Been here before and popped in today whilst visiting the shops in Melbourne. I had the breakfast and my wife had the pancakes. First thing that I liked was that we weren’t brought our drinks 10 minutes before the food as I like them together. Food arrived and was excellent and good value. Friendly and attentive staff as well. Thank you.

We popped in for a quick lunch whilst in the village visiting Melbourne Hall and gardens. I was recommend to have lunch here by people at The gallery art studio in the village Very friendly greetings and nice atmospher. Very helpful staff as i am diabetic, re carbs in bread for toastie, went the extra mile to help me. We both had tuna mayo toastie with salad, very delicious, great table in the window which is right at the side of the road, so you can people watch Thank you to both the lovely young ladies, we will see you again

Popped in here for a morning coffee and had one of the newly baked fresh scones with strawberry jam and cream served on lovely vintage china. All very cute and with a lovely warm atmosphere. Log burner crackling away. ❤️ there’s a small vintage gift shop attached. Only open on a Saturday.

Inaugural quiz 16th December 2024 The turnout was impressive and the crowd were enthusiastic. Lasted around two hours. We then had food which was amazing cooked by Tony and served by Denise Meadow was behind the bar working hard The ages of quizzers varied from 20 s to 80s so a brilliant mix from raucous young farmers to quieter oldies Hopefully it’ll return soon. !!!
