McSorleys in Edinburgh, City of

I don’t know if we just visited this pub on an odd night but our experience here wasn’t the best. The vibe in the pub didn’t feel very welcoming, the staff seemed tired and unhappy, the butterbeer wasnt great, and there was an open mic night of sorts happening which was chaotic and was a bit of an earache honestly.

After a climb up Arthurs Seat my friend introduced my to The Dog House. The butter beer went down a treat and although we were in early and the bar was still being set up we were made very welcome. I'll definitely return in the evening sometime soon.

Yo y el novio estuvieran espiando este pub de camino a nuestro hotel y decidimos pop más tarde esa noche porque vimos que tenían bandas en vivo. Nos encantó tan pronto como entramos por la puerta. La decoración es preciosa, con las paredes de ladrillo, madera botella unidades de visualización y refrescos metal taburetes. El vino que teníamos era preciosa y el partido no era caro. El personal era muy amable y la música en vivo fue genial. Fuimos en unas cuantas mas ocasiones antes de que nos fuimos a casa porque nos gustó mucho el ambiente. Era un espacio relajante con asientos cómodos rodeados de características únicas. Por desgracia no comimos en esta ocasión pero sin duda nos muestra el menú en nuestra próxima visita a Edimburgo. El excelente pub muy recomendado : - )!

Evidentemente, es un lugar popular pero, después de 15 minutos esperando a que sirven en el bar, nos fuimos y nos fuimos a otro lado. No volveremos : -(

Absolutely amazing and polite staff at mcsorelys, they ensure you feel welcome with good Craic and good pints. The food is good here as well delicious and fast would reccomend it to everyone.

Mcsorleys is the best! The owner is an amazing guy, the staff is excellent, the prices are entirely affordable , and the atmosphere is great. Don't leave Edinburgh without visiting!

Realmente agradable pub, con personal cálido y simpático. Me hizo sentir como en casa. No paró de volver aquí de nuevo. Las bebidas estaban a un precio muy razonable. No probamos la comida, ya que era el bar estaba tras así que no puedo comentar sobre eso, pero cálido y acogedor, le doy a este bar sobresaliente. la gente genuina.
