Sarah was an amazing barmaid. She was knowledgable, craic and very welcoming. What a gal. If every gal was Sarah, the world would be a better place.

Great place for casual dining with family or friends. Very relaxed and a good choice of street food to sample. Not quite on the scale of the Timeout market in Lisbon but not as hectic either. Well worth a visit if you're in Glasgow.

Great wee place, nice food and plenty of choice. Very dog friendly with a dog menu and staff that love dogs. Staff were great, very friendly and seemed happy in their jobs

Came here for the first time with the mrs. Was met by Charlie at our first stop off and what a great person to start your night off. So friendly, a fantastic server, honestly made our night

We want to come on here to say to say that Charlie (a bartender ) was so incredibly lovely. It was my girlfriend’s bday and she made us feel so welcome and had excellent service.

I came here for a night out with the girls and had the best tacos ive ever eaten. The beef birria was to die for, washed down by a delicious spicey marg from the bar. Will 100% be returning to try the rest of the tacos and sides on the menu at Chloe Cooks.

Delicious food and drinks all round but the standout was Chloe Cooks’ tacos - best Mexican food in Glasgow by a long shot. Personal favourites were the beef birria and nachos.

I had a sausage muffin from smash and it was absolutely stunning. I asked for it to go, no bother at all. loved it, all the food was very reasonably priced. Great find and I'd 100% go back x

Came for a 30th, usual eat when drinking to prolong the drink. Loads of options but the number 1 is Samshed! Had the Steak Frites. 5oz steak with garlic on a bed of chips, this is hands down the best scran you can get out of the place, 110 worth the try!

Loads of choices and great atmosphere

Myself and a group of friends attended the Dockyard Social last night. Honestly its a must see place! Beautiful decor, fab music and heat lamps because it was freezing outside! £7 entry and you get a free drink - I had a kopperberg and my partner had a watermelon dacquri! Both 10/10! The food is fantastic with various cusines on offer. Although the stand out for me was Smashed! 💯 Honestly the Philly Cheese was absolutely unreal. They had ran out of steak so used burger and I genuinely think it made it ever better! Moist, packed with flavour, super filling.... if I could give it 100/10 I would!! Staff also lovely and friendly despite being super busy. Please give this please a shot if you go! You won't regret it!

I’ve visited a handful of times over the years pre-pandemic this place was great. However I visited last night and it’s just not the same vibe. I got the bao and tacos, the tacos were great filled with plenty of beef. The bao were not great at all and fell apart. There’s a £7 booking fee per person that can be exchanged for two soft drinks or one alcoholic beverage. It’s a nice place to catch up with friends but very pricey for small portions of food.

Very good place for a get together with friends or family . Kids and dogs welcome. Street stalls so everyone can order what they like from pizza pasta Tai, tacos, asian fusion , bar and rum bar. Atmosphere is fab with music lights tv screens , very good place . Booking in advance recommended. Hard to find by passing by as there is no much adds outside the main door which makes it even better . Prices are decent for the area you can get a meal for under £10

Absolutely no way to check for gluten free options ahead of buying a ticket. Never respond to emails either.

Went a few weeks ago on a Sunday at 5pm. About half the stalls were closed early (the tacos, the burger place), and the only thing we wanted at the pizza place wasn’t in stock. We had nice buffalo style chicken, pints of jubel and the service staff walking about were great and brought me cutlery straight away which is why I’m not giving it one star. We ended up going to another restaurant instead afterwards. It was my first time going after hearing so many good things about it, and I’m disappointed to say I’ll never be returning.

I had a team night out as we had 3 benches booked. It was a great atmosphere, and the food from McFlys was excellent, as was the Mangojito moktail I had. The butterfly chicken burger just melts in your mouth. Will definitely recommend and try again.

This place is just an all round fantastic atmosphere. The staff are very welcoming and friendly with a great choice of food What tops it off is just how good the toilets are, wouldn't get those toilets anywhere else in the city

Fantastic couple of hours for some food and a couple of drinks before pub crawl locally. Great atmosphere and every one of our group of 8 had something different to eat - all excellent. The basil chilli chicken for me was the highlight. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Steak and fries were unreal. Tacos really nice as well

Amazing experience today at the dockyard grotto!, event organised super well!, even when it was super busy everyone from the door to bar staff were superb! The food was amazing and the meeting Santa added that extra touch! Will certainly be back!

We totally loved this place, we pre booked and were given a large table to sit at. We had the 5-8 slot. We ordered drinks to the table and all chose which food we wanted. There were quite a few different vendors available to choose from. You’re given a buzzer and go back to collect when ready. There was a really good atmosphere here, music was good and they were showing Xmas films on the big screen.

Amazing experience today at the dockyard grotto! The whole experience was so well organised and even though it was busy the staff that were on were great from the door to the bar team. Got some amazing food and my little one got to meet the amazing Santa they had in. Couldn’t recommend it more

Not the first time I've been here and didn't disappoint. Food and drinks are fantastic but this visit was made so much better with the staff! Ross ( new band mate) and the lovely Charlie taking time to talk us through the variety of rums on offer, also 2 of the floor staff for sitting us poor menopausal gals in a cool area and making sure we were comfortable. Thanks guys for a fantastic night!

Super spacious place that is heated well. A really good variety of food and drink to choose from. Big screens for sports events. Over all vibe. Great food. Lots of choice.

Yes went tonight it was good the only thing for me personally it was dark other than that it was OK but think thee still need to make it better bring more light .x

Great environment, didn't think I would i enjoy it, but was really good. Tryed the pizza, pasta carbonara, but my favourite was the smash burgers omg 10/10 and also the fresh stroopwaffles was amazing

Incredible atmosphere and the selection of food vendors is great. The drinks are all fantastic and The Captains Quiz is a blast.

Anuncian entradas para comprar a las 4 : 40 pm, entramos y la mitad de los puestos habían dejado de vender comida. 10 minutos después, el «gobernante» dice que nos echan a las 5 : 00 pm porque es el final de la franja horaria. ¿Seguro que dejarías de vender entradas si no hay tiempo suficiente para comer? El lugar es un ejercicio de acaparamiento de dinero. El único puesto al que tuvimos que apresurarnos en 10 minutos, la comida estaba fría, sobrepreciosa, y sabía por debajo de la media. El personal es inútil y no podría importarle menos, no pierda su tiempo.

Visité aquí de nuevo con nuestros amigos de Canadá. Siempre gran servicio y comida de nuestro favorito embrujo del extremo oeste! 10 / 10 como siempre. Nuestros amigos tuvieron el mejor viaje y qué lugar para terminarlo!

Yummy pork belly tacos, great burger and Tom's service is worth 6 stars!

We absolutely love it here! There's nowhere else like it. It's an old warehouse that's been converted with loads of picnic benches equipped with cutlery and a kitchen roll (cos some of the food can be a little messy and a napkin just wouldn't cut it). The large bar has a great selection of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, including some delicious cocktails and mocktails. There's a coffee bar too, for all your hot drinks. The food pods all offer something different and these appear to be regularly changed, to keep things new and interesting. All food is freshly made to order and tastes amazing. The atmosphere is so relaxed. You can come in your fanciest clothes for a night on the town, or you can come in your comfiest cosy clothes and noone will judge. I love that dogs are welcome and always get a fuss. The only downfall for us is that we introduced the kids to the Dockyard a while ago during one of their family events (harry potter / wizard theme day) and now we can't go without the kids cos they love it too!

Food and staff are great. Sarah at the bar was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

Think it’s terrible being charged entry when you are going into the place to pay a fortune for food and drinks as prices for food and portion size is shocking and drink prices!! It’s not a nightclub it’s a food and drink place so why charge entry..crazy and a cheek!!

Great social meeting place with plenty of food options

Venimos aquí regularmente por la comida! Si eres un fanático de la pizza napolitana - estos son los mejores que hemos tenido en Escocia! La comida tailandesa siempre es irreal también! En general, buen ambiente y personal amable!

Gran comida, el servicio al cliente era excelente y con un ambiente brillante. Charley fue más allá para asegurarse de que tuvimos el mejor tiempo.

Deliciosa comida y buenas bebidas con un montón de opciones. Tuvimos comida de la cafetería de Noi, así como bollos de bao y pizza, todo era sabroso y los precios eran razonables. El servicio fue muy amable, desde ser recibido a la llegada hasta el servicio de mesa para bebidas y servicio rápido en los bares. Charley nos sirvió en el bar y realmente mejoró nuestra experiencia.

We decided to visit this place spontaneously and were very impressed by the organisation, the atmosphere and the options on offer. The food was ordered quickly, ready in no time and was very tasty. Good selection of drinks. We would recommend you to others.

Food was tasty despite poor presentation. Undeniable street food. There’s some room to make more visually appealing the food and better presented while keeping the street food vibe. Atmosphere in general is very vibrant and mixed, with people of all kinds. Very busy in the good way. Food is self service, with table service for drinks which is great. Reasonable prices.

If you like street food in a crowded town, you would love this place. A good business idea 💡 .

Love the dockyard went once a week for about 2 months gyros are next level

Great fun atmosphere here, was such a shame we only had time for one drink. Definitely worth making a detour for if you're in the area.

Nice food for all tastes, in a very fun atmosphere!

Booked for the family to attend the Football Festival event - 2 adults, 2 teens. It was our first visit, it was a miserable day so the roller shutter doors were closed which initially didn’t give it a good feel but once in we were in enjoyed it. Son bought two cool football tops, had a good browse then ordered food and drinks (free drinks for the adults which off-sets your £6 entrance fee). Very mixed group of all age ranges, some dogs there too. All staff were lovely, nice vibe and we’ll keep an eye on future events and come back on a nice summer day.

Great food, nice atmosphere and customer service was excellent. Nicola went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Went to the Dockyard with work colleagues on Friday 9th August. Initially said I wasn't going as I have a fear of busy places, but decided to show up after some serious soul searching. Spoke with one of the security team when I arrived who made sure that I was seated with my colleagues even though I had booked separately. She really put me at ease and even kept a wee eye on me all night to make sure I was ok. The atmosphere was so friendly and chilled. Not crazy busy, as booking system means the number of people inside is controlled. Food and drinks were great and the ordering system for the food is so easy. No big queues for food or drinks. Quiz was a good laugh. Would highly recommend for a good time work night out. Thanks to the security team who were great. Big shout out to Nicola for going above and beyond the call of duty and looking after me❤️ A real fun night out 😁

Great spot for a few drinks and street food. £6 entry which includes a drink - pretty poor selection of drinks which clearly don’t equate to £6 and I feel a bit hard done by with my 330ml bottle of Peroni alcohol free whilst the alcoholic Peroni was double the size. Nevertheless great food options and really friendly and helpful staff with the little baby we had with us. Would return!

Love Dockyard! I have visited here a few times now, and I highly recommend it. Great food and atmosphere. I had stupidly left my phone behind on a Sunday evening. After closing time, the owner, Kyle, kindly drove back to look for it with me. Life saver! The team here are great and deserve a round of applause for all their hard work.

Went there for the pre-party of Fatboy Slim. First of all, I don't understand why it has been advertised like "the pre-party" thing before the concert - as we haven't noticed anything special. But the most disappointing was food. We ordered one dish in 4 different places and the quality was very, very low. And prices are not cheap for what it is. Staff are friendly, and I believe they do the best effort they can in serving drinks and being nice to guests . In total, ok place for drinks - but nothing special and food isn't worth the money.

First time visiting Dockyard Social and really enjoyed it. Bustling atmosphere with lots of people and great background music. You get a welcome drink as part of your booking fee. We had a large Peroni, it wasn't cold though which was a bit disappointing. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was great with a good selection of choices at reasonable prices. We had pork bao buns and chicken gyros and they were both really nice.

Was here for an end of term night out with colleagues. Was good for mingling and informal eating, lots of choice of eateries. Could do with a dance floor area for us that like a boogie.

The dockyard social is a brilliant street food experience. It’s so chill but serves up the most delicious food. And the best part is there’s several street vendors to choose from, allowing everyone in your party to have what they want .. or even better if you want to share (or not lol)! I’ve always had a great time here, it’s family friendly allowing us to catch up with friends who have kids without the added stress of a sit down posh meal.. and also we can bring our pup baby along too which is a fantastic bonus, she always gets lots of claps and loves it! The staff here are always for friendly and love a chat. Big shout out to the Gyro King, great guy and even better food !!

It is a local place for friends to gather and chat with drinks. In fact, it offers limited choice of food including pizza, chicken wings, etc.

Went here on a Saturday, I appreciate that the tables were full but there wasn’t overly that many people waiting at the bar max 8 Customers with 4 bartenders on - yet the food service was faster than the drinks. Felt like the bar staff were doing you a favour by serving you. Stood at the bar and the guy served two new customers before he came to me. Changed my order to something quick just so I could get served as quick as possible. Disappointed but the food and the staff working at each food stall makes up for the experience.

Amazing food amazing atmosphere very relaxed clean place loads of nice people and food choices massive shout out to Sarah at the bar she was from Crieff originally but ended up working there as she was studying she was absolutely amazing customer was over and above really nice laddie she made sure we knew everything we needed as it was our first time going she was absolutely fantastic I hope her manager sees this, you need more staff like her!

Had an amazing chicken burger from Mcflys wing bar. And moctail from the bar, Sarah who served us at the bar was very friendly, made sure that we had everything we needed.. she made our experience 100% better. Will definitely be returning in the future

My friend and I were there for the Dogyard Social with our dogs. Food was great and there are a lot of options. The dog stalls were also good for a browse and there was lots of choice and vendors. Atmosphere was great, but the ceiling “patio style” heating was on when it wasn’t really necessary and the dogs were struggling with the heat. We eventually had to sit outside next to the smoking area (we don’t smoke). Luckily it was dry and sunny, but it was quite windy and didn’t feel as secure for the pups

Food was excellent, service was superb and staff were lovely, especially Charley!

Perfect place to bring a group. Lots of different flavours and tastes on offer, unlike a standard restaurant. Speedy food preparation, delicious, will be back.
