Meat Up Deli in Glasgow City

The food is amazing, its spotless, reasonably priced and the owner Irene (not me btw its a different Irene :) is a lovely lady who always makes sure your well attended to. I go there every time I'm in Partick. Great wee place.

Este pequeño lugar está justo al lado de la estación de tren Partick y la estación de autobuses, pequeño dentro de muy pocas mesas, pero qué lugar, excelente decoración, encantador ambiente tranquilo, agradable y regular n impecable. No muy grande  el menú pero suficiente para un almuerzo tardío (cierra a las 3 pm) fue tentado por los panqueques, pero después de mirar, puedo agregar con envidia, otros clientes no había forma de que les hiciera justicia, así que opté por el hot dog, excelente y mi colega tenía la tortilla de salmón ahumado y aguacate que también venía con tostadas, deliciosa. Qué lugar tan maravilloso, desde los ingredientes frescos hasta los recién cocinados, no te decepcionará.

Me encanta este lugar e ir regularmente. He intentado bastantes artículos y ni una sola vez me ha decepcionado. Los panqueques son para morirse del tocino a Nutella y los macarrones son uno de los favoritos de mis hijas, y lo recomendaría encarecidamente. El personal es excelente, muy amable y nada es una molestia.

Sinceramente el mejor café y desayuno en Partick. Visto alguien ordenando panqueques mientras estaba ayer, miraron el punto. Puede que tenga que intentarlo alguna vez.

Normalmente voy por los rollos de desayuno, que son hermosos que puedo agregar, pero hoy (día de pankcake) fui por pankcakes. Estoy muy contento de haberlo hecho! Soo mullido y grande. Si alguna vez vas a participar, prueba este lugar, no te decepcionará.

Been coming here for over a year now, can’t complain with the level of service that is provided each time. The full breakfast is probably the best in the whole area, would highly recommend coffee too. They have the best cappuccino, ask for a double shot if you love coffee.

Hi Guys just wanted to let as many people know what i think of Meat Up Deli the food is of really good Quality which is so important first the Owners of this lovely place are not about profit but about people enjoying good Quality food and empty plates returned it is very reasonably priced i believe if you enjoy good food this is the place you will not be disappointed a good atmosphere without anyone being intrusive nothing is too much trouble for this Family Business they really are Genuine lovely people that go that extra bit for the customer to be happy if your happy they are too i would highly recommend a trial i myself and family visited for Breakfast on Monday 5th Nov and will be returning wed 7th for Breakfast cant wait. Came in with my daughter, both of us have ordered pancakes. The nuttella pancakes were my favourite. My daughter tried the bacon pancakes. The portions were massive!!!! The staff are very friendly and even give you chocolate with your coffee.

Visited the place not long ago, the staff were really friendly. The food was delicious, wish I had more room for trying their pancakes.

If want a feed which will set you up for the day ahead, look no further than the superb Caledonian Breakfast option. Great service and always a friendly word or two. Support a wee local cafe.

Stopped in here while waiting for the train ticket office opening. Have always passed by but I will make a point in stopping in again - hopefully when I can sit outside in dry weather. I was served by the nice lady whom I had met in Morrisons supermarket across the way on Monday and she remembered me from there. Had a cappuccino for £2 and would have had a breakfast if I was a wee bit more hungry. The place was spotless and my only criticism would be that in order to provide as many condiments and sauces on the tables along with flowers it may be a wee bit overdone.

Go here quite often for some time on my own at lunch time. Staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Coffee is nice and good is good too. I just distress here when things get tuff at work.

Visited this deli today for lunch and we were greeted by the lady and her son, with the warmest greeting that I have ever experienced. The quality of the food was amazing and the taste was great. The food was great and it was very inexpensive. The burger and chips was very good. The service was excellent I would recommend that anyone in the area should choose Meat Up for lunch and you will not be disappointed.

A local café just underneath Partick Station (accessed from Merkland Court) Which does one of the best full breakfasts you are likely to find. Coupled with always smiling service, it’s a great way to set up for the day. Grab a Caledonian breakfast, jump on a train to Balloch & walk the calories off!

Irene and Sam gave my friend and I such a warm welcome, the food is amazing and so is the service. Our coffee was even served with a little chocolate Santa Claus which was a lovely touch. Please pay this little hidden gem a visit , you won’t be disappointed x

This place is super cute. I would make a special trip for Irena's borscht, and her son whips up delicious daily specials. Vegetarians options available. They are both really nice people who make everyone feel like very welcome guests. Delete review
