McLeods Restaurant in Medway

1st October. Absolutely FANTASTIC. Tasting menu Loved all of it. Paris was a star!! Our son started college here & wants to be a chef. He will be in very good hands.

Tonight after my daughters parents evening decided to make an impromptu visit to mcleods as a treat. Menu had changed since last visit and yet again met with decisions on which tasty looking main i wanted. Went for the miso pork belly omg how delicious. Then my sweet tooth kicked in and went for the WHITE CHOC BLONDIE wow was not disappointed. Every aspect of the meal was amazing. 4 full bellies. Will be back again. Portions are great and prices never break the bank.

Just back from our second meal at McLeods and yet again we had a fantastic evening. The meal was 1st Class and the friendly service was 100%, we will be returning and recommending this hidden gem. Prices are very good, and portions are on the money and with a bottle of house White at around £11 you can't go wrong. Tips - Ring first to book as the restaurant is in the collage and you may need directions, and free parking.

We had a 3 course lunch yesterday and the food was amazing. The maitre de was friendly and attentive and encouraged the student who was learning the trade. It was excellent value and well worth a visit. We will certainly go again. Keep up the good work!

We are a Club named Borstara and 30 of us visited McLeods Restaurant on 9th October, the service from the young students was impeccable and the food amazing. We would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys food serviced by enthusiastic and well charming people. Thank you to Paris who organised the whole thing for us.

Wanted to try out the new menu, as heard good things about the new Chef. I can thoroughly recommend the Pickled Beetroot and Pork Belly. The Marmalade bread and butter pudding was to die for too! The students that served us were lovely and very efficient. I've already booked in for the Christmas Menu in December.

Recently had lunch here..What can i say the food and service was excellent, a lovely varied menu too. I decided on the Pork Belly with sage and apple compote, it was just delicious..I definitely will be returning and telling my friends all about it too...

Esta fue nuestra segunda visita, la primera estaba bien, pero esta noche no era muy buena.Sí barato, pero no alegre.Por desgracia no volveremos.No me gusta quejarme, pero muchos todavía necesita ser aprendido con todos los aspectos.

Tendrá una buena variedad de platos a precios razonables y al mismo tiempo le ayudar a jóvenes estudiantes de catering catering en lograr un carrera, ya que se prepara, cocinados y presentados por los alumnos.Hemos comido en este lugar varias veces y no me ha decepcionado.Vino está disponible en la mesa para completar la experiencia.

We had an amazing meal..all the food is freshly made from the bread, to the sauces.. even the brioche bun for the burger. We enjoyed Pigeon Breast to start and beef cheek and brioche burger.... we had 3 people for 3 courses and a bottle of wine for under £60!!!! Amazing value and the staff were amazing.. if you miss out on this you are a fool!

Recientemente hemos comido aquí dos veces - una vez en el almuerzo y una vez en un jueves por la noche. La comida es de excelente calidad y aunque el menú es limitado, hay suficiente variedad para satisfacer a gusto de la mayoría de las personas. Los estudiantes trabajan muy duro para que sea una experiencia agradable y profesional los restaurantes es precioso. El precio de la bebida razonable - una comida de 3 platos es excelente relación calidad-precio, como han dicho otros restaurantes a un precio estupendo. Es una pena que no es abrir más tarde.

Tardaron 3 colegas de negocios para McLeods para el almuerzo. Se ha iniciado un nuevo menú y la comida era excelente. Es comer bien a un precio asequible. Dos de nosotros tuvimos el cordero que estaba delicioso y se derretía en la boca y los otros dos tenían la solla, que me dijeron era igual de bueno. Luego seguido de un postre deliciosos, si vas para el almuerzo y su tiempo es limitado, es posible pedir sus comidas por adelantado lo que creo que es una buena idea.

Tuvimos una comida agradable en el restaurante McLeods esta noche, la comida era de una calidad muy alta. Una buena selección en el menú, bien presentada y una amplia variedad de bebidas. Gran servicio esperando desde los estudiantes y una experiencia agradable en general. Sin duda volveremos pronto.

Comer bien a un precio muy asequible! Una comida de 3 platos por sólo 18 libras, un precio fantástico para una fantástica comida de calidad. Todo servido por muy agradable, sonriente y amable personal.

Nos fuimos a pasar la Navidad almuerzo recientemente y qué sorpresa encantadora. La comida era excelente calidad y muy bien presentado - realmente no esperaba esa cocina de haut. La comida se sirve eficientemente y con amabilidad.

Visited McLeods for a Wednesday evening dinner with a business networking group. The food was delicious & imaginative and there was plenty of it! The service was great, as part of Mid Kent College all servers were students - they were eager to please and very polite. Would highly recommend this for an early evening dinner (they close a little earlier than your average restaurant as its student staffed) to get some yummy food while helping out the students with their training!

We went to the above restaurant which is part of the Mid kent college in Gillingham, where the students do all the cooking and waiting.We have only been to the thursday evening fine dining event and it was really good, the food was as good as any in a good restaurant, you are slightly limited to the wine if you only want a glass but the price is good. They do not have a large menu but what they had was good, we had the pork belly starter and mackeral starter, guinea fowl mains and dark chocolate delice and Panna cotta dessert and all were excellent.

Popped in for lunch, there was a very relaxed atmosphere with lovely service from a student. A nice selection to choose from for lunch, I chose a beef thai curry which was very nice. I would return.

Ate in here with a colleague. The restaurant is a beautiful tribute to the late Sue McLeod. She would be pleased with the professional service and scrumptious food.The menu is limited - but this is to be expected of a small restaurant. We both had a starter and main course and could not manage a dessert. very filling and certainly tasty and total value for money. Would eat here every day if my timetable allowed :-)

I was invited for dinner and didn't know what to expect, it being in a college, it looked extremely flash and I thought they were overdoing it slightly.... And then the food arrived...I thought it looked good and looked at my friend who said ' oh dear a bit small' ...then I tasted it.... Omg ....after 3 sumptuous courses ( last one adapted for my allergy diet ) I was comfortably full, my taste buds had exploded and we all had big smiles on our faces. Already planning return trip as I can have my hair fixed immediately before dinner without having to go outside. What not to like?

Whilst my wife was at Pure Beuaty Salon I popped into McLeods for a coffee. It was a very pleasant place, tables well dressed with candles etc. I only wanteda coffee on this occassion but was well treated. Excellent coffee well presented.
