and the prices are very fair. Definitely recommended!!

Had a voucher so came for a Saturday night dinner. The decor looked a little like a hotel lobby and it didn’t have a cosy ambiance. Food was dissapointing and overpriced. I had the Ragu and it was tasteless. It was basically just plain mince at the bottom of the bowl with pasta. My partner had the Nduja and Italian sausage pasta which was much nicer. The burrata starter was also disappointing. Very nice burrata but it came with the smallest sliver of bread you have ever seen. Certainly not enough to enjoy the burrata with. Service was polite but nobody asked how our food was. Will not be returning.

Second time dinner here with my wife and newborn. Staff extremely accommodating and helpful throughout. Food is delicious. Great atmosphere.

We used to come here regularly - the food, atmosphere and the service being brilliant. However, having visited very recently we were quite disappointed. The gentleman on reception is very unpleasant & not welcoming at all and is visibility rude to the staff on the floor. We were here a few months back and had a similar experience but decided to give it another go. The food is just ok. We had the mozzarella sticks and haggis bon bons to start followed by carbonara & chicken burger. The carbonara was a bit tasteless. The chicken burger looked as though it has been thrown together. The chips didn't seem home cooked. Nobody came to ask how our food was. Really disappointed as we've had some great meals here in the past. Won't be back.

Lovely atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Food was delicious and very generous portions. Went here using a groupon voucher for 2 and found this to be amazing value for money and will definitely be back again Definitely worth visiting

Staff were able to fit us in for a dinner tonight. The restaurant looked lovely decorated for Valentines day. The staff were very attentive and we were served our drinks and food quickly. Food was lovely. Thank you to our server Daisy for looking after us. We have visited many times and never been disappointed. Food and drink is reasonably priced too. I always enjoy the music being played which is a bonus.

Giusseppe and the team has helped me and my now wife have a fantastic reception dinner! They spared no effort trying to make our day special! They organised a dedicated space for only us and our guests. They worked hard to set our table the way we requested it and they were extremely available for any last minute questions we had. Could not have asked for a better place and we would definitely recommend this spot for big dinners/wedding receptions! Thank you!

Food and atmosphere was good, but the service was quite horrid. They were straight on judgemental. When I mentioned how I wanted 3 pizzas in a group of 4 they said "only 3" which is ridiculous. On top when I said I mentioned how i would order the drinks later they answered with "sir, you order the drinks first then the food"

Very kid friendly with great menu options and decent wine menu aswell. Definitely recommend if you're looking for somewhere in Glasgow city centre

Really enjoyed here as part of my works Christmas dinner. As we have pre ordered the food came out quickly, hot and well presented. The Christmas dinner was lovely! Staff were attentive to drinks despite it being so busy. After we went to the Med Lounge for more drinks and the staff were also super friendly with great table service.

We went here for our office Christmas lunch - for the third year. We pre-ordered our food as there were 20 of us. The staff were lovely, the drinks came quickly, followed shortly after by the food. Absolutely delicious food, clean plates all around. The service seems to run like a well oiled machine Can't wait to come back with my husband to try the normal menu and cocktails 😋 🍸🍹

Came in and sat at the bar while waiting on a table. Forgotten about then taken to a table at the back..... Forgotten about again, waited ages to get our order taken. The food was cold, the place was freezing. Had the festive pizza, it was not nice.

Pollo milanese came served with rigatoni not spaghetti! Spaghetti bolognese was meatballs not mince! Lasagne very small portion. Felt ignored by the staff for long periods. Won't be going back!

Terrible starter (salmon & prawns), just flung together with no sauce and about 4 prawns. My main was lobster ravioli, which was definitely not made in house and was tasteless. The 2 courses cost just under £30 which was expensive considering the quantity and quality.

Cocktail bar with light food menu. I'm no expert on cocktails, they seemed good. The Mediterranean fries portion was large, but unfortunately over salty and chewy in a way the chips should not be. Not busy even on this Saturday night at 10 ...

Worst Pina Colada , undrinkable.

Very good food but spoiled by the service. We asked on entry if we could pay separately, when when we came to settle the bill they said we must pay for the whole order in a single payment. Reluctantly after we complained they did split the bill. So of course no tip or service charge! In this day and age who carries cash and wants the hassle of working out the split, trying to find change etc. Antedeluvian! Other places seem to find it no problem. So if you like good food and can tolerate surly service this is the place for you.

We have traveled from Spain and we loved the food and service. Carlos assisted us at all times, very professional and friendly. We recommend it.

Pleasantly surprised, first visit here and food was delicious with very attentive service. We weren't thrown out after 90 mins like so many other places these days. Lovely cocktails too.

I am pretty sure the staff misheard me when I said the food was delicious, because it was! (They went from friendly to gloomy after I said this) The food was so creamy, filling and tasty! Please eat here, it is lovely! And be sure to compliment the food to the staff - the meal deserves praise.

Nice restaurant, however the behaviour of some of the staff is unprofessional and greedy! Very disappointing - bill includes service yet the young lady serving us thought appropriate to expect a £12 tip from 2 pensioners!! And when I said to bring back the change she found this to be very funny - Unfortunately wouldn’t be back😟

We hired a large seating for our wedding anniversary meal - the staff were amazing, food was so good everyone was commenting on it, and we were made to feel welcome and valued.

This restaurant has changed for the worst! Used to be so busy, went last night and it was dead. No atmosphere, poor service, reduced menu (poor vegetarian options), so no wonder its quiet. Table was dirty and had to be cleaned after sitting down. Waiting staff clearly untrained. The champagne bar section had no customers in it, again, very unusual. It's been bought over by new owners - will be interesting to see if it survives.

Waste of money. Ice. Cream very poor quality. Chips inedible.

I took my sister for lunch the food was delicious. The staff are friendly and professional and the same time. We were seated at a window with a large glass of water . Lovely way to start our experience

Top Food, we had no Reservation but got a table immediately. The Food and Wine was great, for a good price. The Service was OK and friendly enough. Would go again.

Started visiting again and has not let me down

4 of us had a lunch with the 2/3 course meal deal. Choice was limited and there was no seasoning on two of the chicken dishes. No big deal but I mentioned it to the waitress to make the chef aware. Still great service and I will go back but probably order from the a la carte.

Delicious Italian food and good services

My experience at Mediterraneo Italian Restaurant & Champagne Bar was poor due to the food. It was lacking in flavor and authenticity, making it one of my worst Italian dining experiences. I wouldn't recommend this place for good Italian food.

We went here to have dinner and it was such a good choice. The place is lovely, very close to the city centre, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing. We will definitely come back.

We came in for lunch around 12:30 and ordered and the food came right away! Food was delicious and good value with their lunch menu. Service was lovely and attentive - waiter came and checked on us during the meal, he didn’t introduce himself so I didn’t get a name. Lovely blonde kid with glasses. Food was excellent, and the atmosphere quickly picked up when a few more tables came in.

Everything is absolutely delicious and well presented at a more than reasonable price! (Especially before 6:30 p.m.😀)

I was originally worried when our food came out very quickly but after having our starters my nerves were immediately calmed. Delicious food and extremely friendly wait staff who were quick with any requests (i.e.an extra side and water for the table). The tomatoes tasted fresh and the pasta was perfectly cooked. Only reason it is not a five star review is because I did find a hair in my main once I was almost finished. We were there on a voucher however so didn't bring it up to the staff due to almost being finished and not wanting to cause a hassle. I'm sure the staff would have been accommodating if we did bring it up; I would give a 4.5/5 if I could.

Been here a few times and love it. Had lunch and drinks on Sat with sister and friends, staff were lovely, food was delicious and prosecco was great. No complaints whatsoever.

Server was attentive but not overbearing, can't fault her - manager on duty however was a little cold & dismissive. Always a favourite but what a lovely lunch we had recently. Our server was so friendly - lovely tie! The pasta with fresh pesto and confit tomatoes was sublime. Great place to people watch as you dine. Can't recommend enough. Well done guys.

Had a lovely pre theatre at 4:30pm. Table for 4 , all of us had different starters and mains. We all had a very nice meal served by cheerful and helpful staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant and will definitely return.

Visited here last night as have walked by it many times and it always looks busy and inviting. Upon entering at our allocated booking time we stood for at least 5 minutes without being acknowledged at all however granted the place was busy! When we were finally greeted we had to wait a further 5 minutes for them to prepare our table. After being shown to our table we were given menus though not offered a drink. After 20 minutes I had to flag down a server and ask if we could place a drinks order. And then another lengthy wait to be able to order our meals. I would like to add our server was very friendly I just feel perhaps they were understaffed? The food when it eventually arrived was good, not amazing but good none the less. Desert menu didn’t seem upto much with a limited selection. Prices were reasonable but I would be unlikely to return which is ashame as aesthetically it is a lovely restaurant. I feel if service and staffing levels were improved it would enhance the customer experience and increase the profitability as surely the quicker drinks are served the more likely you would be to order another.

Have been here several times before but this visit was disappointing overall. Service was very mixed with my meal arriving 5 minutes after my family and there was also a delay waiting for black pepper and Parmesan. Not asked about desserts. Food was ok however. The wine list is outdated on the website, which the waiter acknowledged but there is a £6.50 difference on a bottle of Pinot Grigio and I note several weeks on that it still hasn’t been updated. Male toilet was also needing maintenance and looked as though it had been like that for some time. Other choices are available and therefore would return.

I had lobster linguine. The lobster was very small and it was over cooked. Tough and chewy. Disappointing considering the price.

Popped in for a drink before going onwards for our meal elsewhere. I gave 5 stars for food to be fair but didn't eat. We sat at the bar as no tables were available to sit. The atmosphere was lacking warmth and feels like a cold space. More like a cafe of old. We were greeted after about 10 mins to order. We tried to make ourselves visible several times but we were made to feel like we were a bother. We order drinks which took 10 more mins. 1 pint and 1 cocktail, which they got wrong. It's supposed to be a tab service but was asked to pay for our drinks. We were planning to have 2 but left after one and will not be back. A few people were distributing tickets that could have helped by serving their customers. I sense they were top good to help their colleagues.
