Mctucky's Hut in St. Helens

I've been eating and ordering from here for the last 25years. Tonight, I was a little shocked. My order came and I know that everyone is cutting corners, but the chicken I got today, I suspect, Is pre frozen and then re cooked. It was over burnt and horrible. I will always be fair when leaving reviews but the quality in comparison has rapidly declined in a short space of time and I've not eaten it.

Awful food from delivery service, absolutely charcoaled!! How they can even serve this takes the mickey. No respect for customers if they think it’s ok, was inedible.

Rang the order through at 6.30pm to be told an hour, got to 8.00pm still no sign so I then rang at 8.30pm to be told driver was on it's way so when he arrived at 9.15 told him to shove the food as we went elsewhere for food.

I come here everytime im out, they are always happy to see me and welcome me with a smile, my food is always fresh and warm. The fellas at McTuckys are kind and welcoming and always satisfy me as a customer

Made an order over the phone. Waited 50 minutes. Order arrived snd food was missing. Phoned up the shop and after I explained that food was missing they just hung up on me. Poor after service and very rude

Ordered cheesy chips, garlic bread with cheese and mushroom, and chicken dinner kebab. The only thing right is the kebab. Missi g cheese on chips and mushrooms on garlic bread

Ordered food. Driver rang up and got lost and then hung up and refused to deliver the order. Only way I found this out was I rang the restaurant. Appalling customer service.

Write a complain to the restraunts hierarchy and I will be filing for a serious complaint really starting to take the piss have rang multiple times on 2 different phones and been told 10-15 minutes multiple times do not and I repeat do not order from this restaurant they will rob ur money and not deliver customer satisfaction

Ordered food from these via the just eat app after 3hrs I rang to ask where my food was and they told me it was on its way and 30mins later I rang back to be told that they was just making it what a joke of a place all in all I cancelled the order

90 minutes, no food. Phoned, they said they will send again. Another hour, no food. Eventually arrived with missing items

Waited 2 and a half hours for food despite ringing over 20 times on a Thursday night no anwser, when food finally did come we told them we had ordered elsewhere and to take it back considering they had wasted our time so why not waste theirs. Avoid

Chicken was solid and overcooked, the chips was like rubber and the cheesy chips was stuck to the tray and solid

One of the best pizza shops you can go to. Ok its not a dominos by far but its not too bad at all. They have a very good selection of pizza toppings and other takeaway style meals. Very good eat if your in the area and want to be extra full on leaving. Good pricing as well.

Mr mctucky himself served me and my friend we asked for cheesy chips which came to £4, I gave him £2 then my friend gave him £5 and mr mctucky only gave us £1 change!! I understand he has to make a living but if he had asked nicely I would of gave him the £1, but he just decided to rob it and smile at me as if I didn't know, I didn't say anything as I know he mustn't be doing very well with his business as the food taste like frozen cock, Would not recommend to any one not paying with exact change as Mr Mctucky is a thieving business man. I visited here with friends. Asked for beef pizza which wasn't on the menu. It came out did not taste like beef at all must of been cat or something. I have beef pizza all the time and know what it tastes like. I even asked my friends to try it too and they said the same. Do not recommend to anybody. I am never fussy or complain but it was dredful. I was sick for 24 hours too. :-(
